Andrew thought, ‘Why is Oliviaing out of the operating room? The Phantom Healer is in the operating room. This hospital belongs to the Grant family, and the management is extremely strict–there’s no way they’d let outsiders in.‘
He raised an eyebrow, a knowing smile ying at the corner of his lips. He thought, ‘Looks like Olivia is hiding more than a few secrets!‘
Just then, Lucas rushed out and said, “Sorry, everyone, but the Phantom Healer is already gone. Please don’t stand here—our patient needs to rest.”
As he spoke, Olivia signaled the nurses to take Juliet to the recovery room for further
recovery.
Everyone looked skeptical at Lucas.
Natalie was the first to scoff. She said, “Come on. We’ve been standing here the whole time— nobody’se out.”
The crowd quickly chimed in.
One said, “Seriously, kid, quit making stuff up.”
Someone else said, “We’re just desperate folks hoping to see the Phantom Healer for help. Stop blocking us.”
Another said, “We’ve been waiting forever and haven’t seen anyone leave. The Phantom Healer must still be inside.”
Faced with this frantic crowd of patients and their families, Lucas was at a loss–he didn’t know what to do.
When it came down to it, they were just sick people desperate for the Phantom Healer to save their lives–one couldn’t me them for that. But Olivia would never want her true identity
exposed.
After thinking it over, Lucas clenched his jaw and said firmly, “I said the Phantom Healer is gone, and that’s final. This hospital belongs to my family, and I know every inch of the operating room–trust me, there’s a secret passage.
“I understand how anxious everyone is, but trust me–our doctors will give you the best care possible. So let’s clear the way. We’ve got other surgeries lined up, and we can’t have the entrance blocked.”
He grumbled inwardly, ‘Seriously, what does it look like with all these people crowding the
OR door?‘

Olivia stood with her arms crossed, shooting a calm nce at Lucas. She thought, ‘This guy really is useful when it matters.’
Just then, Ethan rushed over andid a blueprint in front of Andrew. He reported, “Mr. Shea, this is the hospital’s design n. The structure is pretty standard–there’s only one entrance to the operating room, no secret passages.
“The Phantom Healer could only have left through this door.”
Hearing this, Andrew fixed his gaze intently on Olivia. When he noticed Olivia was watching Lucas, he pressed his lips into a thin line, feeling a surge of irritation. His doubts about what Lucas had said only deepened.
He wondered, ‘Why is Lucas trying so hard to hide where the Phantom Healer went?‘
There were still plenty of people crowding around the entrance to the operating room, and no one looked like they were leaving anytime soon.
Andrew gave Ethan a nod, and a team of security guards in ck uniforms rushed forward, quickly dispersing the rowdy crowd until only Lucas and Olivia were left standing.
It was only then that Olivia noticed Andrew. She pulled off her mask and asked, “Do youe to see a doctor?”
Looking approachable with a gentle smile and gold–rimmed sses, Andrew wore a brown suit. “Yeah, just here to see a doctor,” he replied. Eyes intense and direct, he locked his gaze on Olivia, with a mysterious depth that was hard to read.
Stuck outside the crowd, Natalie and Fiona were grinding their teeth in frustration. They thought, ‘That guy looks like someone important–what on earth is he doing here for that phony doctor?‘
Turning to look at Lucas, Andrew said, “Mr. Grant, as far as I know, you’re not a surgeon. Since you insisted the Phantom Healer had left, where did he go?”
If looks could kill, Lucas would have been dead a hundred times over. Lucas was the same guy who tried to snatch the Refreshing Pill from Andrew at thest auction.
