CHAPTER 47: CHAPTER 47: MASTER BLACKWOOD’S SOFT HEART

Dahlia Kensington has gone completely mad!

Ivy Kensington didn’t want to get entangled any longer, desperately running outside, but was kicked hard by Dahlia Kensington’s men and fell awkwardly to the ground.

Soon, Ivy was tied back to the bed.

Dahlia Kensington looked down at her from above, instructing: "Don’t use anesthesia, just dig!"

Pain!

The cold blade scraped into her flesh, causing Ivy to convulse with pain, tears uncontrollably streaming down her face.

Why was she being treated like this?

She didn’t understand why she had this tattoo on her body, nor did she understand why she had to endure such agony...

Ivy bit her arm tightly, tears soaking into her hair, she whimpered softly.

She only wanted to raise Ronnie safely and happily, but why was it so hard...

She didn’t know how much time had passed.

Ivy lay pale on the bed, the tattoo on her collarbone now a mass of rotten flesh, bleeding, repulsing anyone who looked.

Dahlia Kensington retched, then said spitefully: "Serves you right, don’t give her any antibiotics, we’re leaving."

Before leaving, she also specifically threatened: "Ivy Kensington, if you have the guts, just tell someone about what happened today, but I can’t guarantee Ronnie’s safety. After all, I am Mrs. Blackwood, and as long as I want, it’s easy to have a little girl hurt, break a leg, or ruin her face."

After speaking, she lifted her head high, laughing as she walked out of the warehouse.

The warehouse door was left open, the cold wind blew in, Ivy wiped her face, her hands wet.

She struggled to pick up her phone, only to realize that Tiffany Leighton had called her more than a dozen times.

Ivy called back, Tiffany sounded anxious: "Ivy, you finally answered, did something happen? Where are you, I’ll come find you."

Ivy numbly looked at the bloodstains on her body, the tears had already run dry.

She softly said: "Tiffany, I’m fine, really,"

Hearing her calm tone, Tiffany felt relieved and continued: "Ronnie is at home, playing with other kids in the little yard, but when I went over, I saw several unfamiliar faces, they kept hovering around Ronnie. I was afraid something might happen to her, so I brought her back."

"Ivy, do you want to say a few words to Ronnie?"

Tiffany handed the phone to Ronnie, who obediently said: "Mommy, come home soon, Ronnie misses you."

Ronnie’s words caused Ivy’s dried tears to fall again.

She knew that the unfamiliar faces Tiffany mentioned were Dahlia Kensington’s warning before she left, as long as she dared to talk about today’s events, Ronnie would be immediately in danger.

Ivy couldn’t take the gamble; Ronnie was her everything.

Wiping her tears dry, Ivy gently said: "Ronnie, listen to Aunt Tiffany, Mommy will be back very soon."

"Okay, bye Mommy."

Ronnie obediently hung up the phone.

Ivy first went to a small pharmacy, doing a simple dressing of her wounds, then rushed to the filming site.

But the place was already deserted.

The staff from Blackwood Group saw her return and directly scolded: "Pfft, you just won a competition, and you dare to act all high and mighty, who do you think you are? Master Blackwood has personally appointed a popular actress as the spokesperson, so get lost!"

Ivy was driven out, wandering aimlessly outside.

At this moment, in the high rise of Blackwood Group, Sebastian Blackwood stood before the floor-to-ceiling window watching Ivy’s distant figure, his brows slightly furrowed, instructing Owen Rhodes: "Go send her back."
