Doflamingo hadn’t anticipated Jack’s swift defeat. Yet, surprisingly, Jack’s loss brought a smile to his face. Doflamingo knew that Kaido, one of the Four Emperors, was already en route. Seeing his subordinate defeated would only fuel Kaido’s rage, ensuring the Straw Hats would experience true despair. To buy time, Doflamingo unleashed his Devil Fruit awakening, engaging Ikki in a renewed fight.

Doflamingo, avoiding direct confrontation, proved a troublesome foe. Ikki’s current attack power wasn’t enough to overwhelm every enemy in one decisive blow. Perhaps realizing the underground port was beyond saving, Doflamingo chose to transform everything within it into a sea of threads, aiming to stall until Kaido’s arrival.

Meanwhile, the two remaining Donquixote Family executives, Pica and Diamante, fell to the combined might of brothers Luffy and Ace. As they were defeated, the ground beneath them began to sink and collapse. Countless threads then surged skyward, forming an ocean of string, targeting Ikki, who wielded Thor’s Hammer.

Ikki’s Thor’s Hammer continuously unleashed thunder and lightning, reducing Doflamingo’s threads to dust. Seeing their chance, Ace and Luffy joined the fray without hesitation. With the two brothers now involved, Doflamingo once again found himself experiencing the "thrill" of being relentlessly kicked.

Just as Doflamingo felt he was on the verge of being kicked to death, the sky suddenly grew dark and overcast. Then, a colossal dragon’s head emerged from the ominous clouds. This sight instantly sent shivers through the chaotic crowd.

Amidst the panic, a middle-aged man holding a blind stick felt the immense pressure from the sky. He couldn’t help but draw the long blade concealed within his stick. This man was Fujitora, the newly appointed Marine Admiral. After Sugar was knocked unconscious, Fujitora’s Haki had sensed the spreading aura of hatred throughout the country.

Having just arrived in Dressrosa, Fujitora felt a mix of joy and sadness—a sensation akin to a smiling, dancing person shedding sorrowful tears. This feeling deeply troubled Fujitora, making him realize something was gravely wrong with the country.

He knew that to free Dressrosa from its sadness, the root cause had to be removed. And what was the root cause? None other than the Warlord of the Sea, Donquixote Doflamingo!

Just as Fujitora prepared to join the battle, a seemingly carefree and arrogant man approached him, holding a Phone Snail.

"Fleet Admiral! We’re in Dressrosa now, eh! We’ve found the person suspected to be Fire Fist Ace!"

"But I think I should retreat..."

"What did you say?!" Akainu’s voice boomed from the Phone Snail. "Now that you’ve found him, follow my orders and eliminate him at all costs! Or don’t bother coming back!"

Hearing Akainu’s command, the man glanced fearfully at the dragon’s head emerging from the dark clouds. This was Marine Admiral Ryokugyu (Green Bull) Aramaki, sent by Akainu to locate Ace.

Ryokugyu felt a little helpless after receiving the Fleet Admiral’s death order. However, after careful consideration, he reasoned that Fire Fist Ace had no direct connection to Kaido. Therefore, he should be able to handle Ace on his own!

"Alright, Fleet Admiral," he said into the Phone Snail, "I’ll return with Fire Fist Ace’s head!"

With that, Ryokugyu hung up. He then turned to Fujitora. "Big brother, let’s work together to take out Ace in a bit, then retreat immediately!"

Fujitora didn’t immediately respond to Ryokugyu’s suggestion. Instead, he asked, "Sir Aramaki, as Marines, shouldn’t we act when we witness the tragedy unfolding in this country?"

This embodied Fujitora’s sense of justice. As a Marine Admiral, his duty was to minimize riots and harm to the innocent. The only way to resolve the current chaos was to apprehend Doflamingo and provide the people with an explanation.

"Hey... Fujitora, are you seriously trying to catch Doflamingo? He’s Kaido’s collaborator. Attacking Doflamingo now would be like slapping Kaido in the face, wouldn’t it?"

Fujitora simply smiled, offering no reply. Seeing this, Ryokugyu secretly cursed him as a "madman" in his heart. Understanding Fujitora’s intentions, Ryokugyu decided not to go along with him.

If he truly moved against Doflamingo, he’d be facing a Four Emperor... If it were merely an Emperor’s subordinate, Ryokugyu wouldn’t hesitate. But facing a Four Emperor? He wouldn’t even consider it; he’d definitely run.

Having thought everything through, Ryokugyu hid, planning to ambush Ace at the opportune moment. Fujitora, on the other hand, had already charged towards the battlefield. As a Marine Admiral, he intended to take down Doflamingo first!

As for Doflamingo, seeing the massive dragon head filled him with glee. "Hahahahaha!" he cackled wildly, briefly lifting the Birdcage above so Kaido could enter. Seeing this, Kaido dove down, transforming back into his human form as he descended. At this moment, Jack, now fully recovered, also rushed over.

When Luffy spotted Kaido, a spark of joy, like seeing a familiar teacher, flickered in his eyes. He was about to step forward and greet him, but Ace quickly stopped him.

"Luffy, don’t go over there yet."

Ace knew that while he’d seen Kaido in a dream before, it had been too illusory. If Kaido couldn’t be saved now, he’d likely attack them all with his club.

At the same time, Zoro, Sanji, and Law, noticing the commotion, also ran over. Upon seeing Kaido, Law felt a surge of dread. "Damn it... how did Kaido come here in person?"

Sanji and Zoro exchanged glances.

"Is that... Teacher Kai?"

"Looks like it! But he’s much taller than Mr. Kai!"

Law was utterly confused by their conversation. "Who do you think ’Teacher Kai’ is?"

"Oh! Teacher Kai is the one who taught us Haki. Even though he has a bit of a bad temper, he’s a great teacher!"

Law was speechless. While he didn’t know who this "Mr. Kai" was, he figured anyone respected by the Straw Hat’s two strongest members must be a good teacher. But the person standing before them wasn’t "Mr. Kai"; it was Kaido of the Four Emperors, the pinnacle of combat power in the seas!

After Kaido landed, his gaze immediately fell upon Ikki.

"Huh? You’re the worst!"

Kaido’s words instantly stunned everyone present.

"Worst? What does he mean?"

"Is he saying Ikki is the weakest one here?"

"Probably..."

Ikki, however, was simply speechless. He knew his talent wasn’t the best, but to be called the "worst" the moment they met was a bit much!
