Kong stared at the document in silence, struggling to comprehend what the World Government had just done. One question echoed in his mind: Why had the Five Elders approved Chiga's promotion to Fleet Admiral, knowing full well he had no loyalty to them?

Were they that intimidated by his power?

Indeed, Uchiha Chiga had grown far too powerful to ignore. Yet, Kong had once witnessed Im's might in the Flower Room, and the pressure from that mysterious being rivaled—even surpassed—Chiga's.

Just as Kong pondered the enigma of Lord Im's strategy, Chiga broke the silence.

"Fleet Admiral Kong, was this meeting your initiative... or theirs?"

Caught off guard, Kong blinked. "Mine, of course."

Chiga gave a slight nod, but inwardly, his mind moved like a storm. So, Lord Im remains cautious, still observing from the shadows. Is he preparing for something... or someone? Perhaps it was time to test the waters.

Without warning, Chiga raised a hand, and a black coffin, wrapped tightly in swirling energy, dropped from the air as it emerged from his Door-Door Space.

"There's a Celestial Dragon inside," he said calmly. "She tried to attack me and has been detained. I intend to escort her back to Navy Headquarters. Your thoughts?"

"Nani!?" Kong stood up sharply, disbelief written across his face.

Chiga's voice was calm, unfazed. But Kong's heart pounded.

He arrested a Celestial Dragon?!

This wasn't a minor diplomatic incident—it was an explosion waiting to happen. A Fleet Admiral detaining a Celestial Dragon in Mary Geoise... that kind of defiance would send shockwaves through the entire World Government.

"You do realize what this means?" Kong asked tightly, his voice low but stern.

"Yes," Chiga replied. "It means justice."

Kong's jaw tightened. "If I asked you to release her... would you?"

"Are you joking, Kong-san?"

A sudden surge of pressure erupted from Kong as he stepped forward, releasing a powerful aura of intimidation—not Haki, but sheer presence. Yet, Chiga stood unaffected, his gaze steady, a flicker of violet glowing in his Twelve Tomoe Rinnegan.

"I respect you, Kong-san," Chiga said. "Don't make this harder than it has to be."

With that, a ripple of force radiated from his eyes, sending subtle tremors across the Red Line. Kong felt a bead of sweat form on his brow.

What terrifying power... even now, he holds back.

Kong clenched his fists. Still, as a former Fleet Admiral and Commander-in-Chief of the World Government's military forces, he couldn't back down entirely.

"Do you intend to betray the World Government? Betray the Navy?"

Chiga slowly rose from his seat. "The day I accepted the title of Fleet Admiral, the Navy ceased to be their puppet. They may have power, but they lack the heart to command true justice."

Before Kong could respond, a furious voice erupted behind them.

"Bastard! Uchiha Chiga! Your treachery knows no bounds!"

Kong turned pale. No, not now...

Standing at the doorway were five imposing figures—the Five Elders, the highest authorities in the World Government.

Leading them was the elder with blond hair, whose fury was directed entirely at Chiga.

"You dare lay hands on a Celestial Dragon! Kong! Why are you just standing there? Arrest him immediately!"

Kong's expression darkened. This was spiraling beyond what he could control.

But Chiga merely turned to face them, his eyes locking onto the blond Elder with casual contempt. He'd disliked this particular Elder from the beginning. Something about him reminded Chiga of a man he had loathed in another life—Shimura Danzo.

With a flick of his hand, Chiga activated Almighty Pull, and in an instant, the blond Elder was yanked into the air, his feet dangling helplessly.

Before anyone could react, Chiga's hand was around the Elder's throat.

"Didn't you say you'd arrest me? I'm right here. Go ahead, try it."

The Elder gurgled, eyes wide with panic, unable to speak as the grip tightened.

Kong lunged forward, attempting to intervene, but was knocked back by an invisible force. He crashed hard into the floor.

Before he could recover, a black vortex opened beneath him, and tendrils of darkness shot out, wrapping around him and pinning him in place.

No matter how hard he struggled, he couldn't move.

Chiga didn't even glance back. His focus remained on the blond Elder, who now twitched in desperation.

A sharp gust split the air—sword aura came slicing toward Chiga.

With a flick of his wrist, another repulsive shockwave burst forth, scattering the sword aura like dust.

Chiga's eyes narrowed. Behind the blond Elder, standing with one hand on his sheathed blade, was the Kimono-wearing Elder—the only swordsman among them.

So that attack had come from him.

It was powerful, Chiga noted—slightly above Red-Haired Shanks without that mysterious power, but still within manageable range for someone like him.

"I see," Chiga said, releasing the blond Elder like discarded trash. "Do you want to join the fight too?"

The swordsman didn't respond. Instead, he sheathed his blade fully and performed an action that stunned everyone present.

He bowed.

"Purple Kirin Marshal," he said respectfully, "this appears to be a misunderstanding. Please, do not let your anger consume you."

Kong's eyes widened. The others, even the blond Elder still coughing on the ground, stared in disbelief.

Chiga raised an eyebrow. With a casual flick, he sent the black coffin floating into the air beside him.

"I'm taking her," he said simply. "What do you say?"

The Kimono Elder didn't hesitate. "For her to offend the Fleet Admiral is an unforgivable act. Rizwell is yours to deal with."

The blond Elder trembled in fury on the ground. Rizwell was his bloodline—how could this be allowed?!

The Kimono Elder glanced at him coldly and then turned back to Chiga.

"Are you satisfied now, Purple Kirin Marshal?"

Chiga smirked, gently returning the black coffin into the Door-Door Space, and stepped forward, stopping just beside the Kimono Elder.

"I'm satisfied," he whispered. "I just wonder... what is Im thinking?"
