This was why Ryuya, controlling King Sterry, launched this unprecedented attack on Elbaph. Elbaph became a vassal state of the Lira Kingdom, providing metal for the mechanical soldiers, which Wapol's Baku Baku no Mi further refined into stronger materials for upgrading the mechanical factory.

Tempted by the mechanical soldiers, Germa 66 attacked Elbaph. Vinsmoke Judge's daughter, Vinsmoke Reiju, warned him.

"Father, this is unwise. We're facing King Sterry, who conquered Elbaph!"

Judge scoffed. "We are the Vinsmoke family! Germa 66! We won't be defeated! I'll use Germa's genetic factors to create stronger bio-soldiers to fight the mechanical soldiers! Mechanical soldiers, no matter how strong, lack the agility of our soldiers!"

Reiju felt conflicted. Unlike her siblings, she possessed empathy, but she had to obey her father, a source of immense frustration. She wanted to tell him this plan was doomed to fail, but he wouldn't listen.

Soon, under Judge's command, Germa 66 arrived in Elbaph. The moment they arrived, Ryuya, as King Sterry, confronted Judge.

Judge, brimming with pride, declared, "King Sterry, you came to greet us! I offer you a chance: surrender your mechanical factory, and we won't attack!"
