CHAPTER 90: FIGHTING ALPHA’S.

Meanwhile, in the guy’s room, just as the ladies’ rooms had been decorated, theirs was also given the same lavish treatment. Six menwho were actually designers were present, to help the Alpha’s get dressed.

"This room is... beautiful," Dickson murmured under his breath, his eyes scanning every corner with awe. His gaze lingered on the glimmering chandelier above them, the intricate wallpaper, and the furniture carved from rare woods. "Just how much do you think everything in this room is worth?"

"More than your life, if you’ll ask me," Joe replied, his voice barely above a whisper. He gave a sly smirk before leaning closer. "Only if we could take one of the pieces of furniture here... that could change our lives forever. Or..." he chuckled dryly, "or could ruin our lives forever if they find out."

"My sister never ceases to amaze me," Darius said with a scoff, his tone dripping with a mixture of irritation and reluctant admiration. He turned sharply toward one of the men helping them dress, his gaze narrowing. "Just when exactly did she have the plan to do all of this?"

"She called early this morning to set it up," the man replied, his voice serious and respectful. "Said she’d be coming here right after school."

"Interesting," Dickson murmured again, this time placing both hands casually on Joe’s shoulder as they continued to watch the scene unfold before them.

"So she had already set this up, and the incident at the Ashford family’s estate is just another opportunity for her," Darius said with a deep scoff, resting his hands firmly on his waist. "Typical of her."

"She’s still the same," Zephyr chimed in from the corner, exhaling a slow stream of smoke as he took another drag from his cigarette. "Before she even left the pack, she was like this. I thought she had changed, but turns out she hasn’t one bit. And honestly.. " he smirked, "....just how am I supposed to have fun with all of you stuffed in here? I already gave two girls my contact information and the address to this place. Classy girls... the kind who are meant to keep me company from today until tomorrow. I’m not going home with you all tonight."

"You’d better call them and tell them to stay back," Auren said with a heavy sigh, pulling a cigarette of his own from his pocket. After lighting it and taking a slow puff, he turned his gaze toward Victoria’s brothers, who were seated together on one of the large beds, each of them in the middle of getting dressed for the beach. "Hey, where exactly did your sister meet Anna? And just what exactly is going on here?"

"If you’re asking us, then who should we ask?" Callum shot back with a scoff, not even looking at Auren as he rifled through the drawer filled with neatly folded outfits. "I should be asking you what your sister is up to especially for her to be acting like she’s close to Victoria." He pulled out a shirt, held it up to himself, and then tossed it aside.

"Exactly!" Theo added, folding his arms over his chest. "Is this some kind of plan to punish Victoria again? Locking her up in the dungeon wasn’t enough, and now Anna wants to ’teach her a lesson,’ huh? Well, I’ll tell you right now that you won’t succeed with that. Not while we’re here."

"You’d better stop playing dumb, Ashford brothers," Auren said sharply, his tone carrying the bite of an insult. "I know you’re all smart. Even though Damien is one of the four Alphas ruling the academy... to us, he’s more like the errand boy. He isn’t holding any important post anyway. I can just as well say that your sister, Victoria, is one smart bitch."

Before Auren could take another drag from his cigarette, his collar was seized in a tight, furious grip. Lucian had stepped forward, his eyes burning with anger.

"Woah... they’re going to fight," Joe whispered to Dickson, raising one eyebrow. He spoke so quietly it was almost lost beneath the rising tension in the room. "Should we go and call the girls?"

"What fun would there be in that?" Dickson replied with a spark of excitement in his voice, his eyes never leaving the scene before him. "The girls will eventually find out once they all start fighting. Besides, do you really think they’d all want to fight while you and I are standing here? They’d be embarrassed."

"Don’t you dare talk shit about our sister!" Lucian barked, his voice booming with rage. He shoved Auren back a step but didn’t release his collar. "And you three know damn well that if Elder Brother Damien is the one holding a post and not you, it’s because he is the pillar of the academy. If he’s gone..." Lucian’s grip tightened. "...you three are finished. You hold no post. You’re just wasting your lives pretending you’re important. If anyone should be called ’errand boys,’ it’s the three of you, taking orders from the council of elders. My brother doesn’t take rules from any damn person!"

"You....!" Auren started, raising his hand, ready to punch Lucian, but before his fist could fly, Darius stepped forward, his arm outstretched in a silent command to stop.

"Like we’ve said earlier .... if your sister Anna is getting closer to Victoria because of some hidden agenda, then she has failed woefully," Theo said, his voice edged with steel. His eyes locked on the Ashford brothers, unflinching. "We won’t stand by and watch while Victoria gets hurt. Not for a second."

"But then..." Auren snarled, his face twisting into fury, "...catch this, you jerk!"

Without warning, he lunged forward and landed a vicious punch squarely on Lucian’s jaw. The force made a sickening crack echo in the room. Lucian staggered but recovered instantly, grabbing Auren and slamming him to the floor. Within seconds, the two of them were rolling and grappling like wild animals, fists pounding, teeth bared.

The chaos ignited instantly.

Darius sprang toward Callum, slamming into him with enough force to send them both crashing into a dresser. At the same time, Zephyr hurled himself at Theo, knocking him backward over a chair before raining punches down on him. And Damien usually composed didn’t hesitate to throw himself into the fray, fists swinging in sharp, calculated strikes.

It was no longer a scuffle.

It was war.

Punch after punch landed with sickening thuds. The entire building seemed to tremble with the sheer ferocity of their brawl. Wooden furniture groaned and splintered, crashing to the ground. Chairs broke apart. The ornate coffee table split down the middle. Expensive decorations shattered against the floor, their fragments skittering across the polished surface now smeared with blood.

The sound was deafening.... the pounding of fists, the grunt of exertion, the snapping of furniture legs all layered with shouted curses.

"Die, you motherfuckers!" someone roared.

"Go to hell!" another voice answered, dripping with venom.

Blood spattered across the floor and walls. One of the lamps toppled and rolled, its shade dented and crooked. The air quickly became thick not only with the scent of sweat and rage but with the sharp, metallic tang of blood. Yet none of them cared. Their eyes were wild. Their movements were desperate, ruthless. This wasn’t a fight for dominance anymore. This was personal.

Joe and Dickson exchanged a single glance ...the kind that said we’re getting out of here before we die too and bolted for the door. They squeezed past a tipped-over chair and stumbled into the hallway, the sound of violence still rumbling behind them like a thunderstorm.

They ran only a short distance before coming face to face with Victoria, Anna, Rose, Blonde, and Nicole, all hurrying down the corridor toward them. The women were visibly startled, their footsteps quick and uneven.

"What the hell is going on in there?!" Anna demanded, panting heavily as she came to an abrupt stop in front of Dickson and Joe.

"They’re fighting," Joe blurted, struggling to catch his breath. "They’re going to kill each other."

"Why the hell are they fighting?!" Nicole’s voice rose sharply, though there was no surprise in her tone. She crossed her arms, shaking her head in disbelief. "Actually, I knew this bullshit would happen the moment Anna asked them to share a room."

"My brothers are fighting? Seriously?" Victoria asked, her brows shooting upward. Disbelief was etched across her face as she stepped forward, clearly intent on checking the situation for herself. The other ladies moved with her but Joe quickly stepped in front of them, spreading his arms to block the doorway.

"What the hell is wrong with you?!" Anna snapped, her voice rising with anger. "Step aside!"

"If you go in there, do you honestly think you’ll be able to stop them?" Joe shot back, raising one brow. "They’ll just drag you into the fight instead. You’ll get hurt, and they won’t even see you while they’re at it."

"Aaagh!" A sudden, bone-chilling scream of pain tore through the room behind him. The sound was so raw and guttural that Anna’s eyes widened in alarm.

Without hesitation, she shoved both Joe and Dickson aside, her movements fueled by instinct and fury. She stormed toward the door, yanking it open with enough force to make it slam into the wall. Victoria, Rose, Blonde, and Nicole rushed in behind her, their expressions tight with shock.

And then they all froze.

Their mouths fell open as the scene before them burned itself into their minds.

The respected Alphas of the packs .... men who commanded fear and respect wherever they went were locked in a savage brawl, tearing into each other with a level of violence more fitting for wild beasts than leaders.
