Unseen attacks were the most deadly.

Zeraora couldn't dodge the invisible assault, but a nearly transparent white lightning barrier immediately manifested around it, successfully deflecting all of Psychic's attacks.

This explained how it had maintained such incredible speed after enduring the successive impacts of Shadow Ball and Aura Sphere—it was protected by this electrical shield.

"Zeraora has a second exclusive move?" Chris wondered. He hadn't heard of Zeraora possessing any electrical defensive abilities.

Could this be the result of some exclusive held item?

"CRASH!"

With a tremendous impact, Chris was teleported to the ground tens of meters away once again.

Zeraora had crushed the floor beneath it and executed a "Sky Uppercut," creating a circular crack with a diameter exceeding ten meters in the lightning chamber's ceiling.

"This speed isn't completely unavoidable by Teleport!" Chris commented with amazement, expressing satisfaction with Zeraora's combat effectiveness.

Chris released another Poké Ball.

Tyranitar entered the battlefield and immediately began Mega Evolution.

"TYRANITAR!!" With a thunderous roar, Sandstorm began rising gradually!

Despite the absence of dirt or sand in the lightning chamber, this didn't prevent Mega Tyranitar from summoning Sandstorm—creating so much sand from pure energy!

"Rock Slide!" Chris commanded.

Simultaneously, Mega Gardevoir teleported him to a different position.

Immediately, an enormous dark opening appeared on the ceiling, large enough to cover the entire lightning chamber, as countless sharp, persistent rocks rained down.

Zeraora leaped into the air while receiving spiral Aura Spheres and Shadow Balls flying from multiple angles.

Landing on the ground, it ran frantically against the heavy rock bombardment, its fists once again covered with white thunder plasma as it launched toward Mega Tyranitar.

It was choosing to target the seemingly easier opponent.

Greninja could absorb its Plasma Fists without harm, Gengar was too elusive to pin down, and both the trainer and Mega Gardevoir teleported constantly, making them difficult to catch.

Mega Tyranitar, with its massive body, shouldn't be able to dodge its attacks—making it the optimal "target."

However, before Zeraora could strike, Chris had already retrieved Mega Tyranitar to its Poké Ball.

This wasn't a panicked reaction to Zeraora's attack—that would have been too late.

Since Zeraora considered Mega Tyranitar the best target, Chris agreed, which was why he had only wanted Tyranitar to establish Sandstorm weather and execute Rock Slide.

"Earthquake!" Chris released another Poké Ball.

Garchomp materialized, immediately undergoing Mega Evolution.

In the Sandstorm conditions, Mega Garchomp's combat power increased rapidly. After Mega Evolution, its ability changed to "Sand Force."

This would make boss fights much easier, rather than relying solely on Trick Room and Gengar's "Scary Face" to weaken opponents like Zeraora.

However, the continuous assault had clearly exhausted Zeraora.

"It's time to end this battle," Chris decided, extending his hand slightly downward.

"Gengar, Z-Move: Never-Ending Nightmare!"

"Garchomp, Continental Crush!"

Mega Garchomp executed another Earthquake, pulverizing the already-shattered ground even further. Its bomber-like form became wrapped in khaki energy flow as its dual scythes charged forward with unstoppable momentum!

Gengar's figure appeared in a corner, covering its mouth with mischievous laughter. Its body received Z-energy from Chris, and it immediately placed both hands on the ground.

In an instant, the entire lightning chamber seemed to fall into a strange dark realm. Flowers, plants, and trees appeared, but all were shrouded in shadows, creating an eerie, frightening atmosphere.

The ground transformed from fragmented steel into a purple quagmire, and countless arms constructed from Ghost-type energy emerged from it, stretching infinitely upward as they swarmed toward Zeraora, attempting to tear it apart!

"ROAAAAR!!" Zeraora displayed a ferocious expression and roared like a wild tiger.

The white lightning shield surrounding its body immediately expanded, with countless electrical discharges bursting outward, surging and spreading throughout the entire chamber.

"BOOM! BOOM! BOOM!"

The thunderbolt swept away all supernatural forces, easily tearing apart countless Ghost-type arms with overwhelming electrical power.

Chris became increasingly certain that this Zeraora possessed some exclusive held item. This lightning shield integrated both offense and defense in an impressively effective manner.

However, this electrical assault couldn't halt Mega Garchomp's advance—as a Ground-type Pokémon, no matter how powerful the Electric-type damage, it remained completely ineffective!

Two massive scythes enhanced with Earth Power struck the white thunder shield, creating another tremendous explosion.

The white lightning barrier was cleaved and shattered.

"Greninja, Double Helix Golden Shuriken!" Chris issued his follow-up command.

Two Greninja appeared, standing one on the left and one on the right. Each removed the shuriken from their backs, enlarged them, applied golden coating, and guided them with spiral Aura power.

Locking onto Zeraora, they struck simultaneously!

"GRAAAAH!" Zeraora gritted its teeth and roared, its expression becoming increasingly fierce. Its arms became charged with white lightning as it dodged one punch to destroy a Spiral Golden Shuriken, then spun around to eliminate the second Spiral Golden Shuriken.

However, in the next instant, two spiral Aura Spheres pierced through the smoke and reached its chest.

"CRACKLE..." This time it wasn't thunder, but the two spiral Aura Spheres continuously grinding away at everything around them.

"ROOOOOAR!!!" Without the protection of its thunder shield, Zeraora suffered significant damage immediately.

But the battle wasn't over yet.

Chris extended his hand forward.

The finishing move was coming!

"Gardevoir, Spacial Rend!"
