Primordial Ascension: Starting out with Three Ultimate Skills
Chapter 61: Pay Number 0 a visit
CHAPTER 61: PAY NUMBER 0 A VISIT
Within the two days that Caden was forced in temporary slumber. First year students were given ample time to understand the royal academy.
To link up with second year and third year students.
An assembly was called but with the absence of the first year’s Number 0, it was called off.
The special dormitory building which was created to house both first year, second year and third year students was already filled up.
All the empty dorm rooms occupied by freshmen.
The royal academy had six tier dormitory buildings.
The sixth tier was meant for numbers ranked three thousand to four thousand.
The lowest ranks amongst the students.
Fifth tier dormitory was meant for numbers ranked two thousand to three thousand.
Fourth tier dormitory was meant for numbers ranked one thousand to two thousand.
Third tier dormitory was meant for numbers ranked four hundred to a thousand.
Second tier dormitory was meant for numbers ranked one hundred to four hundred.
And the first tier dormitory was meant for numbers ranked fifty to a hundred.
The special tier dormitory was specifically meant for numbers ranked 0 to fifty.
It was the same for male dormitories and female dormitories as well.
Second years and third years weren’t given specific dormitories, it was a system meant for unity.
But also dividing everyone in terms of strength.
An hierarchy created by the Supreme Council.
To motivate students to strive for power.

It was another day and Caden was preparing for class, after sleeping for two days.
He spent another day training his body, trying to subdue his Qi lust so he wouldn’t randomly be draining Qi.
And his summoned servant, Frey Blade was the one who had been training him and helping him.
Now he has subdued his Qi lust by a significant margin. Making it okay to enter the academic buildings.
Caden stood before the bathroom mirror, dressed in his academic uniform, he’s seen knotting his tie.
Caden stared at himself for a few seconds, his lips curled faintly "Falling for yourself?" A voice echoed behind him.
Caden shrugged, recognizing the voice. It was Frey Blade, Frey emerged from his master’s shadow.
Standing behind Caden with his arms folded.
"Why are you out here?" Caden asked, "Shouldn’t you be sleeping in my shadow?" Frey chuckled at the question.
"Have you forgotten we made a deal?" He asked, "Since I helped you with your Qi lust, I’m free to pop out of your shadow as long as we are alone"
"Its boring spending days in there without talking to anyone, I may not have to fight in a long time"
"But I want to have some fun" He smirked after saying those words, Caden softly exhaled.
"Well we did make a deal and it’s fine even if you come out, as long as we both are alone that’s it" Caden said.
"I’m the current leader of the first year students and I will sure have alot of attention focused on me" He slightly tilted his head "During those period, you must stay quiet"
Frey locked eyes with Caden for a few seconds, he shrugged his shoulders "Sure sure, as you can see...I’m not complaining, am I?"
"But you do know they’ll be searching for you right?" Frey asked. Caden’s eyebrows furrowed "Who will?" He asked.
"The Reds.....you killed those three and now they’re pitching the blame on the Reds, they know they weren’t the ones who killed those guys"
"They’ll surely try to track down who was it that drained the Qi of those soldiers and that female staff" Frey explained.
Caden breathed in deeply "Well I expect them to do that, but why does it matter if they come for me?"
"I plan to wipe them all out in the first place" He paused for a second, "Coming to me will only fasten the prowess"
Frey chuckled "Hehehehe, you’re quite interesting, don’t you think? Master"
"Do you have the strength to back up those words?" Frey asked. Caden stayed quiet "When the time comes, we’ll see if I do"

Once Caden was done with dressing up, it was time to leave his dorm room and head towards the academic buildings.
Before he arrived at the special tier dormitory, he was given a wristband that indicated his number boldly.
Every student in the Valor Royal Academy has this wristband. It’s main purpose is to reveal the student’s current ranking number.
The Number 0 was displayed boldly.
Caden exited his dorm room, he was met with a few students on his way, they were mainly second years and third years.
Even though they saw himself, they tried ignoring him until they confirmed his ranking number.
Seeing the bold Number 0, they immediately paid their respect to the representative of the first year students.
Caden received their greetings with a smile, few minutes later. He was out of the special tier dormitory building.
He breathed in the fresh air, thanks to the female staff member who acted as his escort.
He knew everywhere in the Valor Royal Academy.
Where he is currently heading to is the Freshman department.
There are only two classes in this department.
The sword cultivation class and the magecraft class.
Students must choose one class to attend it’s lectures but there are some joint classes such as demon raids and battle classes.
It didn’t take much time for Caden to reach his destination. The department building was a dome shaped building.
A glass house, the size of three football fields merged into one.
And hundreds of first year students were see moving around in groups, whispering amongst themselves.
By this time, friendships were made, groups were created. The weaker were trying to interact with the strong.
And the moment Caden stepped into the building, everything else came to a halt as his presence drew every attention.
The second year students and third year students may not recognize him but every single first year students recognized him.
Why?
The answer is simple. He’s their Number 0
Caden walked through the hallway like a king, a path was created for him and no one dared to stand in the way.
The Number 0 was boldly displayed on his wristband, climbing the stairway and entering the second floor.
He was heading to one of the few offices, every student must be registered into one class.
Caden was required to do the same as well.
But instead of selecting sword cultivation.
His eyes were set on the magecraft class, and with his Mana Convergence Stage of Second-tier mage.
He had alot of things he planned to do.

Meanwhile, in the second year departmental building.
The news of the first year’s Number 0 making an appearance had already gotten to them.
Present in an empty lecture hall, fifteen figures were presently sitted. All dressed in uniforms.
With just a glance, one could tell they were all second year students.
And the numbers displayed on their wristbands revealed numbers from 20 downwards.
Sitted at the center of the group was a spiky purple haired figure, his wristband displayed the Number 5.
Second year Number 5 was the one who got the message, his lips curled into a faint smile "It seems the freshmen Number 0 has decided to crawl out of the hole he once hid huh?" He mocked.
The group laughed at the unfunny joke made. Number 5 continued "Our Mr. 0 asked us to report to him when the first year’s Number 0 makes an appearance"
"Should we report it?" A student shook his head, his wristband displayed the Number 8 "We must report it but we should delay it a bit"
"If we head down to the first year department and humiliate their Number 0, we’ll surely get popular" Number 8 suggested.
Number 5 was in deep thoughts "That’s quite a good suggestion, since Number 0 is meant to be the strongest"
"If I, Number 5 of the second year humiliates the first year’s Number 0, we’ll become even more famous"
"And the rest of the academy will see this freshmen for the weak trash they are" A lopsided grin appeared on Number 5’s lips.
"Let’s pay the first year’s Number 0 a visit"
