Primordial Ascension: Starting out with Three Ultimate Skills
Chapter 67: He must be Killed
CHAPTER 67: HE MUST BE KILLED
"Damn it....he’s too strong" Number 5 mumbled, slowly accepting his fate.
His strength was slowly fading, realizing that his struggles was nothing but futile against Caden.
Compared to Caden’s physical strength as a Dragonman.
Number 5 was nothing and now Caden’s stats were recently increasing, making him even stronger.
In a contest of physical strength. Number 5 was nothing but a mere loser.
It was humiliating for a second year’s Number 5.
Caden kept his promise. He had humiliated him, he was now wondering if Caden would ever let him go.
Or if he would kill him as well.
Like he did against his fellow seventy two first year students. That was something that had spread across the Valor Royal Academy.
Caden glared at the struggling Number 5. His expression remained indifferent, but his eyes filled with rage.
He tightened his grip, Number 5 could feel his conciousness fading at a fast rate.
That was when Caden sensed something else.
Slightly tilting his head, he sensed an unfamiliar presence. Hidden in the unknown.
Just then a student appeared behind him, placing his hand on Caden’s shoulder.
For a few seconds, Caden was immobilized.
Unable to move an inch from where he stood, another student appeared before Caden.
Quickly releasing his grip on Number 5’s neck.
Number 5 fell on the ground, he could be seen gasping for air. He fell back, moving away from Caden.
Despite being frozen by a strange skill. Caden was still unfazed, his eyes scanned through the vicinity.
"Who are you guys?" That was the first question he asked. His voice, still calm as usual.
Standing before him were three uniformed students, excluding Number 5 who was still struggling to breath.
And the student who had frozen Caden’s movements from behind. Caden glanced down.
Observing their ranking numbers.
His eyebrows furrowed "Ah now I see, two ranked Number 2s and one ranked Number 1" His lips curled into a faint smile.
"I guess the one who had me frozen is the second Number 1 correct?" Caden guessed right.
The student quickly moved away from his back, landing right beside his fellow students.
Now it wasn’t three but four who stood before him.
Two of them were ranked Number 1 and the other two ranked Number 2. The one who had halted Caden’s movements.
He’s the second Number 1.
Few minutes went by and Caden could feel his body once again. The effects of the skill was over.
Seeing that Caden was examining himself, one of the students spoke out "Greetings Mr. 0, sorry for our sudden arrival, we never meant it to be like this" the first Number 1 uttered.
He breathed in deeply "The fact that four of the highest ranked second years are here, is this dude really that important?" He asked, pointing at Number 5.
Number 5 flinched the second he locked eyes with Caden. He quickly looked away, avoiding eye contact.
Seeing this, Caden chuckled, the second Number 1 softly exhaled "You can put it like that" He answered.
He glared at Number 5 for a second before staring at Caden "Our Number 5 is an important member is the Second year’s faction"
"Although we apologise for his unruly behavior but we can’t allow further harm to come to him" the Number 1 explained.
Caden’s eyes flickered "Is that so?" He chuckled, "What if I was the one being hurt? You would have allowed it right?" He questioned.
The first Number 1 shook his head "No" He sharply answered, "We would have interfered as well"
"We do not want a war between first year and second year" the first Number 1 explained.
Caden smirked, he knew that was a lie.
If he was weaker than Number 5. They would have kept quiet and allowed it to happen.
It would have given them more leverage against the Third years students.
"And what punishment would you give him?" Caden asked, "I’m trying to be considerate" He continued.
Taking a step forward, "A measly Number 5 tried to attack a Number 0, that is an insult against the first years"
"I’ve done enough to crush him but shouldn’t he be punished by your Number 0?" Caden asked.
He had analyzed the situation, he knew he is stronger than this students individually but if they attack together.
It will be a different story.
Each of them were strong on their own. Especially the second Number 1 who had frozen him for a minute.
The first Number 1 cupped his hands, bowing his head before Caden with a smile "Believe me when I say this, he will definitely be punished"
Caden nodded, he waved his hand "You can take me then, but if such a thing repeats itself again"
"I’ll make sure they’re crippled for life" Caden warned.
The second year students flinched at his warning but they didn’t retort, they knew they were in the wrong.
One of the Number 2 approached the unconscious second year students. He snapped his fingers.
A large magic circle appeared on the ground, covering them. They vanished without a single trace.
Caden’s eyes gleamed "A teleportation magic circle huh?" He muttered. Amazed by what he saw.
The second Number 2 approached the wounded Number 5, placing his hand on Number 5’s forehead.
Number 5 fell into a state of deep sleep, he lifted Number 5 off the ground, placing him on his shoulder.
He glanced at the two awaiting Number 1 students.
When the signal was given. The teleportation magic circle was casted once again.
But before they vanished, the first Number 1 stared at Caden with a smile "We once again apologise for what had happened to you"
"Although our Number 0 isn’t present. She had asked us to personally invite you, she hopes for your cooperation" the first Number 1 stated.
And with that, they all vanished without a single trace. Leaving the first year’s departmental building.
Caden softly exhaled "She?" His lips curled into a faint smile "I guess she really did become a Number 0 in this life"
"It seems I will be meeting an old friend, soon enough"

Meanwhile, while everything was ongoing. A raven had been observing everything from a tree branch.
It’s eyes flickered for a few seconds.
It was a three eyed raven with the insignia of the Red Continent imprinted on its forehead.
"Wasn’t that Qi? Could he be the one who killed those soldiers and that staff member?" The raven mumbled, "It looks like Lord 5th Reaper was right. This Caden Ryder really is an interesting one"
"But he’s too dangerous. He must be killed"
