Zone B is where the Commander’s Mansion and various military and administrative offices of Snow Cliff Pass are located.

Zone C is for reserves and logistics—the public affairs bureau, as it handles the task of exchanging trophies for rewards and merits, and needs to store and consolidate many resources, is also placed in Zone C.

Zone D is the lowest level zone of Snow Cliff Pass, known as the "civilian zone."

Whether organizations like the Brotherhood or various shopfronts, alchemy rooms, or training rooms, they are all set in Zone D.

The public affairs bureau was smaller than Chen Yan expected.

No spacious, bright facade or signboard, it looked just like an entranceway to a cave not much bigger than the Brotherhood.

But after presenting the Brotherhood’s money token to the gatekeeping soldiers, the two were quickly allowed to enter.

Entering the cave entrance, to Chen Yan’s surprise, inside was a hall—it gave him the feeling as if suddenly being in the official affairs hall of the real world.

One high counter after another set up, with small doors to the side for entry and exit.

Inside, people were talking in low voices.

Of those coming and going, quite a few were dressed neatly, and there were also more civilians like Chen Yan and the baldy brother scattered in twos and threes in the hall, seemingly waiting for something.
