CHAPTER 100: 100 - RESULTS [2]
(Raven’s POV)
"You want me to join the student council?"
"Yes."
Lillen immediately answered my question.
"As of now, you have great influence in the academy, especially among the freshmen."
"It would be beneficial to us if you join, and based on your written test scores and combat abilities..."
"Also the fact that you didn’t bow down to those with power and instead brought them down for their wrongdoings—"
"Nobody would object to you joining the student council, even though you’re just a freshman."
Lillen explained continuously without giving me time to respond! I’m surprised she didn’t stutter with that.
’In the novels, this is also the time where Alec and the main characters would join the student council...’
And now I’m being recruited too.
I was curious at something, so to confirm it—
"Are you going to invite Alec, Curtis, Eve, Aoi, and Adelle too?"
I asked Lillen that.
"...You’re right. Even your friend Blake."
Then she replied with a smile.
Though, hearing Blake’s name made my eye twitch.
’That bastard...’
Now I’m really curious what Blake did in the test to be a recruit candidate in the [Student Council] too.
Anyway, bringing my attention back to Lillen—
"You’re recruiting quite a lot of people at once... Are you trying to make a group that would be the next student council after you leave?"
I asked her that with a serious expression on my face.
"...!"
And seeing her and the others’ shocked reaction, I guess my words were right.
"Your insight seems pretty good... You’re correct again."
Lillen answered.
’Insight? I put it in the novel, so I know... I was just trying to see if that was still the case.’
I thought before opening my mouth again.
"Why are you doing that?"
I asked Lillen another question.
"Hey, stop asking questions!"
Cooper suddenly exclaimed. I really just want to punch him once.
"Stop it. We’re inviting him to our group, so Raven has the right to ask questions."
Lana, the Vice President, scolded him.
And when Cooper shut his mouth, Lillen nodded to me before answering—
"It’s so that I would still have a connection to the academy even after graduating."
She said with such a sincere face.
’Hmm, nothing changed...’
Everything about the student council event is the same as I remember. Except that they’re also inviting me and Blake this time.
"So you want me to join as a member too?"
I asked Lillen.
But she shook her head.
"Not just as a member."
She said and smiled at me.
"I want you to be a freshman representative."
"...Huh...?"
’Did I hear her right?’
"You’ll be the liaison between the freshmen and the seniors. Do you want to do it?"
I thought I misheard Lillen, but it seems like I didn’t.
’Freshman representative...’
A smile crept up on my face at the thought.
"If it’s you, I know you can do it, but I won’t force you."
"I’ll give you time to deci—"
"I’ll do it."
And before Lillen could even finish her words, I casually gave her my answer.
"But on one condition—"
"If you’re going to use me, then let me use the student council too."
"Isn’t that just fair?"
Then I added with a sly smirk.
I saw Lillen frown at my words.
But I don’t really care.
I just waited for her answer with a smug look on my face.

Meanwhile... In the headmaster’s office where Raven had just left—
"I’m really sorry for his behavior."
Kendy was currently apologizing to Leo.
Leo looked at him for a few seconds with calm eyes before opening his mouth.
"I told you it’s fine."
He said.
"But Kendy..."
"Yes, Sir?"
"Are you sure Raven isn’t contracted to any demon?"
Leo asked as he looked at the documents in his hands.
And what was written in those were Raven’s stats and data, including his background and other details.
"All I can say is that I can’t feel any demonic energy from him."
Kendy quickly answered.
"Then... is it really as he said? That he’s just a genius?"
Leo asked again.
And his question made Kendy frown.
"Well... yes..."
He forced himself to say that, he can imagine Raven’s smug face right now and it’s annoying him.
"Hmm, I see..."
Leo muttered as he looked down at the documents again.
’Do my responsibility, protect and nurture the students well and equally, huh...’
Leo remembered Raven’s last words before he left earlier.
"What a funny kid."
He mumbled, a small smile crept up his face.
’He probably still has a lot of secrets...’
Leo thought before facing Kendy again.
"Kendy."
"Yes, Sir?!"
"Observe Raven."
Then he ordered that with a strict tone.
"I got it!"
Kendy immediately accepted it without hesitation.
And after that—
"Also, make an article about him."
Leo suddenly added that out of nowhere.
"Huh...? What do you mean, Headmaster?"
At Kendy’s question, Leo smiled mischievously before opening his mouth.
"Let’s shift the media’s and the public’s attention to Raven— So they’ll forget the incident about Sean and the others for a while."
He said.
And following that—
"...And during that time, let’s follow that kid’s words and clean up the trashes in the academy. They’re starting to smell."
Leo declared, an overwhelming pressure leaking out from him!
s w o o s h~
And hearing his last words, Kendy’s mood improved significantly!
"I will follow your order!"
He happily exclaimed, smiling ear to ear.
"But about the article, what should we put in there?"
Then he asked.
Leo stood up and tapped Kendy’s shoulder.
And while his eyes were shining a bit from excitement—
"The hidden prodigy!"
"The one who fought against the tyrant!"
"The one with angelic black wings, brutal to his enemies!"
Leo exclaimed in a happy tone and looked straight into Kendy’s eyes.
"The Dark Angel, Raven Obadiah!"
He declared.
But Kendy couldn’t help but cringe at his words.
"Embarrassing to hear, right?"
Leo asked, and without waiting for a response—
"That’ll be Raven’s punishment for setting one of the academy’s buildings on fire."
"Heroes should at least have one embarrassing nickname, don’t you think so?"
Leo said that, Kendy started to smile mischievously too after hearing that.
"Oh, that’s a very good plan, Headmaster."
"I know."
"HAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!"
Then the two started laughing like crazy.
Raven has no idea of any of this happening.

"I can’t see Sean’s name or his group in the ranking."
"Guess they’re really gone, huh."
I muttered while looking at the combat test rankings on the Lunar’s webpage.
"But how the fuck did Blake become rank three?"
Seeing his ranking made me frown.
Blake wasn’t even in the novel, I didn’t make him! He’s just naturally in this world when I transmigrated.
’Where the hell did he come from out of nowhere...?’
I asked myself.
[I don’t know, but it’s most likely the result of your actions.]
Then Sariel appeared and replied to me.
"Fuck it. There’s a new talented person, so it’s a good thing."
I grumbled and finally started eating breakfast.
I’m too hungry to think about Blake right now.
And it’s not like he’s a villain, if ever—he’s even slowly joining the main characters. So having someone talented like him in our side is good.
’I don’t need to be stressed about him appearing, really.’
Anyway...
As I was eating breakfast, I was also forming new plans in my head.
Ruby said that there wouldn’t be any class this whole week. It’s for us students to rest—
So before this week ends... I need to finish some things fast.
"I need to contact Ervin and offer him a deal."
I mumbled while munching the food in my mouth.
Though, it seems like he got expelled too because he was always with Sean.
’What a mess...’
I thought as I scratched my head in annoyance.
[Oh, just in: Sean’s father and mother got kicked out from their work too!]
But then a good news was given to me by Sariel.
"Tell me more about it."
I said, curious.
[Sean’s father worked at the Heroes Federation, and since they didn’t want their image tainted, they fired him.]
[Meanwhile, Sean’s mother was an executive in a fairly large women’s organization.]
[It looks like she already made a lot of enemies because of her bad personality; thus her enemies used this situation to bring her down.]
Then Sariel explained to me.
"Do I need to feel guilty?"
I asked him. There’s a possibility that Sean’s parents are good people, and he just became a dick on his own.
[No. They’re demons, like their only son.]
But it seems like that’s not the case, based on Sariel’s research.
"I see... that’s good to know."
I muttered, then I continued eating without care.
