Staring at the stats of the serpent lying dead in front of me, a frown crept up on my face.

"I’m glad that I’m still alive after attacking this thing."

I muttered as I massaged my temple.

Clifford and the others said that I should take the serpent’s corpse for myself since Levina and I killed it.

Well, I just paralyzed it—Levina killed it single-handedly.

I tried to reject their offer by saying that I just sneaked into this dungeon without their permission.

But it failed after they said that some of them would have died if I hadn’t decided to sneak in, and they also said it’s a thanks for me cooking for them.

They’re just way too kind for a trespasser like me.

"Should I just sell the whole corpse?"

I asked as I tried to put the serpent’s corpse in my spatial storage.

[You don’t have enough space to put the whole corpse in the spatial storage.]

But then, the system appeared and stated that.

"Hah?"

I frowned deeper and looked at the corpse.

It’s about 10 meters long—so that’s why.

"What if I dismantle the corpse?"

I asked the system.

[It will still not fit.]

"Then what should I do?"

[Upgrade your spatial storage in the ’System Shop’.]

My brows furrowed.

"Do I have enough CP?"

[Well, yes. It’s 1000 CP. And by the way, you received 1500 CP and some donations from what you did earlier.]

Does it mean when I paralyzed the serpent?

"Then, upgrade my spatial storage."

[Then start dismantling, idiot.]

I ignored the system since I didn’t have the energy to argue with it at the moment.

"Is everything okay with you there?"

Alina, who appeared from behind, asked.

I looked at her and shook my head.

"No, I need to dismantle this big-ass corpse... It’s bothersome."

I grumbled as I looked back at the serpent’s massive dead body.

"You’re stupidly honest or a liar based on your mood, huh."

Alina said as if she found my personality interesting.

"It’s because of you who nagged me for a long time that I don’t have the energy to even lie."

I casually replied. She really did nag me about my recklessness as soon as the serpent was confirmed dead. It almost made my ears bleed.

"Want me to help you dismantle the corpse?"

Then, she offered.

"If you’re saying that just to be thoughtful, then bad luck for you—I won’t decline. If you can, why not just dismantle it all by yourself?"

"Hah?! Why am I doing it alone?"

"I can’t really cut any body part of the corpse."

I said, then pointed at the upper jaw of the serpent.

"Look, even when I attacked it from the inside, my katana didn’t even stab that deep."

Alina frowned at my reasoning.

"Fine, but in exchange, cook a lot of meat for dinner."

She requested.

I smiled and nodded my head.

"Consider it done."

I declared with a big smile on my face.

Upon killing the boss monster, the dungeon overflow will now most likely not happen.

Also, a portal appeared near the lake when the serpent was killed.

It’s an exit to go back to Earth. Though we were excited to return, it’s well known that after you exit the dimension, the portal-type dungeon will disappear after a while.

So we decided to stay 24 more hours in this dimension’s time to loot the place. It would be stupid of us to leave just because a portal appeared.

We need to take everything we can back with us!

And without wasting any time, Clifford and the others started looting here and there.

Levina helped them as per my request.

I stayed at the camp with Oscar, as my lower body had not fully recovered yet.

I was meditating while Oscar guarded the place and waited for the others.

He also made sure that no monsters came out through the portal and were transferred to Earth.

Just like that... Time peacefully passed.

*****

Twenty-four hours later...

S W O O O S H~!!!

We finally left the portal-dungeon. Levina chose to come with me, saying she got bored in the [Mysterious Woodland].

She could’ve stayed if she wanted. Though honestly, I’m glad she’s with me.

’I got a strong bodyguard now.’

Anyway...

As soon as we returned to the ’Gentle Forest,’ we were greeted by some members of the [Coldvale] guild.

Well, not really "greeted"—they were surprised upon seeing me come out with Clifford and the others.

"Calm down, he’s with us."

As expected—and fortunately—Clifford and the others vouched for me.

So, nobody really questioned about how I got in the dungeon... I did received a lot of weird stares though.

Moving on—

In Earth’s time, we were in the dungeon for 4 days and 13 hours.

It’s now Monday, 1:00 P.M.

I immediately sent a message to Tyrone, telling him I want him to use his skill for the very first time by creating a weapon for me.

I also told him that I already had a material with me for that weapon.

He immediately agreed, and we’re going to meet today, later at 7:00 P.M.

*****

Currently—

"Me and the others made sure that no news about what you did will spread to the public."

"Thanks."

I’m inside Clifford’s office. We’re sitting across from each other.

Clifford just assured me that he and the others will make sure the public won’t find out about me sneaking into the dungeon.

After all, going inside a dungeon you don’t own is a crime—good thing he and the others are cool with what I did.

"Anyway, I have a proposal."

I shifted the topic with a serious face.

Clifford became serious as well, noticing that this was something important.

"What is it?"

He asked.

I straightened my posture and leaned forward. After a short pause, I spoke.

"I plan to start a lot of business in the near future... And I want to use your guild’s name."

"..."

Silence engulfed the room. I was pretty nervous about what I just said.

Then, after some time of awkward and heavy silence, Clifford finally opened his mouth.

"Listen, just because I’m the guildmaster doesn’t mean I fully own the guild. Some executives will object to your proposal, since you don’t have a great background. Don’t misunderstand me—I really want to help you though."

He said, explaining his situation.

I nodded, understanding his point. I know his guild isn’t a one-man organization like in most novels.

[Coldvale] has many executives who are just a bit weaker than Clifford. They, along with Clifford, worked hard to reach the top by hiring and training potential talents.

Because of that, [Coldvale] has the most B- to A+ rank heroes in the human domain.

S- rank and above is not as common as in novels—it requires a crazy amount of talent and effort, and most humans don’t possess both.

Anyway, knowing Clifford’s side, I casually waved my hand before opening my mouth again.

"I won’t directly use your guild’s name."

I said. Clifford looked at me, asking what I meant.

A mischievous smile crept up on my face as I started my explanation.

"You just need to invest in me individually. You as Clifford—not as [Coldvale]’s guildmaster."

I said, pointing at him.

And at that—

"...!"

Clifford immediately understood my plan and showed a surprised face.

If he invested in the businesses that I’m going to start soon, no one would dare touch them easily, since Clifford is the guildmaster of the number one guild in the human domain.

Even though he invested individually, others would unconsciously associate him with the whole [Coldvale] guild.

And because he’s is famous, my business would be known—and customers would surely be curious about it.

In short, I’m indirectly using [Coldvale]’s name when I’m actually just using Clifford’s.

’I’m getting my future businesses protection and promotion at the same time!’

I thought, smiling inwardly and suppressing myself from laughing because of my genius idea.

But then...

As Clifford was contemplating about what I just said—

Bam!

"Huh?"

The office door opened, and someone immediately entered.

"..."

What entered was a beautiful girl with milk-like smooth, white skin, long and shiny deep-black hair, and starry black eyes.

Even with the academy’s uniform, you could still see that her body was well-endowed with curves.

And her charisma and aura were the same as what you’d usually call the ’Ice Princess’ in novels.

But although she was beautiful, I frowned when I saw her.

"Wha?!"

She frowned when she saw me too. Even deeper than I did.

And maybe because she couldn’t believe she was seeing me here—she rubbed her eyes violently. Then looked at me again.

"Hi."

I casually waved at her. I just felt like annoying her for no reason.

Then—

"You..."

Eve muttered in a confused voice, looking at me.

She seemed like she wanted to ask me many questions. Though, I had no time for that, so I just ignored her and faced Clifford again.
