Noah felt something was off in this village. But he just couldn’t put his finger on the problem.

So he was listening to the old man.

"Sir, our village has a prophecy that a player would come to our village and he could complete the inheritance trial, and our whole village should follow him."

Noah listened very carefully. He was looking for a secret realm, and probably he had appeared in a secret realm while teleporting.

That was the reason why that monstrosity didn’t follow him here or just couldn’t follow him.

Noah asked the old man, "What kind of trial are you talking about?"

The old man shook his head, "We don’t know, sir. We are just the guardians of the trial ground. You will have to find out the content of the trial by yourself. But there is a condition."

Noah sighed, it was expected.

"What condition?"

"If you win the trial, you will have to take us with you and protect us."

"How many people do you have?"

"We have 145 people."

The old man stood up and bowed to him. Tears were rolling down his face.

Noah followed the old man.

Soon they appeared in front of an ancient door. The old man cut his finger and a drop of blood fell on the door. Instantly, it started to open.

Noah saw a huge jungle on the other side.

Then he entered through the gate.

The old man prayed for him,

"Please sir, complete the trial and take us from this godforsaken land."

Noah didn’t hear this though.

After entering the dense jungle, Noah started to walk forward.

After walking for a while, he saw a huge tower.

He went to the tower, and the door automatically opened.

Noah entered the tower.

An extremely handsome young man appeared in front of him.

"I am the Sun God Apotheosis. This is my inheritance trial. The trial is simple. You fight. You start with level one, and each floor the level of the monsters will be increased by one.

There are 80 floors in the tower. With each 5-level completion, you will gain generous rewards. If you can clear the final floor, you will get the Sun Physique with the Sun Bloodline as your final reward. Best of luck."

Noah didn’t like this man for some reason.

But he still started the trial. Each floor had exactly 50 monsters of the same level. He completed up to level 60 with ease. Not even a single scratch.

After that, the Demon Saints were pretty tough, but his speed was absolute. He also cleared level 70.

Now came the Demon Sovereigns. Each one of them was stronger than him. Noah would have to go all out if he wanted to win against them.

He used his full speed, which was twice the speed of light, but still those monsters were giving him a hard time.

So he activated the Flash skill and Stealth at the same time.

This time he killed until level 78.

But at level 79, those monsters could sense his presence even in his Stealth mode. Besides, they had almost similar speed when he activated the Flash skill.

In this battle, Noah had to go all out, and even with that, he was beaten black and blue. After a long battle, he finally cleared level 79.

But at level 80, there were no monsters. The Sun God Apotheosis was standing there.

He didn’t know how Noah had created a black hole inside his source.

This time Noah used teleportation on his hand, and it reached the heart of the man. There he created the black hole with the sun as the anchor.

His work was done here.

The black hole was created as the sun of his source. So it couldn’t be extinguished or cut off.

The man vanished from his place and appeared in front of Noah. He caught his throat and lifted him up in the air.

Noah felt like a child in front of that man. He couldn’t move a single inch and was waiting for his death.

But the black hole was working at its full capacity, and it sucked the sun away, which was the source of that man.

The Sun Physique would change his cellular structure. He was a carbon-based life form. But the Sun Physique would change him into an unknown molecule-based life form. This molecule was not in the periodic table.

But Noah wasn’t satisfied with that.

He wanted something more. He wanted to make his body made of pure energy.

That would allow him to take any shape, any form, and any physique in the universe.
