CHAPTER 457: CHAPTER 457: SUPPLEMENTS

Mrs. Sinclair displayed a joyful smile upon hearing Melody Shepherd’s invitation to go out.

Initially, she felt it might be boring to go out alone, but now with Melody Shepherd accompanying her, they could chat and she could have someone to give her references.

After all, she didn’t quite understand the things young people liked, being an older aunt herself.

After receiving Mrs. Sinclair’s response, a satisfied smile appeared on Melody Shepherd’s face.

Right now, Mrs. Sinclair was the only person she could rely on.

Melody Shepherd completely understood Mrs. Sinclair’s feelings; she knew Mrs. Sinclair liked her a lot and was regretful about not having her as a daughter-in-law.

She also knew about Mrs. Sinclair’s prejudices and dissatisfaction with Quinn Lockwood.

The two agreed to meet at the entrance of an upscale shopping mall. To create the effect of waiting beforehand, Melody Shepherd rushed to the mall immediately after hanging up the phone.

"Aunt, over here." Seeing Mrs. Sinclair’s figure, Melody Shepherd quickly jogged over to greet her, warmly taking her arm.

"You’ve been waiting for a long time, child, look at that, you’re sweating." Mrs. Sinclair responded to Melody Shepherd with a smile, slightly furrowing her brow when she noticed the sheen of sweat on her forehead.

The journey from The Sinclair Family to this upscale mall took about ten minutes, and after their phone call, Mrs. Sinclair changed into another outfit, meaning Melody Shepherd had been waiting for at least twenty minutes.

"Not at all, I just arrived, Aunt. What are you planning to buy? I’m so happy to go shopping with you." Melody Shepherd led Mrs. Sinclair into the mall, her voice sweet yet respectful, leaving an extraordinarily pleasant impression.

Mrs. Sinclair began heading towards the counter with gelatin and collagen products, checking the merchandise and saying to Melody Shepherd, "I’m here to buy some health supplements for Savannah."

"I heard from Elias that she’s been busy until late recently, and I’m worried about her health."

Upon hearing this, Melody Shepherd’s smile instantly froze.

Did she hear correctly? Aunt Sinclair was specifically here to buy supplements for Quinn Lockwood? And came to this counter tailored for different age groups and health conditions?

"Oh, it’s for Miss Lowell, I thought it was for you, Aunt." Melody Shepherd coyly covered her mouth and chuckled.

That expression mixed with sweetness and purity appeared on her face, she slightly tilted her head, her beautiful face resembling a pure lily emitting a captivating fragrance.

"I have a friend who specializes in health products for young women. Hold on for a moment while I call her to see what would be suitable for Miss Lowell."

Facing Mrs. Sinclair, Melody Shepherd revealed a perfectly charming smile showing eight teeth.

She knew Mrs. Sinclair loved this gentle and sweet demeanor, as she could always feel Mrs. Sinclair’s genuine fondness whenever she smiled like that.

Upon receiving Mrs. Sinclair’s approval, Melody Shepherd went outside to make a phone call.

"Have you found the contact information of the leader of Savannah Lowell’s anti-fan organization like I asked?"

"Send it to me immediately." Unlike her earlier innocent and gentle manner, Melody Shepherd’s dignified face had turned cold, gripping the phone tighter unknowingly.

This bitch was indeed quite capable; in just one night, she drastically increased Mrs. Sinclair’s favorable impressions of her.

Despite years of effort, she had not managed to have Aunt Sinclair specifically choose supplements for her, why did Savannah Lowell deserve it!

Melody Shepherd’s fingertips had started to turn slightly white from clutching the phone; before she could place it down, a text arrived on her phone.

It was a string of numbers without a name.

Melody Shepherd opened the message, looked at that string of numbers, and her lips curled into a sinister arc.

She gently tapped the number, then pressed the dial button.

"Hello, Radiant Plaza, first floor health products section..."

"Hmm, prepare plenty of photos, you know what to say." Melody Shepherd, with her back to the mall’s entrance, feigned laughter while speaking on the phone, the glint in her eyes betraying an unmistakable radiance.

After hanging up, Melody Shepherd returned to Mrs. Sinclair’s side, helping analyze the suitable supplements for Quinn Lockwood.

"Aunt, my friend said, for a delicate lady like Miss Lowell, what she needs most is to replenish blood and vitality."

"I know there’s a noble level gelatin counter over there; several ladies I know order gelatin from them because they have a wide selection of types and flavors."

Melody Shepherd gestured in the northwest direction of the mall, then gently aided Mrs. Sinclair towards that direction.

During their walk, she nonchalantly nodded slightly towards that side.

Soon after, a man wearing a black baseball cap and black denim jacket approached, holding a kraft paper bag in his hand.

"Red dates and black sugar for replenishing blood and vitality can also be bought..." Melody Shepherd walked beside Mrs. Sinclair, handing her phone over—all filled with recently gathered information on anemia supplements.

Just as Mrs. Sinclair accepted the phone, the man in black abruptly collided.

"Oh my!" As Mrs. Sinclair exclaimed in surprise, the man’s kraft paper bag spilled open releasing a pile of photos scattered across the ground.

"Watch where you’re going!" The man angrily chided before crouching down to pick the photos one by one.

Melody Shepherd quickly shielded Mrs. Sinclair, concernedly checking on her.

"Aunt, are you alright? Did it hurt anywhere?" Melody Shepherd anxiously looked at Mrs. Sinclair, gently rubbing her recently bumped elbow.

"I’m fine, let’s leave." Mrs. Sinclair shook her head lightly, her expression subtly furrowing at the man’s rude behavior.

As she pulled Melody Shepherd to leave, she noticed a photo in the man’s hand.

"What is this?" Mrs. Sinclair approached, her face darkening as she recognized the photo the man was holding.

She abruptly took the pile of photos from the man’s hands, her face becoming increasingly grave as she perused them.

They were all photos of Quinn Lockwood.

Each image depicted Quinn Lockwood intimately with different men.

Dylan Quinn, Jonah Hansen, Mikael, her new partner Chester Thornton, photographer Ethan, even a photo of Cameron Grant and Quinn Lockwood hugging was among them.

"What’s going on?" Mrs. Sinclair examined photo after photo, the most egregious one showing Quinn Lockwood and Jonah Hansen embracing as they entered a hotel.

"What’s going on? Don’t tell me someone of your age still likes Savannah Lowell."

"Someone who sleeps with a different man every time she sees one isn’t worth liking." The anti-fan sneered, then seized the photos back from Mrs. Sinclair.
