Adam woke up with a smile on his face.

Last night's dinner was quite fun, with Xu Lin being the sweetest dessert he could have had after all the food he had eaten.

Once he was done with Xu Lin, he had to help his poor girl back to her room because the poor girl couldn't even move a muscle in her legs after Adam was done pumping her with his cum once again.

Like always, his dad is busy on his tablet while Julia tries her best not to make eye contact with Adam.

She is still embarrassed and ashamed over her own actions, well, to be more precise, the only reason she is embarrassed and ashamed is because Adam caught her in the act.

Adam gives her a smile, thanking her, making her blush happily. He then watches her head back to the kitchen, skipping happily.

Adam shakes his head, smiling, and gets to eating.

Jack doesn't say a word through breakfast. He puts his tab down, eats, and leaves. Seeing that Jack is leaving, Julia finishes only half of her breakfast and leaves, not wanting to be alone with Adam.

Adam doesn't mind; he takes his time enjoying the delicious breakfast that Xu Lin made for him. She did, after all, put a lot of effort into it to make sure that he liked it.

Done with breakfast, he bids his goodbye to Xu Lin with a kiss on the lips and heads out. Getting in his car, he drives to work.

'I wonder if Ellie has made her decision yet?' Adam wonders as he drives into his workplace and parks his car in his usual spot.

He then walks into the restaurant as usual through the back door, expecting to see Ellie working in the kitchen, but to his surprise, he doesn't find Ellie anywhere.

He wonders if she has gone to the washroom. But then he notices something, things look way different from normal.

Every time he has been here, there are food products everywhere, batches of pre-made products like batter, chopped vegetables, spice mixes, all of which are kept prepared early in the morning by Ellie, and are nowhere to be seen.

So the promise of Ellie being in the washroom was not viable. But instead of searching for her, he made his way towards the front of the restaurant and looked around. He checked the front door and found it locked. Ellie seems to have forgotten to unlock the front door.

'I should change into my uniform and then search for her,' Adam thinks, and is about to make his way to the locker room when Ellie walks in on him, dressed in casual clothes. Not the usual chef's uniform she has on when she works in the kitchen.

"You are here," she says. There is some anticipation and nervousness in her voice.

"You seem different, and why haven't you prepared for the morning service yet?" Adam asks.

"Well, I wanted to tell you that the restaurant will be closed today, but then... you know... Your offer. Since you would be coming to work anyway, I decided we could continue our talk," Ellie says.

"Oh, okay," Adam says. He didn't mind it. He can talk business and busy himself with other things for today.

"Great, let's head to my office, we can continue there," Ellie says and makes her way towards her office. Adam follows.

They both sit down and stare at each other.

Ellie looks nervous, but Adam can also sense some excitement in her.

"So," They both say at the same time.

"You go first," Adam says.

"Okay~ *phew* So, I thought a lot about your offer to be my partner, and by that I mean business partner, not romantic in nature," Ellie says, blushing, but then gets embarrassed by her own words. 'Why did you have to bring that up again, stupid, idiot, get a hold of yourself, Ellie!!' She curses at herself in her own mind as she looks at Adam, who just chuckles at her blunder.

Seeing that Adam is making light of her embarrassment makes her heart skip a beat. He looks very charming and attractive while he has that bright smile on his face.

She takes a deep breath again and starts talking.

"Business partners... I thought about it a lot, I consulted my lawyer and my financial advisers, and followed their advice. I want to go forward with your idea," She says, smiling.

Hearing a positive response, Adam smiles as well. He hoped she would say yes, and now that she has. He sees another income path opening up for him.

"Great, then let's get to the most important question: how much do you want?" Adam asks.

Hearing this, Ellie gets serious. Right now, money is the thing she needs the most. Adam's offer to buy almost half of her restaurant and become her business partner was a godsend for her.

If she can get a good deal out of Adam, all her financial problems will disappear.

"Okay, let's talk numbers," Ellie says and takes out her restaurant's portfolio and starts showing Adam everything that she has put in this restaurant, how much she has invested in it, how much loan amount she needs to pay, the cost of everything that's in the restaurant, how much it costs her to run the restaurant every month and how much the restaurant earns in profits, and what the annual earning looks like.

"That brings my restaurant's value to 1.1 million dollars," Ellie says.

Adam doesn't say anything. He carefully looks at everything, making sure nothing misses his eyes.

From what Adam can see, right now, Ellie is doing well, and it's estimated that soon the earnings will be much greater. Adam, of course, is very confident about these numbers because he has seen the future.

The restaurant is still in its early phase, and with Adam trying to buy almost half of it, he knows his investment will be in safe hands.

"Everything looks good, Ellie. So, I am going to be straight with you. Five hundred thousand dollars, or forty-nine percent of your company. And I become your business partner," Adam gives it straight to her.

Ellie's eyes widen, hearing his words.

"What? Don't like the offer?" Adam asks.

"No... I mean, yes. I love it... I just thought you would try to low-ball me..." Ellie says, her voice sounding a little weak, as her words just told Adam that she didn't trust him.

Adam chuckles.

"Well, I did think only investing half of what I offered, but then I thought about the future possibilities and how it would impact our relationship. I wanted to be fair with you, and like I said before, I believe in your vision. So I am willing to offer a fair price. So five hundred thousand, what do you say, partner?" Adam asks, extending his hand to her.

Ellie feels great joy as she hears Adam's words. She feels delighted seeing that Adam trusts in her vision and didn't try to rip her off.

She would have settled for at least four hundred thousand, but Adam's genuine offer of five and his trust in her made her realize that Adam is a partner she would be grateful to have.

With this money, she can grow her business without worrying about monetary problems.

She smiles and extends her hand towards Adam's, shaking his and sealing the deal.

"Partners," she says, giving Adam her best smile yet.

Seeing her bright smile almost makes Adam lose his footing. Ellie is a beautiful woman, and her smile is to die for. Now that he has seen her like this, Adam's desire for her has increased.

'Fuck your boyfriend, you are mine,' Adam thinks, smiling. He will keep his intentions to himself. He has already seen cracks in Ellie's relationship, and now he has placed himself in the perfect position to take advantage of it.

Ellie will be his.
