CHAPTER 395: CHAPTER 395: ONE WORD TO DESTROY THE WORLD

Alora was frozen in place, not from the extreme cold, but from the danger she felt.

She felt it clearly, the power, the weight, the force. It was heavy and it was terrifying.

To be stared at by such a powerful being was no different than being forced to carry a mountain.

Alora could still move, but it was like the universe was warning her.

The ground she stood on cracked, web-like lines spread out from beneath her feet. This wasn’t due to her weight or the force of her power, this was a result of the impact of a very powerful gaze.

If this gaze had landed on a weaker creature, the creature would have been instantly destroyed.

But Alora’s body was powerful enough to withstand the enigmatic force of this gaze of destruction, so the icy ground beneath her suffered for it.

What was most terrifying of all was that a being with such power could have easily prevented this from happening if it had just controlled itself.

This was a blatant attempt to play with her from whoever owned this powerful gaze.

Barely four seconds had passed since Alora felt this gaze and she snapped out of it. A primal resistance burned within her as her body automatically fought back.

Her pupils shrank and her lean muscles bulged.

She raised her head up, sending a very insulting and challenging gaze to the sky, she looked in the direction that destructive gaze was coming from.

*BAM!*

The ground was blown apart and Alora’s body smashed into the ground. No longer able to hold herself, she collapsed to her knees.

A wide crater was formed, the crater was oval with pointed ends, like the shape of a reptilian eye.

Alora was shocked, this power, it was far more than she could have ever imagined. Out of all the powerful lions she had ever met, none had ever given off such a world-ending feeling.

That was how she felt as her knees shattered the rocky ground, she felt like the world was ending.

She transformed swiftly. Her clothes disappeared and a massive white lioness stood tall.

At the same time, multiple large figures descended from the sky. Magic shuttles and dragons.

Their number was in the hundreds. Hundreds of magic shuttles and hundreds of dragons.

The roars of the dragons filled the sky as they shot down. Their massive wings flapped and together, they changed the direction of the wind flow.

Alora’s limbs shook and her claws dug deep into the rocks. She pushed herself to stand straight and roared to the sky in defiance.

Her roar was powerful and fueled by her unwillingness to give up. The weather shifted in response to her roar.

Massive hail and ice meteors formed around the region and thousands of ice spikes formed in the ground.

With sounds that sounded like balloons bursting, each spike shot into the sky at super speeds, leaving White steamy trails behind.

Thousands of ice spikes rose into the sky about to clash with the ferocious dragons and magic shuttles.

This was a sight to behold.

One lone white lioness against an army from the stars.

The soles were too much. Although most of the magic shuttles were able to set up barriers or were too far away to be affected by the rising spikes, the dragons were not so lucky.

And then...

"Interesting,"

One word. The powerful being whom Alora had not yet seen, had spoken one word.

And that word was disgustingly strong.

"AAAAARGH!" Alora screamed as she was forced to the ground by the invisible pressure which suddenly multiplied a hundredfold.

But the effects didn’t stop there.

It was global.

The whole planet shook as it was forcefully stopped.

The planet stopped rotating, it stopped moving, it stopped orbiting the sun.

It just stopped.

The destruction was immediate. Mountains flew off from their spots traveling hundreds of kilometers before crashing.

Clouds dispersed, the wind stopped, and the planet began to get warmer.

Gigantic cracks appeared all over the frozen planet, cracks so deep that the core could be seen.

One word to destroy a world.

When the planet was forced to stop rotating, everything flew in that same direction due to inertia.

Everything including the dragons and the magic shuttles, nothing was spared.

Alora had moved too. She was previously in a crater and when the planet stopped rotating, her body flew uncontrollably into the side of the crater, digging a long, frost-covered trench.

But she didn’t fly as far as the others, before she could move more than a kilometer through the ground, that powerful gaze rested on her again.

The eye-shaped crater formed again and her body was nailed straight into the ground.

Alora felt pain, serious pain. For the first time in her life, she felt the kind of power that made her think of giving up.

Her bones creaked, blood seeped out of her claws, eyes, ears, and teeth, staining her white fur with red blood.

Alora wasn’t able to move her head, unless she wanted to break her neck, but she could shift her eyes upward.

And she did.

She saw it, she saw him.

A massive arkship hovered beyond the atmosphere. Its shape was dark, and saucer-like. Like a fat disk or a moon-sized spinning top.

Alora had seen many arkships in and wasn’t too surprised by it, although she was now scared as the appearance of an arkship wasn’t a good sign at all.

What really attracted her attention was that on the arkship, at a particular spot. She was able to make out the figure of a massive creature.

It was too far and she couldn’t see it clearly, even with her enhanced vision.

But she could make out the general shape. Long horns, like a dragon’s. But there was something about the way this distant creature just sat there on the arkship that looked familiar.

Yes, she could feel it. Although she couldn’t see it, she could feel that that was the creature looking at her.

It hadn’t yet attacked, it hadn’t yet made a single move. All it did was look at her and speak one word.

But that was enough to cause so much damage to her and the whole planet.

Right then, Alora’s body began to move automatically and her memory forcefully fixated on an agreement between her and Kael.

An agreement that she never thought she would be forced to use.

If she were ever in trouble, she was to contact Kael immediately. That was one of the obedience debts she would have to pay.

It was conditional, she had to first be in serious danger for it to be activated.

Even Kael never thought that this was the kind of situation Alora would find herself in.

...

Alora: Kael...Dragons... I need help.

....

Alora quickly sent a message to Kael, the golden screen had merely flashed in her eyes for half a second.

Suddenly, the powerful gaze softened. The looker seemed a bit confused after that golden screen flashed in and out of existence.

Normally, only Alora could see the golden screen as that was how she had set it. But this powerful entity saw the golden screen and also the message.

It did not understand the message, but it understood that a message had been sent.

And if a message had been sent, asking for help, then someone would come to save her.

More lions to destroy, perhaps.

But something happened that shocked everyone present.

Alora’s body, which was being forced into the ground inch by inch, suddenly burst out with mysterious power.

Her white fur mixed with golden light. Her eyes glowed a mighty gold, resonating with royalty and the desire to conquer all of existence.

Alora’s power level rose rapidly. Within a few breaths, her power level had risen to a shocking tier 6.

The crater exploded and golden ice covered the land.

The hearts and minds of all who saw Alora’s transformation shook.

This was royalty, this was majestic, this was divine.

The desire to bow was born in the hearts and minds of the witnesses. They felt like refusing to bow was a sin against their own existence.

Their instincts were being overwritten without their consent.

It wasn’t just within the vicinity of the frozen planet, this place did not have a spatial barrier shielding it from the rest of the galaxy.

It was like a signal had been sent, all the lions currently in Void Spill Galaxy felt it. The rage of the king, a king among kings.

A golden pulse, one that they had not felt in a long time, once again traveled through all of existence.

Conqueror Mode.

Conqueror Mode had been activated.

But it wasn’t on the Primordial, and they didn’t know that.

"Regent Ibadon, is that...?" A voice entered Ibadon’s mind.

"No, it’s not," Ibadon responded swiftly with telepathy. He was also confused.

This confusion that appeared in the minds of all made it so that Alora had some breathing space.

She had no time to soak in this sensation of omnipotence, she had to escape.

Her aura and new power level allowed her to resist that destructive gaze more easily than before.

From the activation of the Conqueror Mode on her to now, barely three seconds had passed.

A small multicolored heavenly gate opened up under Alora’s feet and before anyone knew it, she was gone.
