Reincarnated as Nobita Nobi
Chapter 71 71: Rescuing Lotte
After two days had passed, I started getting really worried about Lotte's disappearance. We'd arranged to meet up, and I'd even told her about the Anywhere Door. Could something bad have happened to her?
Suddenly, Doraemon came rushing in, yelling, "Nobita, terrible news! Look at this!"
He handed me a German newspaper—it looked like it was from that worldwide dorayaki supplement thing. The headline screamed, "Baroness Heir Lotte Münchhausen Missing from Ancient Castle," with a photo of Lotte right below it.
The article talked about castle ghosts luring her away, and there were accusations from Yosef claiming that foreigners had seized the Münchhausen family castle and killed her. But since I'd handled the transfer directly with the German government, with Lotte's full cooperation, the officials weren't buying it. I mean, who would pay for a business deal and then kill the seller? The money was already gone anyway.
Yosef's suspicions seemed way more sketchy, especially since he was next in line to inherit her estate. A lot of people knew about how much Lotte openly despised him—not just from what she'd told me.
Reading all that, I realized Yosef had to be behind it. But just imprisoning her? Even if he found the treasure, how could he get away with it in modern society? The police would investigate. Or did he have some way to dodge the law?
I didn't get his thinking, but honestly, it didn't matter—he was just a minor villain. After all the movie-like adventures I'd been through, this felt like small potatoes.
"This is very suspicious!" Doraemon said.
"Indeed, if I'm not mistaken, this must be the work of Miss Lotte's uncle," I replied.
"Yes, I think so too!" Doraemon agreed, remembering how poorly Lotte had spoken about Yosef.
"Let's go! We can't let our guest disappear in our own castle!"
"Time to clear out the rats that snuck into the castle!" I said with a smile to Doraemon.
"Agreed." Doraemon knew exactly who I meant and was on board to help rescue her.
And so, we went through the Anywhere Door back to the castle. Not long after we arrived, Doraemon spotted something weird.
"Nobita, why are there holes all over the grass?"
Looking at the messy holes dug everywhere, I knew they had to be from Yosef searching for that treasure.
"Maybe someone was looking for something?" Doraemon analyzed.
But as he was pondering it, suddenly this yellowish suit of armor popped up out of nowhere, raising its sword like it was about to attack.
"G-g-ghost!" Doraemon screamed and bolted away in fright.
I was exasperated. This robot fears ghosts? Fearing mice was one thing, but ghosts? Come on.
I knew it had to be Yosef in there, so I wasn't scared at all. I immediately used my powers, unleashing Shinra Tensei to blast the armored figure flying. Then I ramped up the psychic force, increasing the pressure on the armor until it started creaking and groaning under the strain.
I picked up the fallen sword and raised it, slashing at the armor with a loud clang. It didn't penetrate, but it sure as hell terrified whoever was inside.
"Don't come closer! Don't kill me, you monster!"
That was exactly the reaction I wanted. I could've just lifted him with my psychic power and dropped him to his death, but this was more fun. I used my power to yank off the helmet, revealing Yosef's shocked face, just as I'd expected.
I got straight to the point: "Where is Miss Lotte?"
"Tell me quickly, or else!" I crushed his helmet with psychic force right in front of him, flattening it like tin foil.
"Okay, I'll show you, don't kill me!" Yosef was nearly crying in fear.
So, with Yosef leading the way, we found a secret door in the main keep. I mused to myself that the castle came with its own dungeon—just like how mansions come with basements. Not bad at all!
We followed him down the stairs and through some passages until we reached this special wooden door to the dungeon.
"Lotte is locked in here!" Yosef said carefully.
Looking at him, I wasn't sure what to do next. Killing him felt wrong since he was Lotte's relative and all. Then I had an idea—I used my powers to alter his mind, tweaking his thoughts until he collapsed unconscious. Perfect—not dead, but turned into a simple-minded idiot. Win-win.
As for the fallen Yosef, Doraemon could carry him out later. For now, it was time for me to be the hero rescuing the damsel.
I opened the wooden dungeon door and called out, "Miss Lotte, are you in there? I've come to save you!"
"Nobita? Nobita, is that you?" came her weak voice.
"Miss Lotte!" I ran in, shining my flashlight, which revealed her dirty but still bright-eyed form. The light hurt her eyes, so I quickly turned it off.
As I approached to help her up, Lotte mustered her remaining strength and threw her arms around me in an embrace. Fearing she'd fall, I caught her quickly.
She started sobbing. "Nobita, you finally came! I knew you would!"
"It's alright, Miss Lotte, I'm here now, aren't I?" I gently patted her back, not minding the dirt at all.
Even though she still had her coat on, I could feel the soft, full curves of her chest pressing firmly against me—her breasts were warm and yielding, even more impressive than Morina's mature figure. The way they squished against my body sent a thrill through me, her nipples subtly hardening from the contact, poking through the fabric. It was intimate, her body heat mixing with mine in that dark, confined space.
She kept crying. "Nobita, thank goodness for you. You don't know what I've been through."
"It was pitch black inside, with nothing! I was so thirsty and hungry. It felt like forever, but I lost track of time!"
Seeing her like this, I felt a surge of sympathy. Two days in solitary confinement with no food or water—how desperate and terrifying that must have been! Her body was trembling, weak from dehydration, her skin clammy yet feverish against mine.
"It's okay, it's okay. You were so brave these past two days, Miss Lotte!"
I kept comforting her, holding her close.
"You know? If I hadn't eaten that full meal at your house before being locked up, I wouldn't have had the strength to endure. And this whole time, I believed you would come save me."
"You gave me the courage and strength to survive in that dungeon. I don't know what I would have done without you!" Lotte stared at me through her tears, like she was afraid I'd vanish if she blinked.
Suddenly, she leaned in and kissed me, her dry, chapped lips pressing against my moist ones. Her dirty face smeared marks on my fair cheeks, but I didn't care. Her tongue tentatively slipped into my mouth, tasting of desperation and relief, as she deepened the kiss with a hunger born from her ordeal. I could feel her body grinding slightly against mine, her hips shifting as if seeking more contact, her arousal evident in the way she moaned softly into the kiss.
But I didn't mind—after all, she initiated it. We could always wash up later.
"Thank you, Nobita!" After the kiss, she looked excited, like she wanted another, her eyes gleaming with unspoken desire, her hands clutching at my shirt as if to pull me closer for more.
However, I didn't want to continue flirting—or whatever this might lead to—in this dingy place. The air was musty, and she was clearly exhausted.
"Miss Lotte, let's get out of here first!"
"This isn't a good place to keep talking, and your body is at its limit. You need proper rest and nutrition!" I said with genuine concern.
"Okay, I'll listen to you!" Lotte knew this wasn't the spot to continue, though her body language screamed she wanted more.
But when she tried to stand, she collapsed weakly. I quickly caught her again.
"Miss Lotte, you're pushing yourself too hard. How could you walk out like this?"
"Let me help!" Saying this, I scooped her up in my arms.
"Won't this be too much trouble?" Though she said that, she happily stayed still, nestling into me.
I carried her princess-style. Even though she looked like a tall, mature woman, she was surprisingly light. Her pale face flushed red as she buried her head in my chest, feeling completely safe. I could feel her heartbeat racing against me, her curves molding perfectly to my hold, and a subtle warmth between her legs as she shifted slightly in my arms.
As for Yosef behind us? Let Doraemon handle that!
And so, I carried Lotte out of the dungeon and through the secret passages.
