CHAPTER 327: CHAPTER 324: COURTYARD HOUSES (ORDER MIXED UP)

So Lin Xue spoke up, "Uncle Liu, can we go take a look? I happen to want to buy a house for my siblings!"

"Where to?" Lin Xia asked while shouting twice towards her two younger brothers’ room, and they quickly ran out. Then she went to call Lin Yun.

"Big Sis, where are we going?" Little Chuan ran over to ask.

"Just follow along! Let’s go!" Lin Xue didn’t say much, just led her siblings out.

Lin Shuang was idling in her room reading, and despite the noise outside, she didn’t hear a thing.

Wang Cuihua was cooking. Seeing a few kids going out, she just glanced over, saw the eldest daughter and her husband were leading, and said nothing.

Several people followed Mr. Liu out. After walking a bit, they reached the first courtyard, just three courtyards away.

"Here we are! This is the closest one to your home. There’s another right next to it. They are neighbors and get along well, so they’re buying buildings together and want to sell these courtyards! Go inside and take a look!" Mr. Liu led the way, opening the door for them.

She nodded, "Uncle Liu, let’s check the other three!"

Mr. Liu nodded, knowing buying a house is a big decision, and people surely want to see it thoroughly, so he had no objections and took them to see them.

Zhang Yuan just held his wife’s hand, watching, without giving any opinion, as he knew his wife wanted to buy each one and was just checking the general conditions.

After looking, no final decision was made, and Mr. Liu didn’t know if he should keep following them or return and wait for news.

"Uncle Liu, come for a sit at our home!" Zhang Yuan slowed his steps and walked alongside Mr. Liu.

"Alright! Sure!" Mr. Liu felt hopeful and replied cheerfully.

Lin Xue and her siblings were discussing the houses on the way home, all the way until reaching their home, then invited Mr. Liu to sit and poured some tea.

"Uncle Liu, are the ownership details of those houses we just viewed clear?" Lin Xue asked.

"Rest assured, they’re all clear!" Mr. Liu felt assured; today’s house sale seemed very promising.

"Alright! Tomorrow, take them to process the transfer! Uncle Liu, since we’re buying four houses at once, you should definitely give us a discount!" Lin Xue said, almost scaring Mr. Liu away.

"What? Buying four houses?" Lin Xia stood up in shock.

"Big Sis, why are you buying so many houses?" Lin Yun also stood up with confusion.

Only Xiao Shan understood his Big Sis’s intention, yet spoke up, "Big Sis, I don’t need a house! I’ll rely on my own efforts to buy a house in the future! You keep your money for yourself! No need to buy us houses!"

Lin Xue thought, this brother is the most clear-minded; the other three are hopeless and can’t see it.

"Big Sis may not have much money, but she can afford to gift each of you seven a courtyard house! Just accept it when Big Sis buys for you! Right now, there are only four for sale; we’ll buy for the other three when more come. Once you have money, can you still buy these courtyard houses and live close to Dad and Mom with Big Sis?" Lin Xue waved away Xiao Shan’s words.

"Big Sis..." Lin Yun’s eyes suddenly reddened. As the second sister, she might not have much money, but can manage ten thousand yuan. Yet, she never thought of buying anything for Big Sis or her siblings; however, Big Sis could use her money to buy houses for them! It made her feel somewhat ashamed.

"Alright! No words needed! Tomorrow follow Uncle Liu to transfer the house ownership! I’ll go with you to pay! Also, I won’t interfere in choosing which house; you all decide for yourselves!" Lin Xue deliberately showed she didn’t want to hear their grateful words.

Little Chuan clenched his fist secretly, vowing to work particularly hard, aiming to become someone influential and ensuring Big Sis enjoys life however she wishes.

Despite the present Big Sis being quite remarkable, the future has to be even more blissful.

"Thank you, Big Sis, for the gift!" Little Chuan understood and gratefully thanked.

Mr. Liu’s hands were trembling with excitement. He must have walked in the direction of fortune’s favor today, selling all four houses at once!

"Uncle Liu! We’ll come find you tomorrow!" Zhang Yuan spoke up.

"Alright, alright! It’s an honor that awaits you! I’ll take my leave now!" Mr. Liu stood up, hardly feeling the ground beneath his feet.

"Uncle Liu, if more courtyard houses come onto the market in the future, reserve them for me. I still need to buy three more!" Lin Xue also stood up, saying as they escorted him out.

"Of course, this is great news! I’ll definitely come find you whenever there are more for sale!" He said while mounting his bicycle, "No need to see me off! Go inside; it’s cold outside!"

After seeing him off, Lin Xue curiously asked Zhang Yuan, "What’s his name? Does he work at the real estate office?"

They were casually chatting while walking into the house when Zhang Yuan was almost pinched.

"Mr. Liu!" Zhang Yuan answered.

Lin Xue glared, "I asked his name!"

"It’s just Mr. Liu!" Zhang Yuan said innocently.

"Pfft... That’s a good name! Keeping up with the times!" Lin Xue burst into laughter.

She almost thought Zhang Yuan was teasing her, reaching out to pinch him.

"Let’s go, it’s time for dinner!" Lin Xue laughed enough and called into the house.

The four inside hurriedly ran out.

They were discussing how to treat Big Sis well in the future, how to work hard and make money.
