"As if you can find out on your own," she giggled, seemingly amused by all the effort William was putting to know her identity, "honestly if you were a bit older, I might have considered making you my man with all this sincerity and attention you are paying to me!"

"We'll see about that," William evilly smirked, before looking around and giving his last orders. The only method left for him to decide the lady's identity wasn't simple. He would leave this place for a period of time, and that was why he made sure to give the most important instructions before starting.

He stressed over Mark to lead the teaching units, teaching masters how to make formations to contain the destruction of the bombs. At the same time, he asked Berry and Sara to send masters to their grandfathers, asking them to provide suitable places for two bombs to be detonated at the academy and Long clan headquarters.

The two girls thought he was joking at first, but when they confirmed he wasn't, they couldn't help but gasp.

"Don't tell me he still holds that old grudge against our grandpas!" Sara said in obvious worry, while Berry's face didn't look any better than Sara's.

"I don't believe he held any grudge at all in the first place," Lara tried to reassure the two anxious girls, "Don't you remember? He once said these bombs are a blessing, so perhaps he wants to grant these blessings to your families."

"Yes, that must be the reason," Anjie joined, "or else he wouldn't ask my mentor to go and find places for the bombs to detonate at!"

"He even refused to let the bombs detonate at our enemies," Ro tried to cheer up the two girls, "that only means he is looking at the benefits not the risks."

"I hope so," Berry sighed while Sara kept her troubled thoughts to herself. Berry's situation wasn't as bad as hers, as she knew her grandfather gave William a hard time before. Yet the two were simply overreacting, and soon enough they would realise how William meant good to their families.

Berry and Sara weren't the only ones who got this order, Ro also received one. William asked her to go back to the Scorching Land town, look for a suitable place there for a bomb to detonate. He asked her to get the help of Lucas and the Lockheart impact if needed.

He also asked her to arrange teams in the guild headquarters at the town, where he intended to use a bomb at the special space under the guild's headquarter.

He also intended to use a bomb at the new base of the guild near Lara's city. To do so, he asked Anjie to pass the order to Lina, to go back and prepare a suitable place for that.

William also added a unified order for all; "Take a few experienced masters on making the formations, let them teach the masters you select to get used to how to make these formations."

"These…" as William kept taking different stuff out, the look on the mysterious lady's face changed from mockery to surprise to seriousness, "how do you know of the art?!!!"

"The art?!" William paused, stopped what he was doing, and gave the lady a questionable look, "you also know of it?"

"I'm a cardinal, of course if you know what a cardinal means," the lady's expression started to look dangerous as if she was ready to sacrifice herself in a deadly fight just to claim William's life, "now you have to tell me how you know of our Mystic Arts!"

"That explains it then…" William didn't give any heed to the threatening attitude she was showing, "you weren't part of the palace, you were infiltrating it!"

"That doesn't matter anymore!" the lady took out a big crescent shaped knife, "if you don't want to tell, then it's best for you to take our secrets to your grave… Die!"

"Wait wait, I'm also a cardinal!" William dashed backward, creating enough distance to evade the deadly attack that aimed at his neck. If he didn't move this fast, he would surely have lost his life!

"A what?! I don't believe you!" the lady didn't buy what William said, "you are just mimicking what I told you…"

"Here, this is the emblem that tells my status in this world," William casually took the item he received from the grand cardinal, threw it to the lady to check, "you know the arts aren't just in the upper realm, they are working in the lower worlds too!"
