CHAPTER 83: CHAPTER 83: BECOMING PROSPEROUS

After filling her stomach, Nianyang had a comfortable sleep in the room the Jiang Family tidied up for her.

By noon the next day, Sun Li was cooking in the kitchen, while Nianyang pondered on what business the Jiang Family could start to get rich.

"Aiguo, Aiguo, what’s happened to him?" Sun Li’s face went pale instantly, her legs went weak, almost causing her to fall to the ground. Luckily, Nianyang caught her in time.

Wang Zhuzi, who was working at the coal mine with Jiang Aiguo and also the one who brought Jiang Aiguo back, said, "Aunt Fang, there was a sudden landslide accident at the coal mine just now. Brother Jiang and He Ergou were near the accident. He Ergou wanted to be the first to escape and shoved Brother Jiang, causing him to fall down the slope, hit his forehead, and break his right leg."

"Aiguo, are you alright, are you okay?" Sun Li cried as she knelt beside Jiang Aiguo, too scared to touch him, the sight of his blood terrifying her nearly to faint, and Jiang Tian cried along with her, heart-wrenchingly calling out ’Dad.’

Seeing the situation, Nianyang frowned deeply and without thinking, ran back to the house and returned shortly with bandages and medicine, quickly saying, "Aunt, please make way, these medicines can save Uncle!"

Upon hearing this, Sun Li quickly stepped aside, anxiously watching Nianyang’s actions.

Nianyang swiftly applied the crushed hemostatic herbs onto the bandage and carefully wrapped Jiang Aiguo’s forehead.

She then fed him her self-formulated emergency anti-inflammatory blood-replenishing pill from her space, and within a minute, Jiang Aiguo awoke.

The neighbors began to discuss incredulously.

"Aiguo, are you alright?" Seeing Jiang Aiguo awakened, Sun Li smiled through her tears.

"I’m fine, don’t worry." Jiang Aiguo reassured them, realizing after taking Nianyang’s medicine, he felt no pain at all.

"Aunt, Jiang Tian, help prop Uncle up a bit." Nianyang said.

Knowing Nianyang intended to save Jiang Aiguo, Sun Li and Jiang Tian did as told without hesitation.

Nianyang began checking Jiang Aiguo’s knee, and confirmed it was only a fracture and his leg wasn’t broken. She then said to Jiang Aiguo, "Uncle, your leg is just misaligned, you can’t move it yet. I’ll help reposition the bone now, it might hurt a bit, bear with it."

With an elbow push, accompanied by Jiang Aiguo’s cry of pain, a cracking sound was heard, and the bone was reset, allowing Jiang Aiguo to find he could move his leg.

"My leg is healed, Yangyang, you’re amazing." Despite knowing beforehand his niece was a Divine Doctor, Jiang Aiguo couldn’t help but marvel at experiencing it firsthand!
