The Defensive Arrays he now saw were of an extremely high level, and unless he had super powerful force to destroy them, he couldn't break them.

However, if he forcibly destroyed the Defensive Arrays, their explosion would destroy everything inside.

To the Nine-headed Snake, he had discovered from an ancestral stele that the Ancient God Ruins were likely the Ancestral Land of the Nine-Headed Snake.

And within the Ancestral Land, there were likely lost Nine-Headed Snake Cultivation Methods and some Treasures.
