"Spacium Beam!"

"Over-Ray Schtrom!"

The two beams clash, and the beams of light collide midair. The impact birthed a shockwave that tore through the clouds, flattening the ruins beneath their feet. The air burned with static; arcs of energy danced across their armored bodies as the clash intensified.

Takumi gritted his stance, the beeping growing louder. Nexus, his eyes glowing fiercely, pushed hard with his beam pulsing.

The center point of collision warped, swelling into a sphere of unstable brilliance. Space itself seemed to twist, the world drenched in alternating flashes of blue and white.

*Klang* *clang!*

"Gokai change!" [Gokaiger]

Jumping out, a man in red held a cutlass in his hand to block his blade. Spinning it in his hand, he flipped out of Takumi's range of motion.

His suit has a bold red with form-fitting fabric that gives him an agile appearance. His chest and shoulders are trimmed with gold lines, and the upper torso features a black vest-like design reminiscent of a pirate captain’s coat.

At the center of his chest sits the Gokaiger emblem. A silver pirate crest with crossed sabers.

His gloves and boots are white with golden cuffs, and a gold belt with the Gokai symbol ties the look together.

The helmet is shaped like a pirate hat, complete with a golden trim and a visor shaped like crossed cutlasses, glowing faintly.

"Henshin." [Rider time:Zio]

*Clang*

Slashing at his back, causing Takumi to flinch in pain. A new figure pops up, wearing a jet black suit with silver plating and magenta highlights.

His helmet, striking with eyes shaped like the word “Rider” written in katakana and glowing bright pink, is set against a silver faceplate that resembles the hands of a clock.

"Why..." his voice is on the edge of frustration, "my body should be adapted to slashing and sword weapons."

A question to particularly no one, Takumi's mind is slipping now, most of it is even in the fight. Trying his best, he has to keep the domain together.

The fact that he has to go against an element that is fundamentally opposite to his own was causing so much trouble. The dark and light struggle in a tug of war, and he is losing. Takumi has to leave his mind running on autopilot on the other two bodies just for some semblance of control.

Gokaired jump into the air, cutlass swinging down in a vertical motion. His hand caught Gokaired in just his palm, the hit seemed useless.

*drip*

Until a line of red flows down his wrist.

"My power....is not working." There's a shake in his voice. "No, it is....so why?!"

*crack*

Nue's electricity strikes four sides from a flap of wings growing out of Takumi's back. Thunders struck the ground and tore the earth. Hitting from his front, back, left and right.

[Denzi man] [Fourze: electric state]

The thunder power was deflected through their transformation.

"You ask us why?" Gokaired said, punching forward in Takumi's face. A metal punching glove coated in blue lighting tore through his Shikigami power.

"We heroes have many powers and forms." ZI-O followed, changing into an armor of white and yellow. Using a baton to absorb his thunder and returning it at him.

Takumi turns his hip in a wide arc, carrying the great serpent's tail, accelerating at high speed.

"All unique." [Gokai change: Gaoranger] changing, Takumi's tail stops dead in its path.

"So adapt all you want!" [Armor time: Decade] A sword made out of energy, its length rises to the high sky, before being brought down.

*Grrr* *Klang* His blade arm was fast enough to catch it just inches from cutting his neck.

"We'll show you just how powerful we as-"

"Kamen rider are!"

"Super Sentai are!"

Takumi tail-whipped wildly in a circle, and Gokaired rolled just under the swipe and turned his blade into a gun. Firing it at him.

Fighting Takumi in this beastly form, blade swinging, tail whipping, his force is devastating dance running wild to fight the three ennemies he is facing.

Against the tide of this losing battle, there is little he can do. His domain is cracking as time goes by, his Ultraman is losing only sooner.

His skin burns, his eyes blur, trying to navigate their movement. He lost contact with the rider's body, presumably dead or destroyed by suffering, so much so that the body couldn't respond.

Then. There's the main body, fighting three people at once. Constantly changing form, making his body, which was getting weaker from his domain being near broken, take more blows.

'I can't end this, I have to.' Flowing all the curse energy he has in the reserve, his blade of extermination glows a bright light of purple. Shining with an deathly aura.

"Let's end this!" So obvious what this meant, but if he were to lose. Then he'll go out with everything he got.

[Final wave!] [Time Break!] [Final attack ride: D-D-Diend]

A huge energy slash came from Gokaired, he could normally withstand such a slash. His adapted body should handle and blade weapon and not worry about harm, but for some reason, any tools that this guy brings out can still hurt him, no matter how much he adapts.

Two blades clash, their power stands just as much as each other, but Takumi's tired body just can't fight it. An explosion of sparks knocks him back, Gokaired's blade was also knocked out of his hand.

Takumi wasn't harmed after that blow, but it still stung. Turning quickly, he had his guard up to block a Rider kick with his elbow. Kamen Rider ZI-O came down, suffing on a line of floating magenta letters and kicks him flying through the air.

The moment he was suspended in the air, he was just in time to be within Diend's sight, a tunnel made out of green holographic cards. He blasted a stream of laser aimed at him.

*BANG!*

The explosion was bigger than anything he had witnessed, and much stronger than most he had tanked.

His face hit the ground in a loud thud. It didn't hurt, or Takumi just couldn't feel such small pain at that point.

Then, in a blinding burst behind them, the beams that were clashing in the background exploded. A silent, expanding boom that swallowed both giant warriors.

Takumi's eyes were blinded, and then, he lost consciousness. His domain has collapsed, and the last thing he was able to do was put his wheels back into his shadows; that way, she won't be killed.

When the smoke cleared, the land was scarred with molten earth and glassy stone. Nexus stood, steaming and his core beeping red. In his hand is Takumi's body, having blacked out from exhaustion.

Another of Takumi's bodies drifted aimlessly on the sea, two hands of ZI-O grabbed his shoulder and pulled him to the shore.
