CHAPTER 303: CHAPTER 303: RECONSTRUCTING FUTURE PLANS

I am sure that the reason they had to wait for so long before bringing the apocalypse and invading has something to do with their adaptation abilities or something similar.

If that’s the case, then we have an advantage. As warriors and army commanders, we know that the best time to attack the enemy is when they were still not strong enough.

So, if the aliens had the ability to wipe out humanity, they would have done it before the earth became more advanced and civilized.

The fact that they only did it now can only mean that they don’t have that ability. So, we can still reclaim our home." Leng Pan saw things with more clarity after examining the creature in the pod and understanding how the aliens might have carried out their plans.

"You have a point, Baby. But since we have identified the main crack in the apocalypse, then we will have to double our training.

And maybe, it will help if we exercise both during the day and night?" By the time Lu Zhen’s deep, seductive voice faded, he was already hugging his wife’s waist from behind and peppering her neck with kisses while breathing into her ears.

A moment filled with a serious discussion of how to save the world from aliens turned into the trigger of a wild night.

It was almost three hours later when the couple finally fell asleep.

They didn’t leave the space and went to bed there completely exhausted.

Nevertheless, when they woke up the next morning, they were both filled with energy and for some reason, Leng Pan felt as if her superpowers had advanced again.

It looked like their earlier speculations were confirmed. When the two of them had sex, it was as if there was an energy that activated their superpowers and turned it into cultivation of some sort.

It helped to increase the density of their spiritual energy, thus, advancing their superpowers.

"Morning Baby." Lu Zhen greeted his wife with a charming smile on his sinfully handsome face.

Leng Pan had just woken up and was a little confused as she didn’t recognize where she was at first.

Although this bedroom was made by her in the past life and in this life she had already spent a couple of nights there, she was still not used to waking up there compared to her apartment.

She looked up at the magnified handsome face of her husband and a warmth she couldn’t explain spread throughout her body from her heart.

Her heart also started to beat like a drum and that was the moment she realized just how deeply she had fallen in love with this man.

The man who had chased her for two lifetimes. The man who she knew would sacrifice his own life to protect her, just like how she had read in that novel.

This man was completely hers and she vowed to do whatever it takes to protect him.

She was just going to do it differently from the last lifetime. She won’t sacrifice her life for humanity, she will find a way to sacrifice the enemies instead.

"Good morning, Hubby." Leng Pan smiled as she pushed herself up a little and kissed Lu Zhen on the lips lightly.

Just as she moved back, Lu Zhen followed her and wrapped her in his arms as he captured her lips and deepened the kiss.

It wasn’t until both of them were out of breath before he stopped and pulled himself away.

"Are we going to train again today?" Leng Pan asked while panting.

"Yeah, we need to train harder than before. It seems that we will have to bring the residue of the special meteorite with us when we leave.

Our teammates will be able to absorb it and help in improving their superpowers." Lu Zhen replied while pulling himself up to lean against the headboard.

This wasn’t something new for them. They had experienced it with their family members.

Every time they leave the space, those who interact closely with them experience a significant boost in their superpowers.

Thus, they figured that if they were to come out with a lot of residue and interact with their teammates as they went out to train, it would help them with their superpowers.

"You have a point. How about we go and meditate for a short while before leaving. We will carry more residue of the catalyst core that way." Leng Pan suggested and Lu Zhen agreed without hesitation.

"Okay, let’s get dressed and go meditate." He said while getting off the bed.

The two sat on two opposite positions next to the special meteorite and placed a hand on it.

Just like always, the meteorite behaved as if it was alive. It started to glow with a purple light and while Lu Zhen and his wife meditated, something out of the ordinary happened without their knowledge.

The purple light didn’t just shine on the rock alone like always, it also covered their entire bodies.

The glow was transparent, but if one observed carefully, they could see that it was seeping into their bodies through the pores of their skin.

No one knew whether this was something good or bad.

After about an hour, the two people meditating were almost synced. They let go of the meteorite almost at the same time and continued to meditate for about five minutes before opening their eyes.

Unfortunately, by then the purple glow in their bodies had faded completely and they were non-the wiser.

They just got up, held hands and walked out of the mansion.

Looking at the farm that was still empty, Leng Pan finally remembered that her mother-in-law had suggested planting some crops to provide food for them here, but the idea was completely forgotten.

She thought that she should remind her mother-in-law about it later so that they could take action.

The couple were already freshened up before leaving their bedroom in the mansion. Thus, they went out of their apartment directly after leaving the space bangle.

The moment they walked into the other apartment, the waves of energy emanating from them was staggering.

It was literally increasing the amount of spiritual energy in the bodies of the family members without them having to do anything.
