Andrew entered the office naturally and calmly. All his wives were gathered there, which wasn't normal, as at this time of day they would be doing their own things; they wouldn't sit in an office like this.

Normally, Carolina would be in one of the labs, Helena would be checking on the staff, and Aki, Zany, Helga, Layla, and Vaelyra would be training. Only Candice and Victoria were usually in the office.

It was obvious they were waiting for Andrew to tell them everything that had happened with Cassandra, and he wasn't afraid to share it. Given his identity and his activities, Andrew didn't keep secrets from them.

Upon entering, he greeted them all with a soft kiss and sat between Helena and Candice on the sofa in the office. He sipped some tea Carolina served him and began to tell them what had happened.

He didn't hold back any details, knowing his wives would ask about everything. It wasn't out of jealousy that they asked, but out of curiosity, or what Andrew mocked as gossip.

As stated, Andrew and his wives keep no secrets from each other. They also aren't bothered by Andrew's adventures outside the harem, as they know his status as a candidate for the god Eros, so these activities are normal.

Truth be told, they did feel a little annoyed that Andrew had to look for other women, having nearly a dozen beautiful wives willing to do anything, but they had learned to live with it.

Despite this feeling, instead of getting upset and throwing a tantrum, they preferred to take a more humorous approach and acted eager for gossip. Andrew understood all this, so he was detailed.

He told them how he had kept Cassandra waiting, how he interacted with her the moment she entered the office, and how the plan they had made to win her over was proceeding. Up to that point, everything seemed to be the same as they'd discussed, so they weren't very interested.

What they wanted to know was when the plan went awry and how he managed to convince Cassandra to have sex with him. Andrew didn't keep them waiting, telling them how Fluffy had suggested he be more aggressive and use his skills to catch her, and also how he moved to do so.

Obviously, he wouldn't go into details about sexual activity, as that wouldn't be gossip, but rather a somewhat twisted fetish. Neither Andrew nor his wives were interested in learning about or sharing sexual experiences.

They've shared Andrew on many occasions, so nothing is hidden, but even when Andrew had sex with one of them alone, they might talk about it, but they never go into details. It's a strange concept, but it's a part of intimacy they don't intend to violate.

After Andrew told them everything, they could only smile and comment on how risky that move was. They even demanded that Fluffy come forward and face the consequences, saying she was encouraging Andrew to become a jerk who only sleeps with women for benefits.

If they were being objective, they were right, but they didn't mean it; they were just teasing Fluffy, who, playing along, didn't say she refused to be judged. These jokes made them laugh, and they soon changed the subject to something completely unrelated to what they had started talking about.

That was how their conversations were; they would start with something important, and once they resolved it, they would just move on to something unimportant. Still, they were happy because Andrew had told them that the next split seal had weakened considerably after being with Cassandra, so they were getting closer to their goals.

While they were celebrating what seemed like a victory, strange events began to occur in the hidden regions of the continent. No one had noticed yet, as they were remote, sparsely populated areas.

Out of nowhere, groups of beasts began to disappear. They weren't large enough to cause a commotion, so no one had noticed them, but no matter how hidden their movements were, there were always traces.

The disappearance of beasts in various remote areas began to be noticed, as these places weren't uninhabited for no reason. Wild beasts were threatening these places, making it difficult to establish settlements.

So, seeing that these areas were suddenly becoming more isolated, the lack of beasts became noticeable. Although a long time had passed, the people of the continent weren't stupid. Everyone knew that only two organizations had carried out activities like these recently.

One was the famous Purgatory, and the other was the recently appeared fallen angels. Although it was not yet known that these two forces had joined forces, everyone began to suspect them. It was easy to blame them for what was happening, and not without reason, especially since it didn't bode well.

Everyone knew that they wouldn't capture wild beasts just for the well-being of the continent's inhabitants, but for the very opposite. The dark rituals and magic they knew had already proven them to be dangerous and powerful, so everyone was on guard.

They understood that something was approaching and proactively began searching for them, intending to stop them before they acted, but they were too elusive. Even with the help of powerful experts and demigods, they couldn't find them.

Obviously, Chrono and his allies also noticed this and launched their own teams to search for them, but they also had no luck. The only good thing they gained from this chase was that Purgatory and the fallen angels couldn't move easily.

Stopping them didn't seem possible, but delaying them was more than feasible, and although those searching for them didn't know it, they had interrupted and delayed their plans for quite some time.

Even so, the continent's leaders weren't happy. The threat persisted, and they preferred to be able to find and eliminate it once and for all. The beastmen and elves were the most emphatic in their pursuit of them.

It was only recently that they had to face the fallen angels, who appeared out of nowhere with monstrous beasts, murdering and destroying everything, so they wanted revenge. Unfortunately, their revenge would have to wait, as Purgatory and the fallen angels weren't stupid. They knew they were at a disadvantage and had to move cautiously.

Unlike the great fighting force and connections Purgatory had previously, they were quite miserable at the moment, so they couldn't act freely; they had to wait for the right moment and until all preparations were made.

Furthermore, while the alliance between Purgatory and the two fallen angels was working for the benefit of all, the reality is that the distrust was greater than it appeared on the surface. Purgatory distrusted the fallen angels, and the fallen angels themselves distrusted each other and Purgatory.

In short, three major factions were distrusting each other. Everything seemed to be flowing and working, but behind the scenes, everyone was making moves to undermine the others. They had regressed to something similar to when they were guardians of Purgatory.

Being in a state like this was ironic because even at that time, while there was distrust, it was also the time when the organization was most powerful, as each group forced the other to improve.

At this time, something similar was happening, which made the three factions somewhat stronger. However, not everything is as good as it seems, because rivalry is one thing and conspiracy another.

When the guardians of Purgatory existed, it's true that everyone distrusted the others and tried to outdo them, which created an atmosphere of competition and progress within the organization.

However, the difference between then and now was their motivations. While the guardians of Purgatory had their own ambitions before, they were still united by a common goal: to revive the fallen god.

However, this time, that's not the case. While Purgatory maintains its goal, the fallen angels don't want to revive the fallen god; they want to rise to power and rule over the entire continent.

To be more specific, the fallen angels' goals ran counter to Purgatory's goal, as for them, the fallen god also posed a threat to their future reign. Still, they needed Purgatory's resources and connections. It's true that they've declined, but they still possess considerable power and methods that benefit the fallen angels, which is why they haven't yet become enemies.

As the search parties intensified, the disappearances of wild beasts dried up, and everyone lost track of the enemies. Purgatory and the fallen angels knew they had to act patiently. They were now targeted, and the inhabitants of the continent considered them a threat, so they couldn't be reckless. When they felt threatened, they went into hiding.

This upset many, but there was nothing anyone could do about it except be patient and keep searching. Andrew wasn't unaware of what was happening, as he now had a wide network of informants and powerful allies.

Add to this the fact that Cassandra, after their intimate encounter, grew very close to him and they established a closer relationship, and Andrew now had informants in almost every corner of the continent. There were few people with more eyes and ears than he.
