"I just casually toured the house," Gina smiled and said.

Summer stayed in the bathroom for a while, coming out just as it was time for lunch.

A servant came upstairs to convey the message that everyone was already at the dining table, waiting for her.

Afraid that her family would wait too long, Summer went downstairs directly after coming out.

Dinners at the Walyons were always lively.

The Suttons had lunch with the Walyons, and during the meal, Gina acted as if nothing had happened, chatting and laughing with Diana.

Summer and Gina never really got along, and her cold demeanor towards Gina was quite obvious.

Ignoring her, Summer ate her meal quietly.

After lunch, Sophie Walyon pulled her away to play some games, and Summer still hadn’t thought about the ring.

Upon looking at the dressing table where she previously placed the ring, there was nothing there.

Summer was dumbfounded on the spot.

Adrian didn’t seem to notice the issue yet; once he returned to the room, he began to hold her inappropriately, burying his face in her neck and kissing her lightly and deeply.

Summer was in no mood for such things, her mind entirely occupied with the missing wedding ring.

She remembered placing the ring on the dressing table at noon.

How could it be gone?

Was she mistaken?

Adrian seemed displeased with her lack of focus, suddenly biting her forcefully.
