Secret Marriage, High-Profile Pampering!
Chapter 450: Dragging Her to the Grave
CHAPTER 450: CHAPTER 450: DRAGGING HER TO THE GRAVE
"Dad has been arrested." Gina Sutton’s gaze fell ahead, her eyes void of any soul.
"He deserves it." Summer Sutton reminded her coldly.
He’s been allowed to live for so many years, he should be grateful!
"Our whole family, because of you, is utterly ruined." Gina didn’t look at her; her gaze was unfocused, as if talking to herself.
Summer found her words particularly ironic, "Don’t shift all the blame onto others! Would this be the result if you hadn’t created your own misery?"
Did Gina even listen to her?
She knew that her dad would be sentenced to death, her reputation had already been completely destroyed by Summer during the wedding, and now their family of three was all finished!
Completely finished!
All of this was due to Summer!
She’s only twenty years old now, still so young. Her life was supposed to be exciting, but now, because of Summer, she’s fallen to a point where she is viewed with strange eyes everywhere she goes.
Gina, who had always lived proudly, how could she accept being looked at like this?
This is worse than being dead to her.
"Summer, you are a curse!" Lifting her face, she stared fixedly at Summer for a moment, and suddenly slammed on the gas pedal.
The red sports car charged towards Summer’s direction.
Ever since Summer saw her appear here, she had been wary of her and constantly on guard.
She took several steps back, dodging behind a tree, avoiding Gina’s charge.
Gina had been mentally tortured these past few days and had already collapsed.
Regardless of the fact that they were still outside the school with so many people around, she turned the car around and began to crash madly again.
At this time, it was precisely school dismissal time.
Many people were coming and going outside the school.
Her vision was already numbed by hatred. In a frenzy, she didn’t care if she would hurt innocent passersby; she started crashing wherever she saw people and wherever Summer was hiding, she crashed there.
"Oh my God, this person is insane!" Many people in the crowd screamed and scrambled everywhere.
The school’s security guards, several of them, came out and surrounded her.
Numerous people in the crowd called the police.
Gina still didn’t care, continuously driving around looking for Summer.
Summer slipped into a store by the street, quietly watching her from behind the car window glass.
Watching Gina, eyes red and still crazily crashing outside, Summer suddenly felt some sympathy for her.
Summer could tell, Gina had completely lost her mind.
Daring to crash into people in the street, had she not thought about the consequences?
There was no longer a need for Summer to act, Gina would be taken away soon enough.
Gina’s car hadn’t stopped, even seemed to want to drive right into the store to crash into Summer.
However, just as she got this urge, a burst of police sirens suddenly sounded around them.
It was as if Gina just realized what she had done, turning the car around and swiftly fleeing the scene.
Her car sped off quickly, like a rat scurrying through the streets.
The direction the car headed seemed to be the seaside.
The police car followed in pursuit.
The police had already taken action, making anything Summer did unnecessary.
Summer wasn’t hurt, and without lingering at the scene, she hailed a cab back to her apartment, going back to her routine as if not deliberately paying attention to Gina’s news.
She learned about Gina’s situation the next day from Zoe Baxter’s mouth.
"Summer, do you know? Gina’s in trouble!"
