"You dare shoot me!" Ethan Chandler roared in disbelief, clutching his arm that throbbed to the bone.

Raina North was utterly speechless, deeply puzzled as to why people always asked such stupid questions. Were they mentally challenged or what?

Raina felt she should be a bit more magnanimous, nodded, "Yes, I did shoot you. If that’s not enough, I can offer you another experience."

"You brat, one day I’ll kill you, tear you to pieces!" Ethan Chandler erupted in anger, screaming madly, enduring the pain, he bellowed at his subordinates, "Get up! All of you, get up and take this punk down!"

Those strongmen were all pretending to be dead on the ground.

Before, they dared to go against The Celestial Alliance Leader only because of Ethan Chandler’s father’s enormous influence. But now, clearly, this Orion Rivers was no pushover either, and he was the leader of The Celestial Alliance. Offending him would leave their families with zero future.

"Do you all want to die? Get up!" Ethan Chandler roared once again, but unfortunately, still no one moved.

Ethan Chandler was filled with malice, climbing up from the ground to charge at Raina North. However, just as he started moving, bang bang, two shots fired, hitting Ethan Chandler clearly in both legs.

With a thud, Ethan Chandler fell back, letting out a cry comparable to slaughtering a pig. Suddenly, his voice halted abruptly, staring in utter terror at the dark gun barrel pressed against his forehead. The fear of that moment made his neck feel as if it were being choked.

"Say it again, who were you planning to take down?" Raina North stared at Ethan Chandler, lifting the corners of her lips into a gentle smile, but with a chilling coldness gleaming in her eyes.

The Third Elder watched the scene, tears of joy flowing. This was their leader.

But Ethan Chandler was still oblivious to the situation; he spat venom at Raina North, gritting his teeth, "If you’ve got the guts, kill me!"

Ethan Chandler, even having suffered such a loss, was still adamant that Raina North wouldn’t dare kill him. Now The Celestial Alliance was already on the brink. Killing him would offend his father, and the vast Celestial Alliance might collapse in an instant.

He did not believe Orion Rivers, who founded The Celestial Alliance, would be this foolish.

Raina North laughed at his words, patting Ethan Chandler’s cheek, complimenting, "Such a clever lad, you actually read my mind. You’re right, I won’t kill you. Not only that, I’ll help you treat your injuries. Leaving the bullets in your body could be fatal."

Ethan Chandler smiled smugly, but the next second, his grin froze as Raina North instructed, "Pip Finch, come and help Young Master Chandler tend to his injuries."

Pip Finch was thrilled, just about to step forward, when Lune squeezed past.

Only to see Lune stride ahead, "I’ll do it."

With that, she drew the Crescent Blade and without hesitation dug into Ethan Chandler’s legs.

"Ah!"

At that moment, Ethan Chandler’s scream was piercingly inhuman.

Raina North frowned, a bit annoyed, "So noisy."

"Don’t worry, Orion." Pip Finch didn’t hesitate to remove his shoes, stuffing smelly socks into Ethan Chandler’s mouth.

The room instantly quieted down.

Pip Finch immediately sought praise, only to turn his head and see Raina North, Jonah Rivers, and the Third Elder standing far away.

Raina North opened the box window, and after a while, courageously removed her hand covering her nose. Even though the stench had dispersed for quite some time, the smell still made her face turn pale.
