Shut Up, Young Lady, Obediently Hand Over The Money And Don't Confess!
Chapter 245 : The Treasure In The Treasure Chest Is Indeed a...
“We’re saved!”
Felyn lay on the ground, slowly sitting up while gasping for breath.
Beside him, Zervanie and Viloti were adjusting their clothes, while Bernice stood at a higher vantage point, scanning their surroundings.
“This is the 14th floor of the dungeon. That’s the furthest limit of the Divine Teleportation.”
“What floor were we on before this?” Felyn asked.
Bernice didn’t answer.
She suspected it was probably below the 70th floor—perhaps even deeper.
She had located Felyn by tracing the hidden mark she left on him via dimensional space. But she had no idea what floor he had actually been on.
As for that pure violet magic energy—Bernice had never seen anything like it before.
Most likely, the opponent was an ancient high-tier magical beast, possibly even one of the Demon King’s close confidants.
Jumping down from the rock, Bernice looked at Felyn, who had finally caught his breath. Her mind briefly wandered to that beautiful girl they’d encountered.
She had long, dark violet hair, brown eyes, and defined features. Not a single girl around rivals that beauty.
Someone that beautiful… it felt like there might be some kind of messy entanglement with Felyn in the future.
After all, he already had a whole crowd of noble young ladies drawn to him.
Bernice shook her head. She was letting her imagination run wild.
That girl was a powerful, ancient magical beast who lived deep in the dungeon. There was no way she and Felyn would cross paths again.
Unless, of course, she actively came to the human world.
But that was impossible—it would violate the treaty between humans and the Demon King.
“What’s that you’re holding… what’s in your arms?”
Bernice stared at the ornate wooden box cradled in Felyn’s arms.
“I picked it up from that house earlier. I figured it might be some adventurer’s relic. Who knows—there could be something valuable inside.”
Felyn patted the box and looked down at the sturdy-looking lock.
“Bernice, can you open it?”
Bernice squatted down in front of him and examined the lock.
“Should be doable. Just remember to split the loot with me if it’s anything good.”
“No problem!”
After all, Bernice had just saved his life. If she wanted to take the whole thing, Felyn would’ve gladly given it to her.
She pulled a spellseal gun from the storage behind her and aimed it at the lock.
Bang!
A crisp sound rang out, but the lock remained completely unmoved.
Bernice frowned, then activated a higher-tier Divine Spell.
Compressed divine energy, tightly controlled, began to hammer down on the lock in bursts.
Only after she used a Fifth-Grade Divine Spell did the lock finally give way.
For a box to require such a tough lock, whatever was inside had to be extraordinary.
Maybe it was a long-lost Divine Spell Manual… or perhaps written records on the Herlomir Church?
Felyn reached into the box with anticipation.
Viloti and Zervanie leaned in too, curious to see what kind of treasure he had uncovered.
“T-This is…”
Felyn was so stunned he couldn’t even finish the sentence. His hand trembled as he slowly pulled the item out.
It was extremely lightweight—Felyn lifted it effortlessly.
The fabric was exquisite, with a silky smooth texture that screamed luxury.
Triangular in shape, the design was structurally flawless.
A cute pink bow adorned the front, brimming with youthful charm.
On the back, a cartoon bear graphic complemented the bow, creating a symmetrical, handcrafted aesthetic.
Felyn stretched the material between both hands, marveling at its elasticity.
At the same time, he felt the stares of the three beautiful girls behind him.
“I didn’t know this thing had a pair of panties with a little bear print inside! I swear I’m not a pervert!”
What he held in his hands was a textbook example of cute, girly underwear—a pink satin bow on the front, a bear graphic on the back.
And inside the box? It was packed full of underwear just like it. Bears, bunnies, kittens… in all sorts of colors and patterns.
Felyn stood there, pinching the sides of the underwear, looking exactly like some creep stealing a girl’s panties.
A gentle breeze blew through the ruins, and the soft fabric fluttered like a flag in his hands.
“Who puts underwear in a fancy locked box like this?! And with such a sturdy lock, no less! I didn’t know! I am! Not! A! PERVERT!”
He leapt to his feet, trying frantically to explain to the girls around him.
Bernice sighed and shook her head.
“I don’t need my half anymore. You can keep it all.”
“I don’t want it either!”
Zervanie stood frozen, her mind blank. So Felyn’s this kind of guy? Would he like the styles I wear?
Viloti, on the other hand, bashfully hid behind Zervanie. Her silver hair veiled her eyes as she mumbled in a tiny voice, “F-Felyn… if you really like them, I can… give you mine… later…”
“I swear I didn’t mean to! I! Am! Not! A! PERVERT!”
Dungeon – 99th Floor.
“Seriously… why did someone have to wander in here…”
The girl was picking things up off the floor, gently stroking the cover of Princess & Hero’s Grand Adventure.
Her long, wavy dark violet hair hung more than a meter down her back, swaying across her slender legs as she moved.
“That man… how dare he say something like that… Absolutely unforgivable! He’s a total pervert! Completely disgusting!”
Lace stockings slowly slid off her legs, revealing her snow-white toes.
One piece of clothing after another fell to the carpet.
After she tossed her full lace lingerie set onto the bed, she finally stopped undressing.
Because there was nothing left to take off.
She walked to the wardrobe, smoothed her hair, and bent down to reach for her precious little box.
But after a few moments of fumbling…
“Where is it?! No way…”
Her voice cracked with panic and tears. She searched every corner of the wardrobe but came up empty.
That man… stole my underwear!
Pervert! Pervert! Pervert! PERVERT PERVERT PERVERT!
“I won’t forgive you!”
Her voice trembled as she clenched her fists and shook them in the air.
First, you barge into my room without permission. Then you blackmail me with my favorite book. And now you’ve stolen my prized collection of human underwear?!
UNFORGIVABLE!
“I, Eitani Siveshus, swear by my status as the Demon King’s daughter—I'll never let that pervert off the hook!”
Her brown eyes flared with pure violet magic, flooding the entire room.
This was the Demon King's daughter, the secret centerpiece of Princess Dorothy’s grand plan, and the true heroine meant for Felyn as the protagonist’s conquest target.
She had whimsically decided to explore the dungeon today, casting a teleportation spell to reach the fourth floor.
That was why Felyn had encountered almost no magical beasts during his stay there.
Before she left, she set her spell to return her to the teleportation circle automatically at 2:00 p.m.
Using that kind of magic was exhausting, and she didn’t want to go through the effort of redrawing the array after a fun day out.
But she hadn’t expected Felyn and his group to accidentally stumble in.
Meanwhile, someone else was just as furious—Adelina, still stranded on the fourth floor of the dungeon, completely forgotten.
It was nearly evening now, and she was still searching for Felyn when she received a communication request from Viloti.
“What?! You’re already back?! I was worried something had happened to Felyn, and the rest of you just went home?!”
Adelina’s cheeks flushed red with emotion. Her grey-blue eyes widened, and her voice rose in volume.
“I’m sorry, Adelina.”
“Viloti! You were probably so thrilled to be alone with Felyn that you forgot all about me, didn’t you?!”
A long silence came through the comm-seal.
“So that’s how it is, huh?!”
Adelina’s heart shattered.
Viloti, at that very moment, was locked in her bedroom by Silafiel, being forced to reflect on her actions.
Not only had she forgotten Adelina—she’d also forgotten her own guard who had accompanied her into the dungeon.
When Viloti went missing, the guard immediately reported it to Silafiel, who doted on his daughter like no other.
He panicked for hours, dispatching every able-bodied servant in the household to search for her—only to find her safe and sound back at home.
“There’s that school festival thing…” Viloti began to say through the communication seal.
“Don’t even think about it! It’s my turn to be alone with Felyn!”
