Shut Up, Young Lady, Obediently Hand Over The Money And Don't Confess!
Chapter 283 : I Want Them All!
The afternoon sun lazily spilled into the living room. Felyn rubbed his eyes, waking up from his nap.
Most of the boisterous young ladies had already left, leaving only Viloti and Daiyi.
Viloti was curled up on the carpet, wearing a simple white shirt and pleated skirt, leaning against Felyn's leg.
Felyn unconsciously reached out, his fingertips gently brushing through her fallen hair, tucking it behind her ear.
The sunlight filtered through the gauze curtains, illuminating the young girl's delicate pinkness.
"Felyn..."
Viloti murmured, nuzzling her cheek against Felyn's palm.
Her eyelashes fluttered slightly, as if trying to see Felyn's face clearly, but in the end, she couldn't resist the pull of sleep.
"Awake?" Daiyi's sleepy voice came from behind.
She was still in a cuddling position, her long black hair slightly messy, a red mark on her right cheek from where she had been leaning on Felyn's shoulder.
But she had no intention of getting up. Instead, she hugged Felyn's arm even tighter.
Sunlight, tranquility, and the even breathing of the girl in his arms.
This moment in time became sweet and viscous.
"Just woke up."
"Don't you want to do something?"
"Do what?"
Daiyi smiled faintly, took Felyn's hand, and gently caressed the back of it.
"Choose one of us, Viloti or me, or do you want both?"
"Don't talk nonsense..." Felyn realized what Daiyi was saying. "Of course, I want both."
Only adults make choices.
I want them all!
Viloti also slowly woke up.
She rubbed her eyes, staring blankly at Felyn above her, a pink strand of hair stuck to the corner of her mouth.
"Felyn, do you want me?"
"He wants both of us," Daiyi said, gently patting Viloti's head, her voice tinged with a hint of teasing.
"Viloti... would you be angry about that?" Felyn asked tentatively.
Viloti shook her head, propped herself up with her hands on the sofa, and slowly climbed up Felyn's body.
Felyn could feel the softness of the girl in his arms, the warmth of her pressed against his chest, her body temperature, her heartbeat.
"I won't."
She nuzzled her nose against Felyn's neck, sniffing his scent.
"I won't be angry with you, Felyn. Do whatever you want."
"You won't be angry with me about that either?" Felyn blurted out.
"Which thing?" Viloti, in his arms, tilted her head, not quite understanding his words.
Which thing?
Felyn froze. What was he talking about?
He felt that sense of unfamiliarity rise in his heart again.
This feeling had been appearing in his heart ever since he first opened his eyes this morning.
As long as that thing existed, it was impossible for him to be with Viloti.
But why couldn't he remember what that thing was now?
"Felyn... are you thinking about something?"
Viloti reached out, wanting to smooth Felyn's furrowed brow, a cat-like purr rumbling in her throat.
"It's just that there's something important I haven't told you, so it feels a bit strange."
"Felyn, no matter what you say to me, I won't be angry."
Wrong.
Only about that thing, Viloti would definitely be angry.
If she had no reaction at all, then she wouldn't be Viloti.
Cold sweat beaded on Felyn's forehead. He felt a splitting headache at this moment.
But he gritted his teeth and continued to follow this train of thought.
Slowly, fragments of memory began to surface in his mind.
He thought of another important thing.
"Daiyi, I remember you telling me that you were leaving Seiwa soon?"
"Leaving? I'm not going anywhere. I'll be right by your side."
Daiyi wrapped her arms around Felyn's neck. The sound of their clothes rubbing together was pleasant.
The girl's scent tickled Felyn's neck; he could even imagine the touch of her lips.
"You didn't say that?"
"I didn't. And even if I did, I'm willing to stay by your side for you."
He did remember Daiyi saying she was leaving, but when was it exactly?
The image that appeared in his mind was like looking through a piece of frosted glass; he couldn't see it clearly at all.
But none of that mattered.
The thing he couldn't remember, the fact that Daiyi was leaving, none of it mattered anymore.
What mattered were the answers from the two young ladies.
Their answers severely deviated from the "Client Behavior Analysis Manual."
Felyn thought of the notebooks he had written.
In the previous scene, Viloti wouldn't have said she wouldn't be angry. The shadow of her past trauma couldn't be resolved with just a word or two.
And the same went for Daiyi. It was hard to imagine the forever-rational young lady, who dared to defy the world, saying something like "I'm willing to stay for you."
"What's wrong?"
Daiyi leaned in front of Felyn, her dark green eyes filled with tenderness.
"Nothing, just suddenly thought of something." Felyn smiled and waved his hand, his brow beginning to relax.
"Felyn, aren't you going to do it?"
Viloti's moist breath was about to dampen Felyn's collar. The girl's body began to heat up, causing Felyn's heartbeat to gradually quicken.
"I just woke up, let me recover a bit."
Viloti hummed in agreement, her expression still blank, then rested her head on Felyn's chest, listening to his heartbeat.
Felyn's arm tightened unconsciously, completely enveloping Viloti's slender waist in his embrace.
The girl's body was even lighter than he had imagined, as if she would dissipate into the sunlight with the slightest force.
Through the thin white shirt, he could still clearly feel Viloti's body temperature.
Viloti buried her entire face in his collar. "Felyn..." her voice came through the fabric, "so warm..."
"Go to sleep, my lady. You'll be fine after you wake up."
The girl in his arms' eyelashes struggled for a few moments, then slowly closed.
Daiyi lazily propped herself up, her camisole strap slipping off her shoulder with the movement. "The little kid is asleep. Let's talk about some adult topics."
"Viloti is also an adult."
"So protective of her, huh?" Her fingertip slowly slid down Felyn's neckline, drawing ambiguous circles at his Adam's apple.
"Aren't you afraid I'll get jealous?"
"I'm only afraid you won't." He grabbed Daiyi's wrist and pulled her close, their noses almost touching.
Felyn's hand gently lifted Daiyi's chin, gazing at the complex emotions in her dark green eyes.
"Daiyi, do you like me?"
The girl's eyelashes trembled slightly. "I do."
"Then is there anything you particularly like to eat?"
"Nothing in particular."
"Then which church are you a member of?"
As soon as the words fell, the wind picked up.
The blinds slapped against the window, making a crisp, rhythmic sound.
By the time Felyn noticed, this was the only sound left in the world.
"You've figured it out?"
To Felyn's surprise, the figures of Daiyi and Viloti did not dissipate.
"Yeah," Felyn said, rubbing his stomach. "I ate food made by Zervanie's own hands and didn't get poisoned. Isn't that strange enough?"
