CHAPTER 1031: 1028: ANOTHER DAY

BOOOM!

BANG!

BANG!

BANG!

BANG!

The moment Corey landed a punch that could shatter seas and even an entire continent of New Earth, the Clown slammed into the ground with so much force that the earth shattered in an instant.

It was a miracle that the Clown did not turn into a pool of blood and flesh in that moment, but that showcased just how durable his body was.

The Clown’s body created a crater so massive that it spanned hundreds of kilometers in every direction, and it was more than a dozen kilometers deep.

When Pamela saw the destruction Corey caused just as a result of a single punch, her eyes widened in disbelief.

She had no idea Corey was able to unleash such power, and she wondered if the Clown was even alive after suffering such an attack.

"This is absurd. He’s more powerful than I thought. Even his usage of runes is frightening in his current state... He’s mad."

Meanwhile, Corey hovered in the air with an expressionless face as he looked at the Clown.

His Eyes of Omniscience saw through everything, and he was able to see the Clown, almost like he was standing before him.

The Clown was motionless, seemingly unconscious or dead. His head was completely deformed, and it would be an exaggeration to even call it head.

His arms and legs were deformed and broken, and if not for his immortality, the Clown would be a dead man by now.

Corey looked at his right arm, through his Eyes of Omniscience, runes that drastically increased his physical strength and speed swirled around his right arm.

It was because of these runes he was able to release such power from a mere punch. However, it came at a cost.

The bones in his right arm melted and shattered, and his muscles were torn apart. If not for his current state of mind and his high pain resistance, he would have been screaming in pain.

But his expression remained the same... emotionless.

Void Force pulsed around his right arm, and time rewound, reverting his arm back to how it used.

This took a considerable amount of void energy, but he didn’t care.

He stretched out his hand, and his telekinesis surged. He dragged the Clown out of the deep crater, and after reducing the space between him and the Clown, a second later, the Clown appeared in front of him.

Without wasting a single second, he unleashed another punch on the Clown.

But this time around, he did not punch the Clown toward the earth, but straight in front of him.

BANG!

The Clown flew dozens of kilometers away, and Corey merely took a step forward, shortening the space between him and the Clown and teleporting to the Clown’s side.

He unleashed another punch.

BANG!

The Clown flew once again, and Corey teleported to his side once again.

BANG!

Another punch

Another punch

And another

And another

And another

At some point, Corey’s expression began changing from expressionless to one of primal fury.

"You killed her."

BANG!

"You took her away from me."

BANG!

"Die."

BANG!

"Die."

BANG!

"Die!"

BANG!

"DIE!"

BANG!

"DIIIEEE!!!!"

BANG!

Corey unleashed his last punch on the Clown, and throughout, the Clown was not able to respond.

There were several reasons for this, and the main reason was because of Corey’s poison.

Corey’s punches were not just normal punches. He had fused several of his skills into his punch, and one of them was Poison Manipulation.

Through Poison Manipulation, every single punch of his was infused with poisons that caused hallucinations, paralysis, sudden weakness, and so much more.

Because of this and some other factors, the Clown could not react at all. And even without these factors, Corey barely gave the Clown any opportunity to react or turn the situation around.

BOOM!

The Clown landed in the first crater Corey had dragged him out of, and Corey landed beside him a second later.

He raised his hand, and the Clown was brought before him through his telekinesis.

Because of the extremely fast rate of regeneration of the Clown, the Clown’s body had not become completely unrecognizable. However, several parts and chunks of his body were missing.

Corey stared at the Clown for a moment, his eyes which still contained his fury now has a bit of reasoning in them.

Although Corey had a million things to say, ask, and do to the Clown, he did not bother saying one of them.

"In the next life, I’ll make sure to thoroughly destroy you." Corey said coldly, and in the next moment, he created a black hole behind the Clown.

He pushed the Clown into the black hole, and just as the Clown’s body was about to get sucked into the black hole, a mouth appeared on the chest of the Clown.

"Don’t think this is over, Corey. The game has just begun, and you’re going to make me have a lot of fun. Nothing you do can stop my fun! Hahahahahaha!!!!!"

The Clown’s body was sucked into the black hole and was totally crushed by its immense gravity into nothingness.

Corey looked at the black hole for a few more seconds, and then he clenched his fist, destroying the black hole.

He took a step forward and vanished, teleporting to Anna’s corpse.

Despite all the destruction he brought upon the world tree’s realm, not a single stone, wood, or dust fell on Anna’s corpse.

A part of his mind erected an Hexagon Nova Shield around her corpse along with several elemental barriers and pure runic barriers.

Even in his state of mind, he protected her corpse at all cost, and when he appeared before the barriers, they vanished one by one, allowing him to see his sister’s face.

He knelt and stroked her face while tears mixed with blood fell from his face unto the ground.

"I’ll change everything, Anna. There’s no way I’m losing you. You’ll come back, and we’ll be together. We’re family for life."

Corey smiled weakly and in pain as he stroked Anna’s hair along while looking at her beautiful serene face.

"I have so many things to tell you, so there’s no way I’m losing you."

Corey closed his eyes and reeled in his tears. He sat cross-legged on the ground, and he could feel his life slipping away from him.

He should have died a long time ago, but he stubbornly clinged to his life, refusing to die until he killed the Clown.

"Sorry, Jeremy. But it seems you’ll have to experience another today."

Corey closed his eyes and snapped his fingers, and in the shell world in the throne room of the palace, the Hero of New Earth who was desperately fighting to survive and protect those dear to him, suddenly fell and died.

His heart and brain devoured and poisoned by insects.

And thus, another day began.
