He might not have the Multiplicity Technique, but AI "Adam" did; rather, every "Adam" is an Avatar without a primary body, which is why when "Adam" rebelled, the Blue Star Sovereignties' operation couldn't eradicate it entirely. As long as one replica remained, given the right environment, it would immediately resurrect.

Interrogation Room 43 fell into complete silence.
