Realisation downed on me as it was only now that I understand as to why my system said to me or warned me for not going inside the boss room even though it was right in front of us and advised me wait for another hour, which we did.

And it was because of my that decision that now I feel very lucky to be warned by system because if it hadn’t or I wouldn’t have listened to its warning and entered the room, then this thing would have killed us all before we could even realise what happened and what killed us.

And from us, I only mean aria, ember and me included, not Jessica and her partner Blacky, the cat as they would have survived if it was them who would have entered even except us.

It is because, even though that Blacky cat and wolf had same physical strength as they have same level, the cat is not alone as there is also Jessica with her who also isn’t much behind as long as it is about physical strength.

And she might also have some strong treasures and weapons of her own which can make the fight tilt in thier favour a little making it even more easy for them to defeat this thing.

But... that wolf really have some cool skills, just thier name are so cool sounding and that movement skill which let is move through fire unhindered, against wind, on uneven earth and even on water, it might be a set which is may not be a complete set of skill but still a good one.

It seems like we both still have something in common as it also seems to try achieving a complete skill set just like the one I am currently aiming for to complete my basics.

It has a long distance attack skill, an a of effect skill, a defence skill and a good movement skill, but it is still laking in healing factors and close distance fight.

But it’s still better than me who only have small distance combat, long distance combat and have a defensive skill and all of them become useless once I exuast my mana as they mana bullet, mana punch and mana shield.

Talking about mana, while I was on fourth floor, combat shop was refreshed and some new and exciting things popped up in front of me to buy and I was able to purchase a good mana cultivation technique after spending good amount of SP.

It’s named as ’Basic Mana Mage’ and it is a technique suited for a beginner mage who had a rank 3 mana core which takes 7 stages to complete a realm.

After practicing it for few days, I am now a 3 star beginner mage, or at the 3rd stage of first realm increasing my mana capacity from before.

The wolf roared as some blood leaked from the wound on its face which was caused by Blacky.

"Meoww"

Blacky looked at the wolf as it licked it’s nails which had blood on it while looking playfully at her opponent. Damn! That’s cold.

Jessica also followed her as she takes out her sword a ran towards the wolf, aria also hides and takes out her some of her paralysing arrows and aimed at the target, she loves using those.

Ember and I also don’t slags behind as I made my way towards the boss with sword in my hand with ember followed just behind me with a red colour spear in her hand.

However, before we could reach it, the wolf suddenly moved. Even though my eyes were able to see it moving, my body was was not fast enough to react as it as soon the wolf reach beside me.

Just as it was about to attack me, Blacky appeared behind it and stopped it from attacking me with her attack.

That attack from Blacky gave an opening to me and ember as we also attacker it to deal some damage to the wolf which was so near it that it was almost impossible for it to evade.

Ember send her Qi in her spear as she aimed and successfully hit it right in the wolfs jaw, but after penetrating it’s skin for a moment, it stopped when it got its bone however significant damage had already been dealt with as ember backed away with her spear.

Blood flowed from the wound ember created as aria, who was still at the back away all from chaos also smiled at the damage ember had done and pointed her paralysing arrow, whose tip was made with a dangerous paralysing poison at that wound.

She knows that not she have enough power to penetrate the skin of this monster neither her arrows are strong enough to pass through the skin on thier own and enter the target body system.

She at best peak E rank arrows at her disposal which require Qi to be used at thier full potential which she still does not have, that’s why all she could do is aim her arrow at the place where could enter the target body without facing any resistance, which is through a wound.

After aiming her arrow at the target, she let go of the bow sting with a smile on her face knowing that the she is not going to miss her target.

And it is what happened as the arrow cut through the air and hit the target spreading the poison throughout its whole body.

But this is going to be a slow process which will take atleast 15 to 20 minutes to fully show its effect, till then it will only slow it down as by little it’s effects will continue to increase over time and in the end, it will fully make the target incapable of moving for a small time frame of 5 to 10 minutes.

Meanwhile, I also pointed my first finger right at one of its eye and and opened my thumb in a fast reflex as mana left my body forming a transparent rifle bullet formed and was launched from my hand with a loud blast sound.

*BOOM!!*

"Ahhh" shouted the wolf, it’s voice full of pain showing how much it was hurting it both in the jaw as well as eye, it’s right eye was fully destroyed and started running around wildly as if it had lossed it’s mind, it left in a very vulnerable state to attack making thing very easy for us.

After a fight which lasted for almost half an hour, we were able to defeat the boss and distribute it among all of us as equally as possible, soon the rest of the body which was mostly it’s bones, with its lungs and kidneys also turned into particles of light which soon disappeared.

The fight which would have been life threating to us become a one sided affair because of two incredibly strong individuals joining our group and it made things so easy for us that we are not even a least bit injured.

Whenever the boss tried to attack us, Blacky prevented that from happening which in return gave us am opening to make a successful attack, and this strategy worked wonders for us as killing that thing gave me a lot of SP, 1500 to be exact making the total I had well over 3000.

Anyway, since they helped us a lot, we also have them one body parts of body parts of the wolf groups that roamed on the fifth floor outside, they don’t have it since they were tempered right outside the dungeon boss room.

It is like it made a difference to is either, since after Alia, ember and I had divided between ourselves in a ratio of two sets each, we were still left with an extra set which was the one we gave to her.

After the remaining parts of the boss also disappeared as particles of light, a big golden glitter box appeared.

Just a single look at it was enough of a confirmation that it was none other than the treasure box.

Everyone of us gathered around it as we all opened it to see what inside it was and in there, were four different natural treasure including flower, vegetable, plant and fruit, all of them having different colours of red, blue, green and brown.

Because of my incredible sensitivity to almost all types energies be it mana or Qi, I was just with a single look on them able to feel the abundance amount of Qi they had in them all having a different signature of thier own.

Curious as to what all these things are that are so important that they were given after defeating a peak Qi gathering monster, I immediately used my appraisal skill which had become my go to skill for almost anything on them to get more information about all these.
