The driver replied, his voice trembling, and his body still shaking. The aftershock was intense, and the more he thought about it, the scarier it seemed.

"Will she die just like that?" the driver asked shakily.

"She’s fine, she won’t die," Lin Fan reassured, patting the driver’s shoulder again, sending a wave of warmth through his hand into the driver.

Instantly the driver felt a warm current spreading through his body, calming him down.
