Stealing The Crazy Yandere Lovers
Chapter 22: Heart is like a mirror, once cracked it’s over.
CHAPTER 22: HEART IS LIKE A MIRROR, ONCE CRACKED IT’S OVER.
During the process, because of the constant deathly gaze from Leo, I was getting annoyed so I decided to answer back in my own way.
Since he thinks I did something unscrupulous to Parul, let him imagine further, better let him imagine even more crazily.
Looking back at him, I sneakily pointed my index finger towards Parul, who was sitting next to him and licked my tongue, at the same time I didn’t forget to give a mischievous wink along with a playful smile.
The result was perfect.
Leo, who had been attentively watching my expressions was flabbergasted upon seeing my little actions.
My gesture of savouring the aftertaste by licking my lips with bare tongue completely set him off~
"H-hey...."
Before Asna could complete her sentence, a loud voice reverberated throughout the room.
Bang~
Leo smashed his right fist hard on the round wooden table and got up decisively.
With his sheer blunt force, the table collapsed in a single action.
"Enough, if I look at this new guy’s annoying face anymore, I will go crazy."
"Let me break this bastard’s bones."
A cold aura started emanating from him, just when my shoulders were about to shudder, Claire got up.
"Stop!"
"This is my birthday party, not some place to release frustration."
"As the hostess, I must make sure everyone behaves properly."
Claire’s voice was chilling without a doubt.
"And if I refuse to give in?"
Leo refused to back down.
"Then, I don’t mind sending you to the afterlife."
The very next second, an even heavier aura emitted from Claire, making Leo kneel instinctively.
His eyes were full of disbelief,
"You?"
"Such crushing momentum, your strength is definitely at the peak of High Demon."
Leo was scared out of his wits.
All the others except me were one realm lower than Claire.
The pressure when she revealed her strength was indeed suffocating.
Leo could only bow his head in shame.
Looking at me with hateful eyes, he took another deep breath,
"Fine, I will leave."
"Since things have come to a breaking point, I won’t stay here anymore."
His pride still forced him to leave with his head held high.
"Parul, come let’s leave!"
Shifting his gaze towards the stunning woman standing next to him, Leo’s eyes softened considerably.
But he was bound to be disappointed.
Parul gently shook her head~
"Why should I leave?"
"I don’t have any conflicts with them, it’s you who is making a damn fuss for no reason."
Parul couldn’t figure out what was wrong with Leo, after all, it was something that only a man could understand.
She had few female friends to begin with, and as a result, she felt there was no need to leave the birthday party because of a trivial power showoff. Since Leo was already aware of Claire’s power level, why did he confront her?
"Why?"
"Don’t you see I am openly being suppressed?"
"Since your boyfriend is leaving, you should also leave together."
Leo declared as a matter of fact, that by the end, even his voice became a bit angry.
According to him, Parul was always an easy-going and obedient girl, so what happened today? She should righteously pack-up and leave with him.
"Oh, don’t cry like a victim."
"When was this pride and dignity when Rainaziel forced such a shameful punishment upon me?"
Parul shot back.
It finally happened: The previous grievances accumulated in her heart, like a punctured balloon, burst free
"Oh, wasn’t I also given the punishment of licking the blood of an old geezer spilled on the floor, it’s not only you that suffered."
Leo shouted back.
"That was different, I was alone with a man and you were not even bothered the slightest?"
Parul’s voice was hoarse.
Leo wanted to reply- Yes, he was worried the most, but doing so would undermine his manliness and meant he lacked basic trust in Parul as his partner, sadly, he couldn’t find the right words to express his inner thoughts which led to the current predicament.
On one side Parul felt aggrieved for Leo not standing up for her, on the other side, Leo also felt aggrieved that he was forced to lick the floor.
Watching them speak back and forth, I sighed.
"Why are you sighing?"
Asuna, who was the closest to me, asked indignantly.
"Their arguments have touched the basic foundation of their relationship."
"The cracks have already taken root, just like a mirror that once broken can never be the same; their previous bond has been affected at its core."
It was clear- because of this little argument between them, the distrust was bound to grow, not to forget Leo’s previous private abuse of Parul as an obese cow ready to give milk.
"Parul had always been an ever-smiling girl, never knew she could yell and cry so hoarsely."
Asuna gave her opinion.
"Parul has been keeping quiet for a long time, things will be interesting it seems."
I chuckled back at Asuna.
Asuna seemed to have something to say but given she had never been previously in a relationship, she stopped in between.
"Why do you know about all these stuffs?"
Asuna suddenly asked with a strange look on her face.
"Have you also had your heart broken by someone in the past?"
Asuna sneered.
"Me?"
"Love?.....Relationship?"
I laughed as a flash of memory passed through my mind as I recollected my time back on both Earth as well as here.
"That feeling....it’s a privilege."
My entire life had been a grind.
Working hard from getting up at 6 to 5 in the evening, the routine has been constant for so long now.
"You don’t need to personally experience such things to know how they will progress."
"When you delicately look at your surroundings, everyone is always enduring some form of suffering; whether it’s emotional or work-related, life of every small human, when observed from a third perspective gives enough teachings regarding struggles and vicissitudes regarding life."
I replied superficially.
There was no point in explaining much to a cold-hearted killer who treats humans like a livestock.
