Sticking to Mr.Chairman in This Life
Chapter 648: Just Passing By?
CHAPTER 648: CHAPTER 648: JUST PASSING BY?
Chu Yihan had just stood up when Su Ge hurriedly grabbed his sleeve and pointed towards the direction of the fur-clad woman.
His clients had arrived, shouldn’t he hurry over?
"Do you want to write something under the tree?"
Chu Yihan glanced briefly before withdrawing his gaze, and after a moment of stunned silence from Su Ge, he directly pulled out a pen and a small plaque from his pocket.
Su Ge’s expression immediately brightened, "How did you even prepare all these?"
She always thought this man lacked romance, but unexpectedly, he also had his moments of romance.
The tree was planted together by them, writing their names underneath it, and to come see it after a few years would definitely be of significant memorial value.
While Su Ge was still joyously content, the man held the plaque in his palm, ready to write on it.
Suddenly, Su Ge thought of something and grabbed the man’s wrist, "What are you planning to write?"
The man casually glanced at her, "Isn’t it usual to write ’Visited here’?"
Su Ge then realized she had thought wrong.
This man really doesn’t have any romantic cells deep down.
She quickly snatched the plaque and pen from the man’s hand, first drew Cupid’s Arrow on the plaque, then wrote her name at one end.
After finishing, she handed the plaque to Chu Yihan, pointing at the other end of "Cupid’s Arrow," "You write here, just your own name would be fine."
"What is this you’ve drawn?"
Chu Yihan didn’t understand the pattern Su Ge had drawn, but obediently signed his name on the other end of "Cupid’s Arrow" anyway.
Finally, he wrote down the date at the bottom of the plaque.
Together, they wrapped the plaque filled with love and buried it under the tree. As they were just standing up, a sharp female voice called from behind, "Yihan, what are you doing? It looks fun."
Su Ge felt a pinch of jealousy at the utterance of "Yihan," and turning her head, she saw a middle-aged woman dressed woman removing her sunglasses. This face, however, did not match her attire, appearing to be only in her late twenties with a mole near her eye, brimming with charm with every smile and frown.
Her accent did not quite sound native, and her eyes were somewhat grey, resembling a mixed heritage.
"You must be Ms. Amy, hello."
Since it was Chu Yihan’s client, Su Ge, seeing that Chu Yihan wasn’t speaking, rubbed her hands and politely extended her hand to the woman.
However, the woman didn’t even glance at her, her eyes were solely fixated on Chu Yihan, "Yihan, I’m a bit late, you won’t be upset with me, will you?"
While she spoke, it was uncertain whether it was intentional or not, but those enchanting eyes seemed to be consistently electrifying Chu Yihan.
"No," Chu Yihan said expressionlessly, not looking at Amy but rather looking to his side at the little woman retracting her hand stiffly, "Apologies for the sudden introduction, Ms. Amy, this is my Lady. My Lady is somewhat clingy, hearing that we were coming to plant trees, she insisted on coming, you wouldn’t mind, right?"
"Lady?" Ms. Amy didn’t show any change in expression, her gaze only briefly sweeping over Su Ge before focusing back on Chu Yihan with a smile, "If I’m not mistaken, Yihan, you aren’t married yet, right? Or could it be a secret marriage? Really, it seems to be quite popular in your country."
Su Ge tacitly chose not to explain at that moment.
Ms. Amy, holding her sunglasses, then directed her gaze towards the forest, "Yihan, it’s my first time coming out to plant trees, could you teach me?"
"Yes."
Chu Yihan was not opposed to the idea, and by now there were already people behind the woman bringing over tools. She picked a spot she liked and then walked over there with a smile.
