Silas and Aya went to the area that Nathan mentioned before. It was an empty area with no one present and there were also some magic beast roaming around.

From the mana concentration, Aya guessed that this used to be a mine and then the mine was completely exhausted before the entire place was abandoned. After all, no one wanted to stay in a place where the resources were scarce.

There might be a risk of meeting people, but if they were to stay in the wilderness area, who could say for sure that they would not be found?

Anyway, living in those areas were definitely far better than living in this barren place.

"Hmm?" Silas looked at his shadow and arched his eyebrows. He could feel that there was some disturbance within the shadow realm. "Did someone else come over to the shadow realm?"

The shadow realm of the Black Family was basically connected to each other.

It was mostly because the shadow realm was an inheritance they obtained from their blood, an inheritance that was basically passed from one generation to the next generation. To be honest, Silas himself knew about the shadow realm from his father.
