CHAPTER 501: PART 1: FIGHT USING THE ARMOUR SUIT!

City A(10th Zone):

Audrey Reed turned towards Jeremy Night. She was apologetic. "I’m sorry, I didn’t expect it," She said.

"It’s okay," Jeremy replied.

Then the middle aged man left the place with satisfaction. Jeremy then collects the black box into his storage ring.

"So how much do you need?" Jeremy asked.

Audrey shakes her head and replied,"I don’t know. Even if you bring a few it would be fine. We just need them for experiments."

"If the things described in the medicine notes were true. Then we will find a way to get in large numbers," She added.

"Give me approx location," He asked her.

She then sent the information to his device.

"Okay, then. I’m leaving," Jeremy said to her.

She wishes him good luck. She doesn’t have courage and strength like Jeremy Night. Otherwise, she would definitely accompany him to the mission.

A few minutes later,

Jeremy boarded the flying cab. He told the driver to drop him off in the wilderness. Jeremy is browsing the information in the car.

When he saw the approach coordinates. His eyes glinted with a doubt. It’s the same location where he came across the underground cave.

Later, it was destroyed due to fighting. Till the end, he didn’t know which force was behind that plan. He has a feeling that this trip won’t be simple.

About 10 minutes later,

The cab driver dropped him off at the entrance. He walked out and paid the fare. Then he disappeared into the wilderness.

From the device, he knew which direction to go. It was the same direction where he found that cave tunnel.

He hopes it’s just a coincidence.

Reed Family:

Meanwhile,

Audrey Reed returns to her family. She then meets her father and raises the complaint. She didn’t expect them to give old worn out battle armour to Jeremy Night.

Dante Reed touches his head with a headache. Even he didn’t expect the elders to object to it. In the end, he couldn’t go against the voices of elders.

"Audrey, the elders are not wrong. The higher tier battle armour is extremely valuable. It could save the life of an elder during emergency times," Dante said to his daughter.

"What if Jeremy Night encounters danger?" Audrey Reed asked. She was displeased.

"Sigh!"

Dante let out a sigh.

He said,"I think Jeremy Night is clever. He won’t risk his life. If he finds himself in danger, then he will leave."

"Besides, you told him our purpose. If he fails this time, then he can always try next time," he added.

Hearing that Audrey relaxed her eyebrows. Her father’s words were right. It’s not an emergency mission. Jeremy Night has the option to quiet.

Seeing that his daughter calmed down. He felt relieved.

Shadow Moon Organisation:

Head Neil Moon got the confirmation as well. Dante Reed sent him the message. He frowned. He dislikes the Beast Taming Families.

They have Beast Tamers under them. Yet they are seeking help from the Mercenary Organisation. Compared to the other Beast Taming Families.

The reputation of the Reed Family is good. That’s why he agreed for the mission.

"I hope nothing goes wrong with his mission," His eyes glinted with a light.

He then sent the message to Leader Gisela. When Gisela got the message. She felt relieved as well. Even she doesn’t believe the Beast Taming Families in general.

It’s one of the reasons why she didn’t send Jeremy Night to 9th Zone for the Mist Valley trip.

Wilderness:

Time passed,

Jeremy Night has entered deeper. He quickly finds a place to wear the battle armour suit. It’s the mountain rock.

He moves to the back side of the mountain rock. He takes out the black box from the storage ring. Then he begins to wear the worn out armour suit.

A few minutes later,

Surprisingly, the battle armour suit fits his body. But the problem is the weight. It’s constantly pressing him down.

He finds it hard to move forward. Fortunately, he could take small steps. But this would hinder his speed of doing the mission.

Next, he puts behind these thoughts. He has decided to train his body with this battle armour suit.

He then continues walking towards the destination.

About 20 minutes later,

He came across the first corrupted beasts. It’s a wild lizard. It happens to be the Tier-3 Corrupted Beast.

If it were earlier, he would have killed the beast with ease. But right now he is wearing this battle armour suit.

Boom!

The Wild Lizard charging towards him. Seeing that he collected his thoughts. It’s time for action not for overthinking.

He punched forward in this armour suit. In a flash, both of them came in contact with each other. The armour fist touched the sharp claws.

Boom!

An explosion occurs. The Wild Lizard was forced to retreat backward. Seeing that his confidence rose. He went forward to attack again.

The Wild Lizard’s eyes reddened. It darted out to attack again. This time it’s using the tail to attack.

Swoosh!

In a flash, both of them got closer. He is still using the tactic. He punched forward. The weight behind the battle armour suit was high.

Boom!

The armour fist struck the claw again. The wild lizard tries to resist. But the force behind the attack pushed it backwards.

Jeremy was satisfied. A simple casual punch was enough to push the Tier-3 Corrupted beast backward.

If he fights seriously with the armour suit, he could kill the corrupted beast.

The Wild Lizard bewildered. It couldn’t cause harm to the enemy. Both of its claws were deadly weapons. Yet it failed against the Human beast tamer.

Swoosh!

The Wild Lizard got angry. The bloodthirsty instincts took over the mind. In a rage, the wild lizard charges again towards the enemy.

Jeremy felt the change in the Corrupted beast. He knew the madness would provide a boost in strength. But he still chose to trust the strength in the armour suit.

Boom!

The claw touched the armour fist. He felt the force behind the claw. He immediately tried to withstand the force.

The Wild Lizard is in a maddened state. It’s using the claw to force the enemy backward.
