CHAPTER 503: STARLIGHT RUST BLADE!

Wilderness:

Jeremy Night found a large shade tree. He sat at the back of the shade tree. Even if there are corrupted beasts here he would know.

He was tired wearing the armour suit all day long. He decides to remove it. After removing the armour suit he stored it inside the storage ring.

The next second, he felt relaxed all over his body. He started running the inner healing method to escape from the fatigue.

Not long after the natural energy runs in his body. He felt refreshened again. He feels light weight. He would have killed the snake and lizard beast ten times in this state.

Buzz!

Just as he was recovering his strength. A loud buzzing noise disturbed him. Jeremy opened his eyes and used his eye ability.

The place is dark with only star’s light illuminating the place. He then stood up and held the rust blade in his right hand.

Jeremy is using his brain. It’s not wise to confront the insect type beasts at night. They usually move in a swarm.

He quickly found out the direction where the sound was coming from. The next second, he started running from the place.

Fortunately, the buzzing noises were not coming from his direction. Compared to earlier, he is moving at fast speed without a movement method.

He crosses the hard terrain and easily goes through the place like a fish in the water.

Roar!

He got closer to the core area border an hour later. But the roaring sound disturbed him. He was wondering where the beasts had gone.

But he hadn’t expected to hear one soon. In the stars’ silver light. He sees a black tiger corrupted beast with red eyes.

The bloodthirsty eyes were all familiar to him. But he was surprised by the size of the beast. The Human height tiger beast is a Tier-4 Beast.

To think it’s living near the core area. He was shocked. He was ready to confront the black tiger with his rust blade.

Roar!

But the black tiger is roaring in some other direction. He followed the directions. Then he raised his head to spot the overgrown bushes.

Roar!

Next, an even more thunderous roaring sound. Something big came out of the bushes. When Jeremy sees it his pupil shrinks.

A giant black tiger almost twice the height of the human is standing in front of this Tier-4 Black Tiger.

"Tier-5,"Jeremy uttered.

It’s bad luck to encounter this thing at night time.

Roar!

The Big Black Tiger let out a roar. The Tier-4 Black Tiger fled from the spot. Next, the Tier-5 Beast turned towards him.

He was not surprised. He is standing at close proximity. This place is closer to the border as well.

Roar!

The Tier-5 Black Tiger has similar features with blood red eyes. It charged towards him suddenly.

Jeremy grips the handle tightly. He started circulating the starlight power. The rust blade was covered in starlight liquid for the first time.

Surprisingly, the rust blade absorbs the starlight liquid well. The blade was coated in a silver white in the blink of an eye.

Swoosh!

The black tiger beast appears in front of him.

Jeremy’s eyes glinted with understanding. He is using the eye ability. His senses kicked in. The Supreme Combat Body Talent comes into play.

All of a sudden, the beast moves slowly in his eyes. His confidence rose.

Swoosh!

Next, he moved. The starlight coated rust blade is beaming with the power.

Jeremy swings the blade at the side body of the beast. The blade touched the skin. Next, it goes tearing through the flesh. Leaving behind a terrible wound.

Pfff!

Blood splattered across the ground. The defense of the Tier-5 beast was weak against the starlight coated blade.

Roar!

The beast made a sound in pain.

Cut!

Jeremy made the move again. His blade dances in the air before piercing through the flesh of the beast again.

Puchak!

He then withdrew the blade before severing the head in the next move. Next, a torrent of blood gushes forth.

Jeremy’s eyes glinted with shock. The decapitated head rolled over the ground. The Tier-5 Beast body fell to the ground.

He knew the value of the dead body. The Tier-5 Tiger Beast have value. So he collected the whole body into the storage ring. Including the decapitated head.

Next, his gaze fell on the rust blade. He knew the Tier-5 beasts were strong. It’s not easy to slay them. It used to take time earlier.

Now he easily cuts down the body during the fight. He thinks it’s thanks to the rust blade. The rust blade can sever the tail end of the Tier-4 Snake.

So it’s normal for a rust blade with starlight power to have this much power. Surprisingly, he didn’t have to use the "Blade One" move.

He thinks that opportunity to use was not faraway.

He then collected his thoughts and started moving away from the place. There is still some distance left before the actual border.

He could confirm that the underground tunnel which he had found last time was not faraway from this place.

His current goal was to collect the red pine woods. The next morning, he decided to focus on it. He now sees another giant shade tree.

He decides to wait under the giant tree till the sunrise. If he continues the mission in broad daylight, he could reduce the dangers.

Head Neil called Gisela and asked about Jeremy Night. But Jeremy Night has yet to return from the mission.

Neil Moon frowned. Then he thought about that kid’s cleverness. That kid was someone who was ready to go to the 9th Zone alone.

The current wilderness was not dangerous for that kid to survive. He then ended the call.

On the other hand, Gisela was worried. Because Jeremy Night had encountered many schemes of unknown organizations.

Last time, he helped the City Administration and the organisation by finding that cave tunnel. Till today the forces behind them were not clear.

She hopes that Jeremy Night will complete the mission without any problems.
