CHAPTER 533: PART 1: GREEN HEART STONE

The next morning,

Jeremy Night wakes up. After seeing the day light, he exited the tree hole and was ready to leave. But before that he used his eye ability to scan the place.

He doesn’t want the plant beast to be lurking here. But soon he found he was over imagining it. There is no danger here.

Then he quickly finds the direction using the day light. He then started the journey. He held the rust blade in right hand to clearly out the way.

He is making a path for himself. The path is blocked by huge leaves and plants. But he is moving slowly. He checks his surroundings from time to time.

He could clearly spot something in 100 metres. So even if the corrupted beasts appeared, he had time to think.

Time flew by,

At noon, he came out of the thick forest and entered the open land with less greenery. He looks around the place and finds that uneven rocks are covering the ground everywhere.

Some of the rocks are sharp vertically and others are flat. What more? He didn’t see any sign of the beast’s footprint here.

Then he raised his head to look over the distance. Ahead of this small land, the place appears to be woodland. There is no sign of a dense canopy covering the top.

Buzz!

Suddenly, the unknown beast egg makes a movement inside the mental zone. His expression changed.

Because this time the movement was not normal. Something is attracting the unknown beast egg. He had faced this situation before.

It usually happens when there is natural energy treasure nearby. He then calmed down his heart and started investigating the place.

As the time passes, he is looking for a special area here. All he could see was rocks, boulders and uneven stones.

Suddenly, he spotted a dense plant and flowers covering one of the human sized rocks. He thought this plan was barren.

"Why are the plants and flowers growing in this particular spot?" Jeremy thought.

Just as he went over to check. The unknown beast egg inside the mental zone shakes again.

His eyes glinted with understanding. He then began to uproot the plants and collected them into his storage ring.

A few minutes later,

He tried to shift the human sized rock using brute force. Because he doesn’t want to attract the attention of the beasts.

If higher tier beasts come here, it would become impossible to escape.

As the time passed, he only managed to shift slightly. But it was not enough. He thinks something hidden under the rock.

He took a deep breath and looked around. The open land appears to be calm and quiet. But he knows the dangers are lurking everywhere.

A firm glint appeared in his eyes.

He takes out the rust blade and covers it with the starlight power.

Then he started striking the rock. One after another the starlight power destroyed the rocks. The huge rock started to crack under the attack.

At the same time, the noise generated by the attack was huge. He knows he is taking risks. But he doesn’t have any other nice things.

He already spotted the woodland ahead. In the worst case, he would find another tree to dig a tree hole.

About 10 minutes later,

The human sized rock was totally pulverized under the starlight power. Jeremy then cleared out the rubbles.

He sees a green stone the size of a human skull. It was oval in shape. He doesn’t know what that green stone is. He was not bad in studies.

He had read about most of the important treasures that could be found in the wilderness. But he had never heard about the green stone before.

He then picks up the green stone and sees many veins running over the surface. It was tiny. Unless someone looks closely, they won’t find it.

He thinks it’s better to call it as "Green Heart Stone "

Before he could think further. The Green Heart Stone disappeared from his hand.

The next second, he found the Green Heart Stone in smaller size floating above the unknown beast egg.

The unknown beast stopped shaking. Then he sees a green color energy released from the stone. They are now being sucked by the unknown beast egg.

Seeing that Jeremy’s heart skips a beat. He knows that the unknown beast egg dislikes many natural resources. It’s not easy to be selected by the Unknown beast egg.

Then he recovered his thoughts and looked around. He started moving towards the woodland. He doesn’t want to stand in the open land for a long time as well.

He had encountered the Sky Bird earlier. He doesn’t want to encounter one. What he didn’t know was? The lingering scent of the Green Heart Stone was attached to his body.

Shortly afterwards,

The place where the Green Heart Stone was found exploded into pieces. A big sharp tree root emerges from the cracks.

The lingering scent had made the big tree root to go under transformation. The roots have become wider and thicker.

Jeremy watched that scene just now. He didn’t expect the crisis to appear suddenly. He then turned around and used the movement method.

"Explosive Steps!"

He burst forth with extreme speed. He reaches the woodland in a few minutes. The big tree root is still experiencing the transformations.

After reaching the woodland, he didn’t stop. He continued to run. He had seen the big tree root. If he hides in the tree hole, then it’s simply asking for death.

The big tree can easily destroy the trees here. While running with his injured body, his attention shifted to the Green Heart Stone.

He only saw the glimpse after the explosion occured. The Tree Root had some changes. It must be because of the Green Heart Stone.

There was nothing left there except the lingering scent. Yet the tree root underwent such changes. He doesn’t know what to say.

He doesn’t know the strength of the beast. It could be Tier-6 Beast or above. Even a single tree root is towering.

He wants to escape from this place as soon as possible.
