CHAPTER 576: STRONG HELP ARRIVES!

9th Zone, B-City

Two middle-aged people, a man and a woman, stepped forward. Their names were Lucian Reeves and Serena Winslow.

They were the City Governors from City A, both Tier-8 Beast Tamers.

"You two stay behind to call for additional help," Lucian said to the Tier-7 Beast Tamers.

"The rest of you, follow us," he ordered.

Then, he glanced toward Serena Winslow. She nodded to him.

Swoosh!

They left the area and started heading toward the exit. When the group walked into the airport, they found that the atmosphere was chaotic.

There was shouting and screaming. Most of the people were ready to barge into the ticket counters.

Serena said, "The situation is getting worse. I think someone from the Human Alliance is needed."

"We have to hold on until they arrive," Lucian agreed with her.

The Beast Tamers behind them were listening, including a veteran Tier-8 Beast Tamer. His name was Paul.

Swoosh!

It didn’t take long for them to leave and reach the city wall. Without anyone’s order, the team summoned their Lifeline Beasts and started fighting the corrupted beasts.

Boom!

A giant black flying snake appeared in the sky. Governor Serena stood on its back and started commanding the beast.

Swoosh!

The beast moved toward the Tier-6 Blood Steel Mosquito in a flash. The snake’s tail attacked, blasting the Blood Steel Mosquito away.

Boom!

The force was so powerful that the Tier-6 Blood Steel Mosquito burst into pieces like a watermelon.

After doing that, the flying snake bolted toward the other beasts causing havoc in the streets.

Boom!

Governor Lucian was not silent. He made a flashy appearance as well. A giant winged lion, over six meters tall, appeared in the sky.

He stood on its back and started giving instructions.

Boom! Boom!

The Giant Winged Lion began shooting golden flames toward the vine beasts. The vine beasts were entangling the city wall, trying to break it.

But they were all struck by the golden flames.

The sudden appearance of two giant beasts in the sky stunned everyone, including the Beast Tamers and the people on the ground.

Governor Black, Chloe, and Carl recognized them. They immediately went to greet them and the Beast Tamers behind them.

"Thanks for coming, both of you," Black said to them.

"Governor Black, the situation doesn’t look optimistic. Three of the cunning beasts have come out," Lucian said to him.

Black sighed and said, "Yes, but the Tier-8 beasts have not made an appearance so far."

"It’s good that they are not here yet," Serena said.

"Okay, we can continue the talk later. Let’s eliminate all the beasts attacking the city walls first," Lucian said.

Roar!

His winged lion roared before pouncing toward the vine beasts. Seeing that, the others started fighting as well.

Governor Black had been using his shield to strike down the corrupted beasts. His Lifeline Beast was recovering, so he was not suitable for air battle.

Meanwhile, Governor Carl and his Lifeline Beast, a crocodile, used wind element abilities to knock down the new beasts emerging from the forests.

Governor Chloe was going after the Blood Steel Mosquitoes that had escaped the nets.

Admin Building

Jeremy Night was busy dealing with the beasts. He was taking time to find his targets to catch the Blood Steel Mosquitoes off guard.

The Blood Steel Mosquitoes had fast speed. They could dodge fast-moving bullets. But if you caught them off guard, you could kill them easily.

At this time, Jeremy Night spotted the appearance of help from other places. He didn’t know who these people were. But seeing the flying-type beasts, he was relieved.

He thought the Beast Tamers behind them were equal to Tier-8 Beast Tamers, so he believed they would stop the beasts from attacking the city.

Then, his gaze shifted to the watchtower. He saw Commander Bolton still releasing arrows to target the beasts. He was surprised; he had never seen a person with bow and arrow talent before.

He thought it was extremely powerful. However, he hadn’t seen Bolton’s Lifeline Beast so far, which made him curious.

Boom!

Suddenly, a Tier-5 Blood Steel Mosquito slipped past Bolton and came toward the admin building. Unlike the Tier-6 beast, he could try a direct attack against a Tier-5 beast.

Seeing that, Jeremy’s eyes flickered. He covered the rifle bullets in starlight power. Then, he took aim at the beast.

Bang! Bang!

After locking onto the target, he fired continuous shots.

Swoosh!

The big starlight bullets whistled through the air before reaching the target.

The Tier-5 Blood Steel Mosquito was startled. It was about to move its body, but a series of powerful bullets hit its compound eyes.

The bullets pierced the eye sockets before striking the brain.

The brain was crushed. The vitality in the body was gone. The huge body of the Tier-5 Blood Steel Mosquito fell to the ground.

At that moment, Bolton saw Jeremy Night. He nodded to the kid. He had been watching the kid for some time.

Seeing that the kid was able to use different types of firearms with a powerful coating impressed him.

He had already noticed that the white coating was some kind of ability. He decided to talk with the kid later. He was interested in the kid’s background.

Commander Bolton wasn’t the only one who had noticed Jeremy Night. Due to the fighting from the admin building, he had attracted a lot of attention.

Even the three City Governors and the Heads of the Beast Taming Families noticed Jeremy Night as well. They couldn’t talk because of the ongoing situation.

This included the Rossi Family Head, Alessandro, and Elder Matteo. Both of them were regretting their earlier attitude toward Jeremy Night.

If they had known about Jeremy Night’s talent, they would have met with him earlier. Now, they have created an unwanted gap.

Everyone was surprised by the emergence of the talented Beast Tamer. Among them, the Elders from the Central University and the Beast Taming Association were the most curious.

They had decided to talk with the young man later. If he had no background, then they would try everything to recruit him.
