In the video, Lin Chen tailing a female college student, then suddenly holding her from behind, and later dragging her into an alley.

The footage was simply unbearable and even atrocious.

Below the video screen was a barrage of insults.

Then, two police officers lunged forward and put handcuffs on Lin Chen.

The two officers behind pushed Lin Chen to walk outside.
