CHAPTER 402: 400. TERROR OF BELLADONNA

She becomes skittish as her blood runs cold looking around nervously as if trying to search for something or someone who is not here.

Hair on her skin stood up giving her goosebumps, as she, like a scared puppy, backed herself to the wall looking fearfully at Alex.

As he dared to say the name of one who shall not be named, So of course she was terrified.

Still hoping that he was not talking about "that" woman, she asked him to repeat it fearfully, praying to all the legendary beast goddess to hear her plea and make it someone else.

"*Sigh* You heard me already and unfortunately yes, It is the one you think she is.’

Alex sighed seeing her personality turn 180° the moment he took the Bellondona’s name and was scared a little.

This Liora is no normal S-rank but one of the most gifted ones. All she had to do to gain power is to just eat and sleep to gain world-deying powers.

He felt it last night. If not for him upgrading his physique to SSE+ Supreme Beastlord physique, He would have been crushed to death.

And yet, Liora other than being glad to find a strong opponent like Belladonna to fight, She is sacred.

Alex did not expect this to happen, He thought at max, Liora would hesitate and walk away from him not wanting to have bad blood between cousins but this?

Liora was trembling like a wet cat, as she was anxiously running around the room fearfully.

’Am I cooked?’

Alex couldn’t help but think about seeing the state of Liora.

If power S-rank like her, who can go toe-to-toe with 8-10 S-rank at once and come out unscathed is terrified of Belladonna then what about him?

His previous plan was to overpower her to conquer, After all he has 5 S-rank like Xiao Bai, Amara, Liora, Helen, Gloria too when she recovers.

Plus now his enhanced state of being Half-step SS-rank, he was sure they could just bitchpile her to victory with extremely high odds being in his favor.

But now seeing Liora’s state, he was kinda terrified too, as fear is contiguous.

Logic says, If Liora the muscle brain of woman only looking for strong opponent not wants to do with Belladonna means he is indeed fucked up too much.

He even doubts whether his family is really able to stop her from coming here or she just choosing not to, becoming excited seeing him struggle like cat to mouse.

"...no no no no, YES!! You are lying, yes you are lying, Why are you lying? Be....*Aheh* She already has a fiance which she is obsessed with from the Winchester family, So you can stop lying."

Liora kept muttering no-no when suddenly she stood up quickly with a look that said she figured it out.

She pointed at Alex as she accusing him of lying or rather she wanted to believe him lying.

It’s more of her convincing herself than to accuse him.

She found a leeway, She wanted to speak but in excitement she nearly spoke that woman’s name but thankfully she did not as she pointed out the flaw in his statement.

Belladonna is madly obsessed with a boy from the Winchester family and even made him her fiance, so there is no way Belladonna is his mate.

After all, Her madness to a boy from Winchester is quite well known. She does not look at another man as in her eyes only him is worthy to be looked at by her.

"I am not lying, I know she has a fiance and unfortunately that fiance is me. My full name is Alex Winchester, the heir of the Winchester family."

Alex felt pitiful for Liora, She definitely knew something about Belladonna that made her so terrified.

And now him remembering the actions of that woman, it would definitely not be something normal.

After all, that woman makes taxidermy of people just for fun making it public knowledge. who knows what she actually does behind the closed door.

Alas, if not for her being crazy, He really wanted to hang onto her thigh as with her as backer, most of his problem would have been solved without much trouble.

"No, Your name is Alex, You can’t be her fiance."

Liora still does not accept it, She outright denied him being that woman’s fiance.

Because if he is that woman’s fiance wouldn’t that mean she put the green hat on her?

Liora did not want this nightmare to he true, anything but crossing that woman wrong way as she knew the consequences of it, one would rather beg for death than to go through her retaliation.

She is well aware of what would happen to her when that woman knew about it, Not even her mother can able to stop her gruesome fate then.

"You lost your mind, Clean yourself and wear something then come to eat breakfast, If you have any questions, go ask Amara."

Alex just dropped a few words as he walked away as he did not want to also lose his mind thinking about Belladonna.

If worse comes to worse, he could use "Legendary "Possessive Heart" on her, Though it would make her even worse yandere but at least she would not hang himself around her house as beautiful decoration.

".....He is lying."

Liora still just muttered to herself as she used her spiritual power to clean off all the filth from her body.

After which she snapped letting her long hair warp around her body before they seamlessly turned into a beautiful one piece shadow black colour dress, While her buttocks length hair appeared behind her swaying majestically.

She was once again completely changed her personality from skits to the mighty one a dragon like her should have.

As for what Alex said? It was all lie to save his mate duh, so she should take anything he say seriously at all, she telling herself that while nodding.

While completely ignoring how can a man like him able to get the info about Belladonna as that name is not that common and terror is only know by few unfortunate people crossing paths with her.

Because she was in deniel, Her brain protecting herself from blocking that information and so she being ignorent walked towards to dining tabel too.
