CHAPTER 442: CHAPTER 442: SHOULD BELIEVE IN HIM

Seeing Louis’ earnest expression, Sang Ning believed him. Maybe he wasn’t bragging, just blindly confident.

"Alright, alright, whatever Xiao Lu says goes," Sang Ning responded somewhat perfunctorily.

The two walked to the entrance of the wooden cabin, and Louis immediately stepped aside, motioning for Sang Ning to go in first.

As Sang Ning placed her foot on the stairs, several exclamations rose from below.

There were restrained and composed reactions like, "Oh my God!" and more unfiltered ones like, "Holy shit!"

Regardless of the tone, all of them piqued Sang Ning’s curiosity. Could the inside of the hotel be too shabby, prompting these reactions?

Sang Ning quickened her pace and hurried down the stairs, Louis following closely behind.

Stepping through the small wooden door, a completely different world unfolded inside. The steps under Sang Ning’s feet were made of marble, while the surrounding walls and ceiling were metallic.

The staircase spiraled downward, and as Sang Ning descended step by step, the interior lighting gradually dimmed, and the surrounding gradient-colored walls deepened in color, transitioning from white to various shades of light blue, and finally to deep ocean blue.

As the ocean blue became more pronounced, Sang Ning felt a soothing and soft light gently fill the space, as if waves of water were rippling through the air.

At the bottom of the spiral staircase, a serene, gentle, and luminous ambiance greeted her, washing over her senses with unparalleled calmness.

"Wow—"

Sang Ning was not one to easily express exaggerated surprise or make over-the-top reactions.

But at this moment, her eyes widened in awe, and one elongated "wow" escaped her lips, sustaining several tones before finally stopping, her mouth still agape from the breathtaking scene.

She found herself inside a massive transparent underwater tunnel. A giant arched glass structure stretched forward for about five or six meters. Outside the glass, sea water shimmered with faint blue and green hues. Schools of fish glided past the glass, and the light diffused through the water seemed alive, gently swaying along with the waves.

In this place, time seemed to slow down. Sang Ning felt as if every movement—whether turning her head or raising her gaze—became deliberate and careful, lest she disturb the enchanting view.

Underfoot was a transparent glass walkway. Sang Ning stepped cautiously as though afraid to damage the vibrant coral reef below.

The other people were just as stunned as Sang Ning, most pressing their hands against the glass as if trying to communicate with the marine life beyond the barrier.

Perhaps it was the romantic ambiance that led Li Haidong and Wei Lan to naturally hold hands.

Li Haidong looked at Wei Lan with deep affection. "Lanlan, don’t we visit underwater tunnels often? Why does this one feel so unique and beautiful today?"

Wei Lan raised her head, captivated by the scene above. "I don’t know. Maybe it’s been too long since the last visit. Seeing it again feels just as stunning as ever."

Sang Ning also admired the scenery for a while, catching a glimpse of Louis standing upright to the side. He was smiling subtly as he observed everyone.

Recalling his earlier statement, she asked, "Xiao Lu, the view here is indeed beautiful, but where’s the ’world’s most luxurious hotel’ you mentioned?"

Louis threaded through the group and led the way. "It’s just past the glass walkway. Follow me, everyone."

Taking Louis at his word, everyone followed him forward.

Sure enough, beyond the glass walkway lay another surprise.

This time, before them was a closed circular wall, though the material was no longer transparent glass but metallic, exuding a serene glow. Seven rectangular sections were spaced evenly around the curved wall.

Louis approached one of the rectangular sections, placed his hand on it, and the section smoothly rotated inward, like an ordinary door.

Sang Ning leaned in, and the other guests crowded around to look as well. Inside was a huge underwater suite!

From the doorway, one could glimpse the layout of the entire room. The entrance led to the bathroom area, followed by a space with a sofa and TV, a desk, and further inside—though unseen—was presumably where the bed was placed.

The most striking feature was that apart from the entrance, the rest of the suite consisted entirely of transparent glass, offering a panoramic view of the underwater world. Lying on the bed, one could wake up to fish swimming overhead.

Sang Ning was once again thoroughly amazed. This was truly the ultimate harmony between man and nature.

Louis was pleased with everyone’s reactions and addressed the group, "This is the world’s most luxurious hotel. There are only seven suites in total. You’re incredibly lucky to each have one, and this is the first time our hotel has officially opened to the public. If you have any issues during your stay, please let me know."

Sang Ning couldn’t find a single flaw to critique. If anything, she quipped: "The hotel’s lack of privacy is a problem. What if I need to use the toilet? The fish watching me poop will ruin the experience."

Louis: "..."

The other guests: "..."

[Sang Ning, is there anyone in this world you care about at all?]

[Someone, please escort Sang Ning out of here. Why ruin the mood in such a beautiful place by saying something so off-putting?]

[But really, this underwater hotel is stunning. I’d love to visit someday.]

After opening the first door, Louis opened the remaining six doors. With a respectful tone, he said to the group, "All seven suites are identical in size and layout. Please pick a room to enjoy."

"No need, we’ll take one room together," Li Haidong said, pulling Wei Lan toward the nearest suite.

Wei Lan forcefully freed herself from his grasp, responding disdainfully, "Stop it! I’ve already told you, if there’s an opportunity for single rooms, I’m absolutely not sharing one with you."

Ultimately, Li Haidong gave up and grudgingly accepted reality.

Everyone selected their rooms and eagerly stepped inside, ready to experience them.

"Since the sun is scorching now and outdoor activities aren’t suitable, please take a nap to regain energy before enjoying yourselves further," Louis thoughtfully advised.

Sang Ning entered her suite but didn’t immediately collapse onto the bed. Instead, she wandered around and discovered a spiral staircase behind the semi-enclosed glass wall by her bed.

Curious, Sang Ning climbed the stairs layer by layer, and as she neared the top, dazzling light streamed in. Upon reaching the final step, she was surprised to find herself inside a small wooden cabin at sea level.

Calling it a wooden cabin might be a stretch; it resembled more of a viewing deck, complete with reclining chairs perfect for lounging and admiring the ocean views.

The cabin lacked a door, and as Sang Ning walked out onto the pathway, she spotted Li Haidong and Wei Lan in the neighboring cabin.

Soon after, she heard voices from others as well. Louis, who had managed to come up unnoticed, stood on the shared platform at the forefront of all the cabins, slightly nodding in greeting to everyone. "Dear guests, as the underwater suites are connected to the ocean-viewing cabins above, if you wish to ensure absolute privacy, you may close off the passage at the staircase entrance."
