Excited and happy about, Yin followed Ning Fengzhi, feeling like a celebrity while telling Uncle Jian about what had all happened. Her days on Poseidon had not been particularily spectacular or anything, but she told him of her visits to the other cities.

Often just as magnificent as Sea Horse City, of the mermaid city that was close to the thundering cliffs right build into the stone where she had been allowed only once.

The supreme pontiff Bo Saixi, a cozy, cute coffee shop led by a couple that produced the best orange caramel Milk Tea, had him blinking, asking whatever that was, until she explained that it was Black Tea with milk and sugar, ombined with a sprinkle of cinnamon ontop.

The different nice jewelry stores, and the significant expansion of her hairpin collection. Which now also held a few rare premium pieces. How Yu Hua had started his botique in full after passing his test, his battle against the Riff shark.

Wanting to specialize in easy-to-use spirit master clothing that can accommodate things such as Wings, Claws, Horns, and all one could think of more easily. The latter rising attention from Ning Fengzhi and Gu Rong when Yin explained that most of his pieces were tailored to be long-lasting, endurable, and focused on comfort and breathability, even for high-strain use all while looking pretty.

Since being comfortable and being pretty was not somthing that needed to be compromised on, but could work together in his eyes.

She even showed them a few of her shirts and pants that had been adapted for her to be put on with one hand and had free backs with a variety of patterns to accommodate her wings without compromising safety, as they were easy to close up, even for her. Hence, the backlessness was only if she wanted it to be.

Of Gale and Damian, the nuns and their prosthetic business. The latter, where Ning Fengzhi interestd in it even asked for their address and how to contact them with a calculated look in his eyes.

Missing limbs were uncommon but not rare. Many spirit masters risked their lives regularly, even when with a clan. Even the possibility of one day replacing or finding a solution when a limb was lost was already a vast improvement and change. It also meant that such happenings would not force by definition the end of a career.

He was, in fact, so interested that Tang Yin was sure he would appear on the boy's doorstep himself. They would surely find themselves in advantage when a huge investor and potential buyer, such as the head of Seven Treasured Glass Pagoda, appeared on their doorstep.

"I do have dibs on an arm, though." She pointed out.

"Dibs?"

"The one who calls dibs gets to go first. Meaning I am getting my arm done before other stuff." She informed him, and he started laughing.

"Alright, Dibs. That I can understand. No worries. I am certain your arm will be handled first. That being said, we have arrived." He said, and Tang Yin, who at this point had seen many an imposing building, felt her jaw slack.

Damn, this was amazing and rather fascinating. "Well, it seems Spirit Hall has the Top Architects." Where Poseidon was mostly elegance and sleekness in a way that made you feel the age and the power by walking the halls, this was more. I am going all out to show you just who you are dealing with.

One was subdued elegance, and this was showmanship, and she guessed a lot of intimidation wrapped in one, like the churches around the world, which were built to impress and make people think that the priests were bigger than life when the light hit them from behind, as the morning sun rose.

A reason why most essential and show windows in churches were always facing east, at least in most medieval churches, was that this was the traditional orientation. For a brief moment, she wanted to let out a small, frustrated cry, remembering something like that, but not her past life's cousins. Which posed the question.

"Say, are all the important windows here like facing east?" She asked Ning Fengzhi, who looked at her, wanting to ask what kind of importance that would be.

"I frankly never considered that thought." He then admitted, "I do not know."

"Oh, I mean, because when the light comes from the back, and especially during sunrise in the morning, it makes the people in front of them seem more imposing, and you know, holy, and since Spirit Hall is like a super important place, I thought it may be the case here too." All the people present seemed to need a moment for that information.

"You are right." Uncle Jian then nodded. "Never thought about it, but considering your question, it may be interesting to ask. Where do you know that from?"

She shrugged. "I picked it up somewhere," and silently added in her head.

I am very nervous because I haven't seen my brother in ages. I need to explain the missing arm to him, and my brain is likely trying to distract me with a random fact.

Uncle Jian stopped a priest-like person. A question of curiosity, I wonder if you might know." He asked, and the man looked at him in surprise.

"Yes, master Sword." He then said respectfully, spotting Ning Fengzhi, Tang Yin, Gu Rong, and the rest of the small entourage.

"I wonder, are all your bigger or more important windows with the most lavish decorations facing eastward?" He asked, and the priest blinked as if he had just been asked a trick question when slowly answering.

"I-I think so." He then said. "The sun is an important symbol to Spirit Hall. But to be certain, I'd need to inquire with a few people."

"Ah. Curious." Uncle Jian said. "Thank you, no need to inquire closely, I was just momentarily intrigued."

They watched as the priest scurried away.

"The participants are staying over there." Gu Rong said when the door opened as if bespelled by his words. Tang Yin turned and looked into the male version of her own face.

"Yin."

"Hi Bro."
