When Shen Siyuan got home, it was almost six in the evening, and Mao Sanmei had already prepared dinner and was waiting for them.

However, Shen Shiyun didn’t stay for dinner. Taozi took her to the hotel since she came to Bin Hai with a friend, leaving the friend alone at the hotel didn’t seem nice.

Taozi returned home and saw that everyone was waiting for her.

Taozi sat down at the dining table. Although she said that, she was still quite happy inside.

Hearing this, Taozi instantly stopped grinning and widened her eyes, staring at her "fiercely."

"Just eat; staring won’t fill you up." Shen Siyuan placed a piece of food on her plate with his chopsticks.

The next morning, Taozi went out early, taking advantage of the cool weather to visit more places. Ruan Hongzhuang, however, planned to leave in the evening.

"Want to come with me to the company?" she asked, full of anticipation, as it was clear she wanted Shen Siyuan to join her.

But Shen Siyuan shook his head and said, "Duoduo’s parents have something to discuss with me today, and I also need to meet with Captain Song and the others."

"Alright then." Ruan Hongzhuang said with a hint of disappointment.

However, she didn’t say more and directly turned and swiftly left.

After they all left, Tang Tang ran over, pulling at Shen Siyuan’s hand and dragging him towards the balcony.

"What’s up?"

Shen Siyuan was a bit puzzled but still followed her to the balcony.

She pointed sadly at her beloved scooter and said, "It’s broken."
