"If we categorize Unique Skills, Learner would rank alongside Predator as a high-tier Unique Skill."

"Meanwhile, Leader and Capturer, with their growth potential, would be mid-tier Unique Skills."

Despite their flaws, Leader and Capturer were far superior to the skills of some summoned reincarnators in the original story.

Damien recalled three otherworlders from the source material.

Shogo's Berserker, Kirara's Bewitching Orator, and Kyoya's Slasher.

In Damien's view, their Unique Skills were inferior to Leader and Capturer.

These skills were more ability-focused, granting decent combat power upon acquisition.

However, Berserker, Bewitching Orator, and Slasher had clear weaknesses: limited growth potential.

Damien believed Unique Skills truly shone after breaking through to Special A-rank.

Take his Leader and Capturer.

Even as a Demon Lord, he could keep strengthening himself with these skills.

"By this classification, Ogerpon's Destroyer would be a low-tier Unique Skill."

Damien pondered, then opened his current status panel.

[Damien]

[Race: Dragonoid (Pseudo)]

[Rank: A-rank Upper Majin (18,060 EP)]

[Class: Mage]

[Common Skills: Domestic Magic, Healing Magic, Elemental Magic, Pokémon Magic, etc.]

[Intrinsic Skills: Adaptability, All-Class Mastery]

[Extra Skills: Dragon's Eye, Explosion Magic]

[Unique Skills: Planeswalker [Exceptional], Leader, Capturer, Learner]

[Special Skills: Magicule Solidification, Stardust Manipulation]

[Familiars: Ogerpon (1/12)]

[Marked Worlds: Pokémonverse, Konosubaverse]

Skills were ranked by strength and rarity: Common Skills, Extra Skills, Unique Skills.

Special Skills were outliers, unmeasurable by strength alone and uncopyable.

Extra Skills, also called Additional or EX Skills, were another tier.

Intrinsic Skills were typically passive or tied to racial traits.

"Over 18,000 magicules, and my familiar slots jumped from 6 to 12."

"C-rank gave 3 slots, B-rank 6, and now A-rank gives 12."

Damien's original plan was to seek familiars in other worlds, like Ogerpon.

"The slot increase is faster than I expected."

He thought, "Maybe I don't need to focus solely on other worlds."

"The Cardinal World has plenty of potential candidates too."

Take the Ogre Tribe's Shuna, Shion, Benimaru, and Souei, who in the original story had the potential to awaken Ultimate Skills.

Souei's future magicule count exceeded 1.2 million, while Shion and Benimaru, with specialized weapons, surpassed 5 million each.

Excluding Shuna, the trio's combined magicules reached 11.2 million.

With a 50% feedback rate, taking them as familiars could yield over 6 million magicules.

Allocating four slots to them wouldn't just break even... it'd be a massive gain.

"Half my familiar slots should go to nurturing hub-world talents."

Damien didn't forget the other 250+ ogres. "Even if they can't become familiars, Leader can draw power from followers."

Familiars gave 50%, named followers 15%.

Regular followers, based on loyalty, provided 1-3% magicules.

Excluding B--rank children, the remaining 200+ ogres averaged 6,500 magicules.

At a minimum 1% feedback, that's 65 × 200, nearly 13,000 magicules.

With high loyalty, it could hit 40,000.

"But meeting the conditions for recruitment isn't that simple."

Leader's ability to harness collective power was powerful but not without limits.

A mere "I pledge loyalty" wouldn't make someone a follower.

A genuine, heartfelt submission was required to form a magicule bond.

The Ogre Tribe revered strength, but reverence wasn't allegiance.

"Is there a way to quickly earn monsters' loyalty?"

"Wait!"

Damien had an idea. "Naming!"

Yes, naming!

It was the simplest, most direct way to secure the Ogre Tribe's loyalty.

With 18,000 magicules, Damien couldn't touch the 10,000 threshold, leaving 8,000 for naming.

The strongest ogres, Hakurou and the ogre leader, had 9,000 and 8,500 magicules, respectively.

Naming them would cost 2,500 magicules.

"At 10,000 magicules, Hakurou and the ogre leader could evolve into Oni."

"With named followers providing 15% magicules, I'd gain at least 3,000 back."

"So, this deal doesn't lose... it nets me 500."

Naming ogres with over 8,500 magicules was essentially cost-free.

"Damien, your aura... it's so much stronger!"

"Yeah."

Damien smiled. "Thanks to you, Ogerpon, I evolved successfully."

"I'm now an upper Majin, just like you."

Ogerpon was thrilled at Damien's evolution, happier than when she grew stronger herself.

"Ogerpon, can you fetch the red-haired guy, uh…"

Damien almost said 'Benimaru' but remembered they hadn't been named yet.

With no choice, he described Shuna, Shion, Benimaru, and Souei's appearances for Ogerpon to fetch them.

"Ogerpon's on it!"

The little girl took the order and bounced out eagerly.

"Slow down, don't trip!"

"I won't! Ogerpon's not clumsy!"

Ogerpon turned back, sticking out her tongue. "Only dummies trip on flat ground!"

With that, she sped up instead of slowing down.

"This girl…"

Watching Ogerpon's playful antics, Damien couldn't help but smile.

His little sister figure was always so lively, her cheer infectious.

No matter the moment, being with Ogerpon always lifted his spirits.

Hi guys, I hope you're all doing well! I want to share that I'm currently working on a new project related to Lord of Mysteries.

If you're interested, feel free to visit my profile and start reading. Below is a brief summary:

[Lord of Mysteries: Incarnation of Chaos]

Have you ever wondered what would happen if someone from a Lovecraftian world got isekai'd into another world built on Lovecraftian themes? Well, it's absolute chaos.

Meet Alaric, a human(questionably) survivor of the madness and chaos caused by a certain crawling chaos, who, thanks to the kindness of a certain bubble daddy, got isekai'd into the "fake it till you make it" world.

What will he do in this strange new world? Climb the ladder of power to become that impossible god unless you're just a pawn of a certain russian priest or a certain goth mommy?

Or become a cheshire cat, leaping onto the 4D chessboard to disrupt the schemes and mind games of these bizarre folks?

For Alaric, it's not a tough choice. But before he picks either path, he must, of course, uphold the time-honored tradition of isekai'd victims(questionably) that forms the foundation of this world.

What's that tradition?

Keeping a diary.

[Alaric's Transmigration Diary]

[Day 1: I encountered Amon. Used a special technique to summon a projection of the Ancient Sun God, who personally delivered a heavy slap to Amon. Hope Amon appreciates this weighty paternal affection.]

[Day 2: I received an invitation from the Aurora Order. Told them I want it all... looks, brains, and combat prowess... and invited them to join my newly founded Joker Club.]

[Day 3: I met Leonard and acknowledged Gramps Pallez. Declined Leonard's enthusiastic suggestion for the old man to move in with me, as I'd rather not have a old man critiquing my every move, even in private moments.]

[Day 4: I told Klein I plan to pray to a deity named The Fool. Watched his eyes widen in shock and kindly offered him some eye drops.]

[Day 5: I listened to Medici perform a two-hour comedy routine. Suggested he go professional and invited him to share a meal.]

.

.

[Day 666: I fully absorbed a certain crawling chaos fragment within me. From now on, I am the Fifth Pillar.]
