Seated at an elevated seat with his holy knights was Reinhardt, his eyes having activated the [Eyes of Divine Clarity], glowed a brilliant gold. Immediately, all deceptions and illusions became clear to him.

"[Radiant Renewal]" he slowly chanted. At that instant, all the members of the order of the Temple of Light glowed in a faint white light.

That said, thanks to the adequate lighting in the hall, no one noticed anything. And so, on his signal, everyone started eating the food prepared for them.

Seeing them eat the dishes prepared, Laughsalot grinned. However, he quickly suppressed it down and tried to initiate a conversation with Zerina, who even at this moment, was rejecting all of his advances.

He silently thought to himself. As it appeared, the food that was prepared for Reinhardt and his knights was heavily drugged.

All the male knights, squires, and recruits were all given a powerful sleep inducing drug mixed with their food and drink, while the female members were given aphrodisiac.

The reason why Laughsalot’s knights were grinning so much was because they knew they were going to have a memorable night tonight.

As it turns out, all the knights here were all males. Having been in this godforsaken place for so long, they were quite pent up and no outlet to release. Seeing the female knights of the order of the temple of light, they were all short of turning into a horny beast.

’Hehe, had I known there would be so many beauties in the Divine Paladin’s order, I would have drugged them during the afternoon and enjoyed that hot woman and all those girls in my chamber’ Laugshalot made a slightly regretful face.

Near his cabin, Laughsalot waited outside for a presence the entire night. However, no matter how long he waited for her, she did not show her face.

"What’s going on? The drug should have taken effect by now. However, there is not even a trace of her silhouette," He muttered to himself.

Needless to say, the presence he was searching for was Zerina. Ever since he laid his eyes on her, he couldn’t get her out of his mind. That body, that face, and that figure... she possessed such seductiveness that none of the high class whores he had slept with till this day could come anywhere close to her.

To make it so that she couldn’t deny him today, he drugged her drink and food with an extra dose. However, why? Why is that she wasn’t coming to him?

"Could it be that the aphrodisiac didn’t take effect? No, that can’t be. Even if she is a high level knight, even she shouldn’t be able to resist that amount."

Similar to his knights, Laughsalot was a high level 7 knight. However, just like most knights of this world, he was not a true knight.
