The Alpha King And His Omega
Chapter 66 - 066
CHAPTER 66: 066
As the car pulled out of the hospital’s driveway, Boston’s eyes briefly looked at the car parked hidden by other cars from the rearview mirror. He hadn’t noticed it before and just did now.
His grip tightened on the wheel but didn’t show any other reaction.
His job was to blend in as well as possible if that’s going to mean ignoring some things.
He glanced at the Omegas in the back seat and his eyes flickered a little from the two of them.
He has suspicions but he won’t meddle with their business. If they won’t tell him and the Alpha doesn’t ask, it’s their business.
In the back seat, Tristan’s mind was all the way up to the roof.
The thought of going back to Alpha Mitch made him guilty and ashamed, how could he return after he had fought with him to leave?.
He would get angry and wouldn’t trust him anymore. And things might get worse between not.
"I can’t do it, I can’t go back" He said in his mind and shook his head.
The doctor’s instructions echoed in his mind, shaking his resolution.
Not to mention that with his scent and general body changes, it would take the Alpha little effort to find out he is pregnant.
"What if he thinks it’s Trevor’s?" He sat up suddenly as the thought rang in his mind.
"What is it?" Nita asked, alarmed by his sudden movement after being quiet for a while.
Tristan looked at her with a bewildered expression and wanted to talk but remembered that they are not alone.
"Later". He muttered and rested back in the seat.
They got to the house and Boston noticed the subconscious way the Omegas prevented him from helping him up to the apartment.
He didn’t mind helping, that’s why he was there anyways but with their silent avoidance he knew something was wrong.
He stopped half way through the stairs when his phone rang, no one except the Alpha King called him. So he quietly went back out to answer the call.
"He is gone, can you tell me now?" Nita asked as they made it to the door with Tristan leaning heavily on her.
Tristan didn’t say anything because he was feeling extremely dizzy and wanted to sit first, but he did not want her to get worried by telling her he was dizzy.
"What if he thinks it’s Trevor’s?" Tristan asked Nita after he sat down and he was no longer dizzy.
Nita cocked her head to the side in confusion, she slowly pointed at his stomach and he nodded.
Nita gasped with her eyes widened, her mouth remained open as she began to understand how critical the situation was.
"Then what will you do?
I thought you do not want to go to him?" She asked and Tristan looked down at his hands.
"If I had a choice I won’t, but I don’t think I have much choice. I would just have to think first before making any decision".
He replied with a smile but Nita noticed the sadness and helplessness behind the smile.

At the mansion, Alpha Mitch stood in the middle of the room Tristan had used while he was there.
His scent still hung slightly on the hair.
He had finally decided to make peace with him on his decision, seeing with him another Alpha had forced him to make that decision.
Although he sent a personal bodyguard and a credit card, it was just to monitor his progress.
If Boston ever had a clash with the young Alpha, that would be the end of it.
He would order him to stop and let the Omega do what he wants but he hasn’t made any reports on that.
What got him restless now is what the message Boston sent yesterday.
How did he suddenly fall sick?
His thoughts were interrupted as Adriana suddenly walked in behind him and hugged him from behind.
"Father said he wanted us to have dinner with him this evening". She crooned.
Alpha Mitch let her hold him for a few more seconds before he unlinked her arms from his torso.
"We can’t make it to his place for dinner, there are just a few hours left". Alpha Mitch replied, checking his time.
"He is on his way here". Adriana beamed at him and that made Alpha Mitch a little thrown off but he smiled back at her.
"That’s nice, I need to make some calls. Excuse me". He walked past her out of the room.
Once alone, Adriana’s fist tightened and she rushed to pick up the bed side lamp and stone at the wall in front of her.
Her chest heaved as she struggled to calm the jealousy that gnawed at her.
She only wanted one thing, and that’s to be officially mated to Alpha Mitch in every way.
She had tried all her best to be on her best acts, she would smile and act bashful.
Assist him in making decisions for the pack but he would still slip away some times to come into the Omega’s room.
She thought it was worse at the pack house that she had persuaded him to return to the mansion but that didn’t stop him.
Although unknown to her, he hadn’t given into her decision at all, he had merely returned because he was closer to the Omega that way.
"Very soon Mitch, all these games would stop very soon". She said to her as her hands trembled with suppressed anger.
"Your Dad has arrived". A voice suddenly announced from behind her.
She whipped around to see the maid that served Tristan.
"Once it’s finalized, you would be the first to leave here". She threatened and stormed off with her heels clicking the floor.
The maid scoffed as her words had little effect on her.
Ever since the Omega left, just like the Alpha she hadn’t been the same.
And she would never stay around to see the cunning woman get married to the Alpha King.
