The Billionaire CEO Wants to Marry Me Every Day
Chapter 33: If People Don’t Offend Me
CHAPTER 33: CHAPTER 33: IF PEOPLE DON’T OFFEND ME
Coralie Hughes walked towards the pit bull, and the dog actually listened to Coralie, calming down from its previous agitation upon her soothing.
The servant was taken away for treatment, and Coralie Hughes led the obedient dog towards the main gate.
From a distance, she saw Summer Monroe standing outside the iron gate. The girl had a tall and slender figure, and even though her face was not visible from afar, one could sense her unique aura.
But Coralie Hughes still didn’t take it seriously.
She had heard Clarissa Stanton describe Summer Monroe’s appearance, but she considered herself the most beautiful in Crestfall, so she never paid any attention to Summer.
Before long, Coralie Hughes finally reached the gate and could clearly see Summer Monroe’s appearance.
Summer had features as delicate as a painting. Even in the most ordinary attire, she shone brightly, resembling the most beautiful butterfly that even the wind paused for.
Terms like "a beauty of national renown" and "peerlessly elegant" seemed inadequate for her.
In an instant, Coralie couldn’t believe her eyes, stunned to the point of almost forgetting to breathe.
How could it be...
That country bumpkin... How could she be so beautiful?
And yet, it wasn’t just beauty. Why did her aura surpass that of Crestfall’s acknowledged beauty?
Were her eyes failing her?
Jealousy spread through every inch of Coralie’s body like a rampant vine.
She no longer planned a "small lesson" for Summer Monroe; she intended to teach her a harsh lesson!
The best would be to ruin her before her beauty gains fame across the entire circle!
Summer only saw Clarissa Stanton following behind a blonde girl who looked arrogantly confident, holding a large dog.
Summer frowned and asked, "Clarissa Stanton, what are you up to again? Hurry and open the gate!"
Clarissa Stanton looked towards Coralie Hughes.
Coralie raised her hand, took a piece of raw meat from a bodyguard, and threw it in front of the gate.
"Are you Summer Monroe?" Coralie said, chin raised high. "You want to come in, fine. Feed my dog, and I won’t block your way. Of course, there’s another option... You don’t have to feed it, but you’ll have to crawl under my legs!"
The expression on Summer’s face gradually faded, transforming into a calm coldness.
"Who are you? Is this how your family teaches you?"
Coralie’s face turned cold: "Who are you calling ill-mannered? If you don’t choose, then go back to your countryside and be your country bumpkin!"
An icy sharpness flickered in Summer’s eyes.
Her return to the country was solely to find out the truth about her mother’s death and why the Monroe Family became the Stanton’s.
It now seemed like she had to deal with these troublesome people first to carry out her investigation properly.
"Are you sure you want it this way?" she asked coldly.
Coralie was unafraid, but Clarissa was scared by the expression on Summer’s face. She hadn’t forgotten the pain of a broken hand, and she felt a chill sweep across her back.
"Coralie... maybe we should let it go?" Clarissa tentatively asked.
"Let it go, my ass!"
Coralie swore outright.
Clarissa might fear Summer, but Coralie did not.
Just a country bumpkin, even if she had a prettier shell, she posed no real threat.
"Hurry up and choose, or just roll back to your countryside!"
Summer put the phone in her hand into her pocket, and a smile slowly appeared on her face.
’Don’t provoke me if I don’t provoke you’ was Summer’s rule of life, but if someone attacked her, she would never hold back.
Summer took two steps forward, casually saying, "Sure, then open the gate, and I’ll come feed your dog."
