The Corruption Dragon God: Lust System
Chapter 183 - Little Yao misses you
CHAPTER 183: 183 - LITTLE YAO MISSES YOU
Qingyi waited patiently outside the cave.
After a few moments, the first figure appeared.
It was a thin, tall man, his face riddled with scars as a powerful flaming Qi surrounded him.
He was clearly an expert of the crystalline core realm.
"You, who the hell are you?" The skinny man questioned, his eyes filled with murderous intent as he saw his men lying dead on the ground.
Dozens more figures appeared behind him, surrounding Qingyi completely.
"Brat..." The skinny man growled, his crystalline core realm aura exploding, taking in everything in a radius of more than ten meters. "Better start explaining yourself."
"Bao." Qingyi said a single word, but it was enough to completely shatter the skinny man’s composure.
A soft, gentle smile took over Qingyi’s face, clearly not matching his words. "I would have liked to kill your little brother myself, but my wife took the honor."
"You son of a bitch! You’ll pay for this!" The skinny man finally exploded as he roared, his voice more like that of an animal than a man.
A fire tornado danced around his fists, the flames rising tens of meters high, the ground beneath his feet turning black under the heat.
He lunged forward.
Qingyi was more than a hundred meters away, but he only needed a fraction of a second to get in front of the handsome young man.
"DIE!" The skinny man punched.
A deafening bang echoed as the Qi of fire and lightning sword met.
The shockwave destroyed everything within a radius of fifty meters, knocking down the weakest trees and defoliating the sturdiest ones.
A cloud of dust and steam rose up, blinding the men of the Blue Crow gang who were watching the fight with excited looks on their faces.
It was rare to see their leader fight and everyone wanted a good show.
When the dust began to settle, they expected to see their boss beating up that pretty face, but unfortunately for them, it wasn’t that sight that greeted them.
Qingyi was standing still, having taken a single step backwards.
The heaven-defying thunder sword had passed through the skinny man’s defenses as if they were nothing, ripping his fist in half, the purplish-silver blade reaching all the way to his wrist.
"Argh... fuck!" The skinny man’s eyes widened as the pain woke up his hate-drunk mind.
He tried desperately to retreat, but Qingyi didn’t allow him to.
The heaven-defying thunder sword tore through the air with a sharp hiss, striking the skinny man’s legs and slicing through flesh, and bone, tearing off both legs in a single movement.
" Damn, the leader’s screwed!" One of the bandits shouted, making the few neurons in his companions work.
This was not an enemy they could defeat.
"Fucking run!" They split up, running everywhere.
"I haven’t given anyone permission to move here." Qingyi’s cold, soft voice echoed.
In the next moment, his draconic Qi exploded out of his Dantian, the air around him becoming heavy as a colossal figure stood at his back.
Its huge mouth full of sharp teeth opened in a bestial grunt as large purple eyes fell on the criminals.
Nobody moved, not that they didn’t want to.
Their Qi and their bodies simply refused to respond.
Raising their vision, they saw the figure of the black dragon’s head above Qingyi and their hearts immediately filled with terror.
"I was hoping to use you to try out a new technique in real combat, but I understand that I shouldn’t expect too much from filthy insects like you."
"W-what the hell did we do to you? What do you want? Ugh... SHIT!" The skinny man whimpered, using his only functional hand to grab one of his severed legs.
Qingyi knelt down in front of him.
"I’m after a couple of merchants you kidnapped. A middle-aged man with a birthmark on his neck and a blonde woman with a small scar on her chin."
Despite hearing Qingyi’s words, the skinny man didn’t reply immediately, confining himself to muffled sniffles as he tried to crawl away from Qingyi.
"Answer me." The handsome young man punched, breaking a few of the skinny man’s teeth.
"I don’t fucking know! There must be hundreds of people there, I don’t know everyone’s face."
"Then you have no use." Qingyi swung his sword, decapitating the leader of the blue crow gang.
Looking at the rest, he used the second form of the Tempest Monarch’s sword art.
No matter how many pleading looks he received, he felt no pity.
He knew well that each of them had killed at least a dozen people and if left alive, they would kill many, many hundreds until they were finally killed.
A blade of thunderous Qi rose as Qingyi’s sword cut through the air, leaving a trail of destruction wherever it went.
For more than a hundred meters around him, tree trunks fell heavily to the forest floor, accompanied by the corpses of all the members of the blue crow gang.
Ignoring the scene in front of him, Qingyi merely stowed the skinny man’s head in his space ring before entering the stuffy cave.
He was immediately greeted by the sight of a corridor leading to a large pocket where more than five hundred people were mining non-stop.
’This is going to be harder than I thought...’ Qingyi sighed inwardly before shouting, taking the workers’ attention.
"Your captors are dead, I have released them." He showed the decapitated head of the leader of the Blue Crow mercenaries.
The workers stopped mining immediately, casting glances in the direction of the handsome young man.
At first they watched them suspiciously, but that suspicion soon turned to relief as their pickaxes and buckets of spirit crystals fell to the ground.
"I need your help to find someone." Qingyi exclaimed, before asking all the miners, men, women and even children to line up.
Turning on his draconic eyes, he observed the faces of each of them until he finally stopped at a tired-looking couple.
With a smooth movement, Qingyi jumped onto the platform where they stood, a smile playing on his lips as he spoke. "Little Yao misses you."
